The studio is functional and very well laid out. The possibility of having meals on the balcony, facing Mont Blanc is very pleasant. The tranquility of the village of Servoz is also very significant. I would definitely come back to this rental... Great stay

Apartment I relouerai without problems, besides facing south, ideal for dining on the balcony as we were able to do last week, residential quiet, friendly village, beautiful walks to do, very close to the ski slopes of Les Houches (Prarion 7km), no problem to accommodate 2 adults and 2 children or 2 couples since there are 2 clicks very comfortable sofa beds as sleeping, only small problem once the click clack open to entry it is not very easy to open the front door. A little something that would be nice is to put sunbeds (Chilean-type x2) for a nap on the balcony. Who welcomed us very friendly. As soon as the opportunity arises we will return for another stay to winter sport.
Appartement que je relouerai sans problème, en plus orienté plein sud, idéale pour les repas sur le balcon comme nous avons pu le faire la semaine dernière, résidence très calme, village sympa, belles ballades à faire, très proche des pistes de ski des houches (le prarion à 7kms), sans problème pour loger 2 adultes et 2 enfants ou 2 couples puisqu'il y a 2 clics clacs très confortable comme couchage, seul petit hic une fois le clic clac ouvert à l'entrée il n' est pas très facile d'ouvrir la porte d'entrée. Un petit plus qui serait sympa c'est de mettre des transats (type chilienne x2) pour une petite sieste sur le balcon. Personne qui nous a accueilli très aimable.
Dès que l'occasion se présente nous reviendrons pour un nouveau séjour aux sport d'hiver.
We enjoyed the location and the rental location with beautiful views of the Mont Blanc. very friendly welcome. We recommend this apartment for a couple without children, or rather with children old enough. We will return with pleasure.
Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la localisation et la situation de la location avec une vue magnifique sur la chaîne du Mont Blanc. Accueil très sympathique. Nous recommandons cet appartement pour un couple sans enfant ou plutôt avec des enfants assez grands. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir.

Very nice little house, clean and very functional, located on the 5th floor view overlooking therefore really nice mountains. Apartment located on the slopes, close to everything (ski rental, restaurant) except shops. We spent a wonderful week 5.
Très joli petit logement, propre et très fonctionnelle, situé au 5ème , vue donnant sur les montagnes donc vraiment très agréable.
Appartement situé au pied des pistes, tout est à proximité (location de ski, restau) excepté commerces.
Nous avons passé à 5 une superbe semaine.
The apartment is ideally located and provides an entire stay without the need for car: * 10 minutes (max) to walk in the center of Saint-Gervais and enjoy the restaurants, supermarkets, convenience stores. * 5 minutes from the cable cars that take the Bettex (first address). * 15 minutes from the station of Saint-Gervais-Le Fayet bus / shuttle.
The apartment itself is well appointed. A small room with bunk beds and closets, and a lounge / living room with sofa bed for 2, a large table for 4. All crockery is present, it is enough to cook (pots, pans, ...) and even a raclette.
The bathroom is functional, the bath is appreciable.
The balcony offers a nice view of the mountains, and the place is very quiet.
The owner is pleasant to touch and conciliatory, the lease is Reglo, and the small deposit is not cashed.
I highly recommend this apartment for 2 to stay to be comfortable, or 4 to save.
L'appartement est idéalement situé et permet un séjour entier sans nécessiter de voiture:
* 10 minutes (max) de marche pour aller dans le centre de Saint-Gervais et profiter des restaurants, supermarchés, magasins de proximité.
* 5 minutes des télécabines qui emmènent au Bettex (premier pallier).
* 15 minutes de la gare de Saint-Gervais Le-Fayet en bus/navette.
L'appartement en lui-même est bien agencé. Une petite chambre avec lits superposés et placards de rangement, et un salon/séjour avec canapé-lit 2 places, une grande table pour 4. Toute la vaisselle est présente, il y a de quoi cuisiner (casseroles, poêles, ...) et même un appareil à raclette.
La salle de bain est fonctionnelle, la baignoire est appréciable.
Le balcon offre une vue sympa sur la montagne, et l'endroit est très calme.
Le proprietaire est agréable de contact et conciliant, le contrat de location est reglo, et la petite caution n'est pas encaissée.
Je recommande vivement cet appartement pour un séjour à 2 pour être confortable, ou à 4 pour faire des économies.

Appartement super agréable bien équipé et idéalement situé à proximité des commerces et des remontées mécaniques.....pas besoin de voiture. Pour la seconde année nous s'y avons passé le nouvel an, que du bonheur. Sans oublié Corinne pour sa gentillesse, son dévouement et son accueil (il y a même un petit sapin de Noël durant cette période ) ...
