Villa with pool in quiet area, 3km from the sea
Villa Maria is situated in peaceful countryside, with a wonderful view towards the Agrigento coast. It is located 3 km from the sea and the beach of Marina di Palma.
The villa is surrounded by 10,000 meters of olive trees, and has a vegetable garden with biological crops; the property is surrounded by proper fences and has a big automated gate. The house, located in the middle of the land, can be reached by a private road.
Villa Maria has a large garage placed in the ground floor, an outdoor parking, connecting stairs to the first floor and a yard with access to the pool. On the first floor there is a large kitchen, two large bedrooms, one bedroom with two single beds and a large bathroom with shower. Each room is well furnished.
The house has three large verandas that communicate with each other and a large outdoor space in front of the pool, equipped with a large table where it's possible to have lunch or dinner while enjoying the magnificent view. Also for those who enjoy grills, Villa Maria has a barbecue. The swimming pool, suitable for adults and children, has Roman steps, and is equipped with lights for those who like to swim at midnight.
