Chalet Chapeau is a bright house on the coast.
The interior is divided between 2 floors: ground floor and first floor. The ground floor contains a large living room (SAT TV) with lounge, kitchen with a fireplace for barbecue, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. An internal staircase connects the ground floor and first floor, which consists of a spacious and bright living room (SAT TV) with writing tables and mini-bar fridge, a hallway with 3 bedrooms and a bathroom.
The outside of the villa is characterized by spacious terraces with comfortable outdoor furniture and 2 outdoor showers, one of which has hot water. A Mediterranean garden located on several levels is the backdrop to the property and creates relaxing and cool shady areas. A tennis court can be used for games. A lower gate gives direct access to the beach and the pinewood.

The bay of Torre dell'Orso consists of a one-kilometer long sandy shore surrounded by 2 high cliffs, and a thick pine forest behind the beach along its entire length. The beach of fine sand is just 20m from the villa and is served by a descent for the disabled and stairs. There are private beaches and public areas. The beach is also equipped with facilities such as rental of pedal boats, single and two-seater canoes and banana boat. European Blue Flag beach from 2010 to 2018.

Getting there
From the A14: exit Bari Nord. After 4.5 km, take exit to Brindisi/Lecce/Taranto. Go through the bypass of Bari and follow the signs for Brindisi (take SS16). Cross Brindisi and continue along the SS613 to Lecce. From the SS613, take the ring road east of Lecce (Adriatic Coast). Take exit 9A Vernole/Merine/Melendugno and get on the SP1. Follow the signs to Torre dell'Orso.
