A wonderful apartment in a perfect location: unblocked views over the sand dunes and a 10 minutes walk to the best baker in town or the main shopping area.
The landlord is very attentive and responsive. We felt looked after while privacy has been given.

Cozy and very well appointed studio. The terrace with partial sea view was very popular! The place allows for beautiful walks in the dunes and beautiful visits to the surrounding areas: Dunkirk, Koksijde, Bergues, Gravelines.....etc.

My husband and I spent almost a week in the Clematis apartment, which is very tastefully furnished and comfortable. You will find everything you need in a small space: a fully equipped kitchen area, a great, large shower, a comfortable double bed and if you want, you can also watch TV on a large TV. Outside is a seating area, shielded from the surroundings. After our excursions we always looked forward to coming back to the small temporary home to cook and relax. Wissant with its beautiful beaches is not far and a hiking trail leads directly from the property to a great vantage point with an impressive view over the beautiful landscape. The owner gives you a very warm welcome, so that you immediately feel welcome. We can only recommend the accommodation.
Mein Mann und ich haben eine knappe Woche in dem Appartment Clematis verbracht, das sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und gemütlich ist. Auf kleinem Raum findet man alles, was man braucht: einen voll ausgestatteten Küchenbereich, eine tolle große Dusche, ein bequemes Doppelbett und wer möchte, kann auch auf einem großen TV-Gerät fern sehen. Draußen befindet sich eine Sitzecke, abgeschirmt von der Umgebung. Nach unseren Exkursionen haben wir uns immer darauf gefreut, in das kleine vorübergehende Zuhause zurück zu kommen, um zu kochen und zu relaxen. Wissant mit seinen schönen Stränden ist nicht weit und vom Grundstück aus geht direkt ein Wanderweg zu einem tollen Aussichtspunkt mit einem beeindruckenden Blick über die schöne Landschaft. Die Besitzerin empfängt einen sehr herzlich, so dass man sich direkt willkommen fühlt. Wir können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen.
We spent a very good week in your studio; everything was as described; the pleasant and relaxing view of the sea allowed us to recharge our batteries; the parking space is a plus in view of the paid parking on BERCK for a few months. We will come back ! Thanks to Mr and Mrs L.

Great hospitality and very clean accommodation. The bed made on my arrival is a great relief, not that to do more. Owners cordial and available while being very discreet. Calm and rest assured.

As usual, everything was perfect. We are still satisfied with this apartment which has everything we need, which is extremely well located, well maintained and very sunny. We also appreciated the parking lot near the accommodation now that it has become payable in Berck. Mrs and Mr L. are always available and accommodating.
