very friendly landlord, nice apartment with good furnishings and beautiful views, near hypermarche and restaurants asmede harbor, municipal swimming pool with good facilities and swimming in lake within walking distance. Even during the very hot days, the apartment remained cool even without air conditioning. Deposit was immediately refunded in cash at the end of the rental. Highly recommended.
zeer vriendelijke verhuurder, mooi apartement met goede inrichting en prachtig uitzicht, vlakbij hypermarche en restaurants asmede haven, gemeentelijke zwembad met goede voorzieningen en zwemmen in meer op loopafstand. Ook gedurende de zeer warme dagen bleef het appartement ook zonder airco koel. Borgsom werd meteen aan het eind van de huur contant terugbetaald.. Zeer aanbevelenswaardig.

We were fully satisfied with the very clean apartment with a large room with cupboard and the bedroom with a very nice cupboard for storage, as well as a box available which is not negligible for parking with the exceptional view on Lake Geneva and the port pedestrian street 2 steps The owner is kind and attentive. Without hesitation we will come back to this rental.

We have rented this apartment for the 3rd year in a row. The location and the view of the lake are just perfect. 100 meters from the pedestrian and the funicular that goes down to the port and easy access to the shops. An underground garage is included in the rental, but the car is rarely needed. The apartment is simple, modern and very well maintained. Very large living room communicating with the kitchen. The terrace is perfect for having breakfast with a breathtaking view from the 5th floor over the harbor and the lake. The bedroom is at the rear in a quiet area with a large double wardrobe. Serious, friendly and 100% reliable owner. We will definitely be back in 2022.
Nous avons loué cet appartement pour la 3ème année consécutive. L'emplacement et la vue sur le lac sont juste parfaits. A 100 mètres du piétonniers et du funiculaire qui descend vers le port et un accès aisé vers les commerces. Un garage souterrain est inclus dans la location mais on a rarement besoin de la voiture. L'appartement est sobre, moderne et très bien entretenu. Très grand séjour communiquant avec la cuisine. La terrasse est parfaite pour prendre le petit-déjeuner avec vue imprenable du 5ème étage sur le port et le lac. La chambre est à l'arrière au calme avec une grande armoire double.
Propriétaire sérieux, sympa et 100% fiables. Nous y reviendrons certainement en 2022.

pretty chalet, best arranged, very well placed in a very quiet street. The view from the living room on the lake is magnificent. The garden with barbecue and hammock invites to rest. A few minutes drive from the large sandy beach of Exceneveix. The owner is available and very discreet. We would love to come back.

Very nice apartment, spacious equipment corresponding to the description. We made good use of the air conditioning and the large terrace. The very popular secure underground garage, shops and the town center are 10 minutes away on foot. Our stay was very pleasant

The chalet is well designed and equipped to spend a stay in very good conditions for 5 or 7 people. The view of the lake and the undergrowth behind the chalet, which provides fresh air in midsummer, are particularly pleasant. The crockery and cutlery equipment is abundant, which is rare in a rental. The location close to the lake with its private access and nautical activities or tree climbing make this chalet very practical for summer rental. The proximity of the valleys with access to ski resorts are also appreciable in summer and winter. The owner is very attentive and discreet. We recommend this rental.
Le chalet est bien conçu et aménagé pour passer un séjour dans de très bonnes conditions à 5 ou 7 personnes.
La vue sur le lac et le sous-bois situé derrière le chalet qui procure un air frais en plein été, sont particulièrement agréables.
L'équipement en vaisselle et en couverts est abondant, ce qui est rare dans une location.
La situation proche du lac avec ses accès privés et des activités nautique ou accrobranches rendent ce chalet très pratique pour une location estivale. La proximité des vallées avec l'accès aux stations de ski sont également appréciables été comme hiver.
