N'étant pas sur place, Je ne peux pas savoir si le ménage a été fait ou non au départ de chaque locataire. Je paie une personne pour le vérifier. Normalement la personne qui remet les clefs doit garder la caution ménage si le ménage n'est pas fait en sortant.
Les équipements ménagers sont disponibles. On ne m'a pas signalé le contraire. Nous avons rajouté une cafetière électrique, car il y avait une cafetière italienne, certaines personnes préférant la cafetière électrique. Je vais la retirer, pour ne mettre qu'une plus grande cafetière italienne, cela ne posera plus de problème. Je vais me rendre sur les lieux cet été.
En tout état de cause, suite aux critiques, je n'ai plus reloué le studio. J'ai préféré le laissé fermé pour m'éviter tout souci, surtout pour ma santé que je préserve.
Je déplore aussi les locataires de ne pas utiliser le studio correctement. il y a des personnes que 10/12 semaines par an, j'ai changé la moquette en été 2010 et en 2015 elle est déjà sale, alors que c'était une moquette grand passage. De plus le studio se trouve au 3ème, on devrait rentrer avec des chaussons...
Je n'en dirai pas plus ce jour, étant donné que je vais me rendre compte moi même cet été des faits.
