I recommend this apartment to those who want to visit Salento because it is in a strategic position to reach the most beautiful beaches. The only flaw that there is no private parking, you can park along the entire street that runs alongside the residences.
L'appartamento era molto confortevole, pulizia ottima, proprietari molto disponibili, la sig.ra Teresa e il marito si sono sempre prestati per ogni nostra richiesta/necessità. Consiglio questo appartamento a chi vuole visitare il Salento perché è in una posizione strategica per raggiungere le spiagge più belle. L'unica pecca che non è fornito di parcheggio privato, si può parcheggiare lungo tutta la via che costeggia i residence.

Le aspettative sono state soddisfatte anche di più soprattutto per la vista mare e per la tranquillità della zona. Il fatto di poter raggiungere il mare vicinissimo a piedi, per noi è stato importante perchè amiamo la tranquillità e la comodità di non usare l'automobile.
L'ospitalità all'arrivo e durante il soggiorno è stata calorosa e discreta.
L'alloggio è bello, confortevole, ricco di dettagli scelti con molto gusto e ci siamo stati molto bene.
La Signora Maria Domenica Malagnino è un'ottima padrona di casa: gentile, cordiale, sempre presente e disponibile.

Oltre ad aver trovato una pulizia impeccabile, l'appartamento è strutturato bene anche per chi, come noi, ha portato un cane.

Perfect location, stunning views, cool bedroom, functional and essential for us zero mosquitoes. Although we stayed in a very hot period we had a great time. Very close to the sea of low and practicable rocks that has inebriated our days with its scent. Great terrace for sea view lunches and breathtaking sunsets.
Posizione perfetta, vista mozzafiato, camera da letto fresca, funzionale e fondamentale per noi zero zanzare. Nonostante abbiamo soggiornato in un periodo caldissimo siamo stati benissimo. Vicinissima al mare di scogli bassi e praticabili che ha inebriato con il suo profumo le nostre giornate. Terrazzo ottimo per pranzi vista mare e tramonti mozzafiato.
For our needs we could not find a better home: very accurate cleaning, tastefully furnished, beautiful bathrooms, organization of the house designed to make guests feel good. the owner was very welcoming and kind, also often giving us information and advice of various kinds, both in understanding how to move around the area and in choosing a beach rather than a restaurant, We were very well and perfectly at ease, even the our dogs liked, they were welcomed without prejudice due to the fact of being three ... small but still three, they too were fine and in safety there was no possibility that they could escape. The landscape, the clean sea, the good food, the kind people of the place made everything even more enjoyable. HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT!
Per le nostre esigenze non potevamo trovare una casa migliore: molto accurata la pulizia, arredata con gusto , bagni bellissimi, 'organizzazione della casa pensata per far stare bene gli ospiti. la proprietaria è stata molto accogliente e gentile, dandoci anche spesso informazioni e consigli di vario tipo ,sia nel capire come muoverci nel territorio che nella scelta di un lido piuttosto che di un ristorante, Siamo stati molto bene e perfettamente a nostro agio , anche i nostri cagnolini hanno gradito, sono stati accolti senza pregiudizio per il fatto di essere in tre ...di piccola taglia ma pur sempre tre, anche loro sono stati bene e in sicurezza non c'era la possibilità che potessero scappare . IL paesaggio, il mare pulito, il buon cibo , le persone gentili del luogo hanno reso il tutto ancora più piacevole. LO CONSIGLIO VIVAMENTE !

Posizione ottima per un appartamento dove abbiamo trovato tutto il necessario per il soggiorno. Particolarmente apprezzata è stata la possibilità di utilizzare la terrazza vista mare, fornita di tavolo, sedie e divano.
All very beautiful, lovely place. Mr. Tommaso is a kind and helpful person on everything. Only advice on the apartment, very small bathroom and no shower plate. The outside washing machine is a bit uncomfortable. Everything else is perfect.
Tutto molto bello,posto incantevole. Il signor Tommaso una persona gentile e disponibile su tutto. Unico consiglio sull’appartamento,bagno piccolissimo e manca un piatto doccia. La lavatrice esterna un po’ scomoda. Per il resto tutto perfetto.
One word ...... wonderful. the apartment is just a few meters from the sea in a really quiet area and perfect for families. Despite our late arrival Davide the owner made us feel immediately at home doing his best to prepare the children's bedroom by putting the bar in a single bed and replacing the other with a very comfortable box where our baby of a few months slept great, the house is very clean and equipped with every comfort (the washing machine was really necessary !!). In addition, Davide gave us excellent advice and suggestions for restaurants, places and beaches to visit (not only by voice, even with a very clear written guide). Always within walking distance of the apartment are convenient mini markets, bakeries, bars and anything last minute. It is also in a strategic point to quickly reach the most beautiful beaches with Caribbean beaches and crystal clear sea at very reasonable prices. Many thanks again Davide for letting us spend two enchanting weeks. Our heart remains here in your Salento ??
Una sola parola......meraviglioso.
l appartamento è proprio a pochi metri dal mare in una zona davvero tranquilla e perfetto per famiglie. Nonostante il nostro tardo arrivo Davide il proprietario ci ha fatto sentire subito a casa prodigandosi nel preparare la cameretta dei bambini mettendo la sbarra in un letto singolo e sostituendo l altro con un comodissimo box dove il nostro bimbo di pochi mesi ha dormito alla grande, la casa è pulitissima e dotata di ogni comfort (la lavatrice è stata proprio necessaria!!). Inoltre Davide ci ha dato degli ottimi consigli e suggerimenti per ristoranti, luoghi e spiagge da visitare (non solo a voce, anche con una chiarissima guida scritta). Sempre a pochi passi dall’appartamento sono comodi mini market, panificio, bar e qualsiasi cosa last minute. Inoltre è in un punto strategico per raggiungere in poco tempo i lidi più belli con spiagge caraibiche e mare cristallino a prezzi davvero modici.
Grazie infinite ancora Davide per averci fatto passare due settimane incantevoli. Il nostro cuore rimane qui nel tuo Salento ❤️

