The house is in an excellent position and is equipped with everything that can be used, as well as a precious parking space. Giuliano, the owner, is a very kind and affable person, who was able to give us some really useful advice. I really recommend it !!

Me and my boyfriend stayed a week in September, the house is very nice and cared for, right on the beach, excellent sea view from the terrace. Very nice also the beach (and the pool) under the house, for those who do not want to move, crystal clear water. The Gulf of Marinella is nice and quiet, there are restaurants, supermarket and pharmacy, we found ourselves very well, everything available for a great holiday. Thanking the very kind Mrs. Marisa, I hope to return. Highly recommended.
Io ed il mio ragazzo abbiamo soggiornato una settimana a Settembre, la casa è molto bella e curata, direttamente in spiaggia, ottima la vista mare dal terrazzino. Molto bella anche la spiaggia (e la piscina) sotto casa, per chi non volesse spostarsi, acqua limpidissima. Il golfo di Marinella è curato e tranquillo, presenti ristoranti, supermercato e farmacia, ci siamo trovati molto bene, tutto a disposizione per un'ottima vacanza.

My boyfriend and I stayed a week. The studio has been presented modest, very clean, equipped with everything, with a bathroom and a private porch. The holiday home is very close to everything and you can move everywhere on foot, without having to take the car. The lady is very kind, caring and always available for anything. Going to this holiday home is certainly not wrong! We highly recommend it!
Io ed il mio fidanzato siamo rimasti una settimana. Il monolocale si è presentato modesto, pulitissimo, accessoriato di tutto, con un bagno ed una verandina privata. La casa vacanze è vicinissima a tutto e ci si può spostare ovunque a piedi, senza necessità di prendere l'auto.
La signora è molto gentile, premurosa e sempre disponibile per qualsiasi cosa. Andando in questa casa vacanze non sbaglierete di certo!Ve la consigliamo altamente!

The apartment totally corresponds to the announcement. The studio is in a great location, close to the city center and supermarket, very convenient. The small terrace is very appreciable for the beautiful evenings. Also Giuliano is available, he picked us up at the arrival of the boat to take us to the studio, he advised us the good restaurants and the beaches not to miss. Giuliano also tells the news during the stay to know if everything is okay, it is very appreciable and nice of him.
We had an unforgettable stay at La Maddalena and in this studio. You can go there with your eyes closed.
L'appartement correspond totalement à l'annonce. Le studio est très bien situé, proche du centre ville et d'un supermarché, très pratique. La petite terrasse est très appréciable pour les belles soirées.
De plus Giuliano est disponible, il est venu nous chercher à l'arrivée du bateau pour nous conduire au studio, il nous a conseillés les bons restaurants et les plages à ne surtout pas louper. Giuliano prend également des nouvelles durant le séjour pour savoir si tout va bien, c'est très appréciable et gentil de sa part.
Nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable à la Maddalena et dans ce studio. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés.
New and well maintained apartment, great location near the center and the beaches of La Caletta. The owner, Sara, was immediately helpful and courteous! We spent quite a lovely week in August! We will definitely be back!

The house was confortable to the description, it is not by the sea and you have no sea view but you are practically on the beach as a location. The village has everything and is close to several beaches. Recommended
La casa era conferme alla descrizione, non è in riva al mare e non hai vista mare ma sei praticamente in spiaggia come posizione.
Il paesino ha tutto ed è vicino a diverse spiagge.
