The owner is very helpful and friendly, upon arrival we checked together the functioning of the air conditioning (used little but very convenient when needed) and the stove; he also made available to us a drying room and internal parking.
In general, for our needs, it satisfied us.
The house is clean, the owner very nice and helpful.
Positive note, certainly the external pergola and the internal parking with automatic gate belonging exclusively to the studio.
A couple of notes that I feel like writing.
The water from both the shower and the tap: it gave off a strong smell of sewage and it was not possible to drink it.
She doesn't pick up the phone, at least as far as Tim is concerned, and it was quite annoying not being able to use the cell phone or the internet for the duration of the stay.
In any case, we recommend the apartment as the value for money is excellent.