Ci siamo trovati benissimo i proprietari sono stati molto cordiali, l'appartamento era ben tenuto ben curato e molto pulito conforme alla descrizione dell'annuncio, Vicinissimo alla bellissima spiaggia di sabbia di Torre San Giovanni comodo al centro e a tutti servizi, l'auto non è indispensabile. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente c'è molto piaciuto sia il posto che la locazione.

Nice studio with all the comforts of the case 70 meters from the sea cliff, (very nice the area called the green sea also for diving with wooden walkway), outside the town then with a good silence, small market a few minutes walk from the studio and us having taken a bike 20 minutes away from the beaches of fine sand and shallow waters .... excellent early in the morning without traffic and sparkling air ... Monolocale carino con tutti i comfort del caso a 70 metri dal mare di scogliera, (molto bella la zona denominata mare verde anche per fare tuffi con camminamento in legno), fuori dal centro abitato quindi con un buon silenzio ristoratore, piccolo market a pochi minuti a piedi dal monolocale e noi avendo preso bici a noleggio a 20 minuti tranquillamente dalle spiagge di sabbia fine e fondali bassi .... ottimo di mattina presto senza traffico e con aria frizzante ...lo consiglio caldamente anche per il senso d’ospitalità della popolazione e là cortesia dei proprietari molto premurosi e attenti alle esigenze dei suoi clienti ....sicuramente da tenerne in conto per altre escursioni nella fantastica Puglia ....Grazie di cuore da Daniele e Sandra
Calm and cozy house situated in a very quiet area in front of the low rocky beach and in the center of Torre S. Giovanni. For those who prefer the sandy beaches there are different types of fine and white sand, both free and equipped, within a 10-minute drive. Maria, the owner, has always been available and ready to provide all the information needed and to give us advice on where to eat and what to see, on festivals and various events, besides spoiling us with many culinary assays. Really hospitable both you and your family. We had a great time.
Casa curata e accogliente situata in una zona molto tranquilla di fronte al mare a scoglio basso e al centro di Torre S. Giovanni. Per chi predilige le spiagge di sabbia ce ne sono diverse di sabbia fine e bianca, sia libere che attrezzate, a 10 minuti d'auto. Maria, la proprietaria, è sempre stata disponibile e pronta a fornire tutte le informazioni necessarie e a darci consigli su dove mangiare e cosa vedere, su sagre e manifestazioni varie, oltre a viziarci con numerosi assaggi culinari. Davvero ospitale sia lei che la sua famiglia. Ci siamo trovati molto bene.

We chose this house because of the description of Maria D. It impressed us very much .. just contacted us provided everything in the smallest details .. when we arrived we found the paradise .. the single room has all the comforts, Mary and her family there They welcomed us as family members, and also made us taste typical products cooked by her. The gorgeous sea is full of those looking for rocks and those looking for sandy beaches. We could also see the apartment next to it that can accommodate a large family, very nice almost not to look like a home to the sea ... surely we will see it again !!!! Abbiamo scelto questa casa perché la descrizione di Maria D. Ci ha colpito molto..appena contattata ci ha fornito tutto nei minimi dettagli.. quando siamo arrivati abbiamo trovato il paradiso..il monocale ha tutti i comfort, Maria e la sua famiglia ci hanno accolto come dei famigliari facendoci anche assaggiare prodotti tipici cucinati da lei. Il mare stupendo accontenta chi cerca gli scogli e chi cerca spiaggia sabbiose. Abbiamo potuto visionare anche l'appartamento affianco che può ospitare una famiglia numerosa, molto bello quasi da non sembrare una casa al mare...sicuramente ci rivedremo!!!! Consigliamo la macchina per poter vedere il Salento e i suoi paradisi nascosti..

Proprietari molto gentili e disponibili nel rispondere alle nostre anche piccole necessità. Il mare di fronte alla casa è facilmente accessibile dalla bassa scogliera anche per i bambini.
