Single cottage situated in the first hills of Camaiore with a typical Tuscan atmosphere. “Casa Giovanna” is the ideal place for a relaxing holiday surrounded by nature and only a few kilometres from the beach and all the main tourist attractions.
The house has been newly furnished and is divided over two floors.
On the ground floor, you can find a living room with dining area, fireplace and a radio, a kitchen, a small living room with TV with double sofabed. There is also a bathroom with shower.
On the first floor, there is a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. There is also a bedroom with two single beds and bathroom with shower with access from the back of the house.
Outside, you can enjoy a lovely veranda overlooking the garden, with a barbecue, sitting area, umbrellas and sunbeds.
Private parking is available on the property.
