Beautiful studio of 34m2 conforming to the description well located near the center of Les Gets and easy to access on the ground floor. Practical and comfortable accommodation provided with all the conveniences and accessories even if in a vintage and rustic style. Recommended for the summer or winter period. Large cupboards to store your belongings. Well suited for 2 to 6 people. The only inconvenience linked to the village of Les Gets during this particular summer period of 2023: more than 25 construction sites in progress in Les Gets causing a lot of noise and environmental pollution for locals and holidaymakers.
Beau studio de 34m2 conforme au descriptif bien situé proche du centre des Gets et facile d'accès en rez-de-chaussée. Logement pratique et confortable pourvu de toutes les commodités et accessoires même si de style vintage et rustique. A recommander pour la période estivale ou hivernale. De grands placards pour ranger ses affaires. Bien adapté pour 2 à 6 personnes. Seul désagrément lié au village des Gets en cette période estivale particulière de 2023 : plus de 25 chantiers de constructions en cours dans les Gets occasionnant beaucoup de nuisances sonores et environnementales pour les locaux et les vacanciers.
The owners are very attentive and available. The studio is perfectly and cleverly equipped. Nothing is missing. It is well located, quiet, not far from the gondola. I highly recommend !

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful chalet with stunning mountain views. The accommodation is comfortably equipped and tastefully decorated, nothing is missing. We thank the owner for her warm welcome. The rental is ideally located in a quiet area a few kilometers from Morzine and about 2km from the Col de l'Encrenaz from where many hiking departures are possible, in particular the ascent of Mont Cherry. Many activities around in summer (hiking, downhill mountain biking, paragliding, etc.). Very close to the magnificent lake of Montriond and the village of Les Lindarets goats :). We will gladly come back and recommend this accommodation without hesitation!
Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour dans ce très beau chalet avec vue imprenable sur la montagne. L'hébergement est confortablement équipé et décoré avec goût, rien ne manque. Nous remercions la propriétaire pour son accueil chaleureux. La location est idéalement située au calme à quelques kilomètres de Morzine et à environ 2kms du col de l'Encrenaz d'où de nombreux départs de randonnées sont possibles notamment l’ascension du Mont Cherry. De nombreuses activités aux alentours en été (randonnées, descentes de la montagne en VTT, parapente, etc.) .Très proche du magnifique lac de Montriond et du village des chèvres Les Lindarets :). Nous reviendrons volontiers et vous recommandons sans hésiter cet hébergement !
Small apartment very well located. Nothing is missing. Excellent telephone reception with the owner who allowed us to arrive a day earlier. We had a pleasant stay and we will not hesitate to return.

Studio very well placed (back and forth with skis on) and functional (plenty of storage, ski locker ...). Nice view of the slopes and sunny rental (very bright). Good sleeping conditions and very pleasant little balcony. Good contact with the owner, very nice resort and very mild weather this week, in short it was perfect! We will come back with pleasure!

Studio très bien placé (aller et retour skis aux pieds) et fonctionnel (nombreux rangements, casier à ski ...).
Belle vue sur les pistes et location bien exposée (très lumineuse). Bon couchage et petit balcon très agréable.
Bon contact avec le propriétaire, station très sympa et en plus météo très clémente cette semaine, bref c’était parfait!
Nous reviendront avec plaisir!

Well renovated studio, nice west balcony with a view of the slopes. Sleeping sofa very nice bed. Start skiing easy on all directions (Swiss, center Avoriaz, Morzine). In the evening access center Avoriaz fast by elevator.
Studio bien rénové, balcon ouest agréable avec vue sur piste. Couchage du canapé lit très agréable.
Départ ski au pied facile toutes directions (suisse, centre Avoriaz, Morzine).
En soirée accès centre Avoriaz rapide par ascenseur.

We had a wonderful week in Avoriaz. The studio is in line with the description and very well placed (near center and nursery children). The bedding is in very good condition. We should just plan a paper inventory in the studio to facilitate verification. We will be back without problem.

My opinion will be positive because the rent corresponds to the detail communicated by the renters. This rental is very well equipped and has a lot of charm. The owners are people who are very invested in the well-being of their tenants. It's appreciated. Yes I will recommend this rental to a family of 4.
