We spent a very nice holiday at the beautiful villa in Avola. Its well equipped with many shady places to sit outside and - not to forget - a huge, spotless clean pool which the kids enjoyed very much. The house is located just 200 ms from a sandy beach with a beach bar. Our caring host Patrizia made our stay perfect. Thank you very much!
Hi to all that are interested in renting. We have spent 2 weeks (end of September 2016) in Villa Valery and it was one of our best holiday ever. The place is beautiful and quiet. The Villa is exactly as described and as in photos. It is full equipped so we did not miss anything. The center from Tre Fontane is aprox. 3 km and Lidl 10 km from Villa. Besides that there are many interesting places to visit but it is useful to have a car.
The host is very friendly and helpful and live in neighbourhood. I really recommend. We have come back really relaxed and we will for sure come back. Thank you Antonino :-) !
In May - July 2015 we were vacationing at this villa with our two little kids. Evrything was good enough. The villa is exatly as in the pictures, the discription is also correct and full.
The owner - Mr. Bono - attentive and caring person, whose English is perfect! We have spent 6 weeks in this villa, and Mr. Bono was always ready for any support we requested.
The place is excellent for families with kids. It is very quiet (except Saturdays and Sundays, when you can hear music from aquapark near by). The territory of the villa is fenced, so our kids explored it all. There is no vehicular traffic near the villa, so no danger for kids. Mainly, during the period of our stay, the temperature was comfortable both day and night, so we swiched on air conditioning only several times at the daytime. The beach is really 80 meters from the villa. There is shallow entry into the water, need to go 20-30 meters that water reaches the mid-thigh. The wave usually is not high. So it is very comfortable for little kids, they will not affraid of water.
Tre Fontane is a small town, francly speaking, - a village. There are some shops, bars, farmacy. Big supermarkets, such as Lidl and Eurspin, can be found in the suburb of another town - Campobello di Mazara. It is only 6-7 kilometers from the villa, but the only way to reach it is by the car. From my point of view, rental car is definitely needed to feel free to move around.
This is your choice, if you're looking for a perfect holiday in Sicily! A large, clean, nicely furnished house, with private garden and terrace, a few meters from the Mediterranean Sea. I've already booked it with my family twice, and I'm sure that we will come back again. It could be that you'll find somewhere a similarly beautiful house, but I doubt that it can find in combination with the perfect proprietor. They were always there for us when we need them, but never when we wanted to be among us. To be honest, it's hard for me very objectively write about the owner family, because they are very good people, and we really like him, even though we met only a few weeks and only very rarely. But you will see, what I mean. About the surroundings: Terme Vigliatore is a small town, there is not really much tourists, and it is still one of the last “real places”: you can eat good and cheap, and it is nice calm. The local beach is okay, and it's very close (few steps) to the house, left and right as well, and in a few kilometers you can find the most beautiful Mediterranean beaches, and cities with night stroll if you like it. We stayed with our car there, but without a car you can certainly enjoy the time also well there. We enjoy it when we have larger radius of action. I wish you having there similar nice time as we had. PS: you must try the icecream in the small coffe in the "HOTEL" on the left! It's the number one, and we testing a lot in Italy. :)
The villa is just excellent! There is clean and big swimming pool, large yard, clean rooms and kitchen with everything you need! The owner Patrizia is very kind and friendly, she didn't speak English like we- Italian, but we found out how to communicate using Google translate :) Owners live just in a nearby house so you can get in touch easily, at the same time you have privacy.
Please be aware that ~7am fresh pastries are available just at the gate, vendor is bringing them every day.
If to go to beach better choose Avola (sandy one), as the one close to villa is with stones and rocks but not sand.
There is also a restaurant nearby and trattoria-pizzeria on the way to Avola, also very close.
The property and service exceeded our expectations!
The apartment is very clean and the location is central. The owner very friendly and helpful. Balcony and terrace from where you can watch the sunset over the sea with mountains in the horizon. Shops and restaurants very close.
We perfectly spent our holidays on the seashore in this hospitable house. There is all to enjoy rest - a garden, a barbecue, the pure warm sea and a fine uncrowded beach. Owners are always ready to help if it is required. In easy availability from the house the most interesting sights of Sicily - Noto, Modika, Ragusa, Syracuse, Etna and others. We hope sometime to return here again.

The apartment had a superb position, within a few meters of a beautiful sandy beach. Swimming was excellent because there wasn't a current and the beach had a very gentle slope, idea for a young family .
The apartment was comfortable and clean with a use of a secure garden and patio.
Both Angela and Davide were extremely pleasant and helpful.
It was a most relaxing experience.
We should have made Noto our main near town rather than Avola.
Noto is much more interesting and has a greater range of eating places. It is not easy to navigate round Avola's one-way system!
From start to finish Giuseppe was great - prompt email communication and a perfect host: helpful but never intrusive. The apartment was spotless and had everything you might need. The owner even popped round unprompted with a couple of extra blankets as the weather was unseasonably cool at night. Giuseppe also left a little welcome tray of Sicilian wine and fruit. Supermarket metres away for supplies (closed Sunday) and Balestrate has everything you could wish for including very friendly locals. (Esp when compared with other nearby coastal villages!) it is a living working small town year round so a great place to stay off season.
Za Nina was a perfect little holiday home for us and we were very sorry to leave.
Cosy well presented with a good mix of traditional and modern features. It was clean and well equipped. Just 2 minutes down the steps to the beach and crystal clear sea then a nice hot outside shower with great views at the back of the house. The owner was very friendly and helpful to ensure all went smoothly. Highly recommended.

Very good ! We had all the necessary stuff we needed, even bed linen and bath towels were available. It was also very private, although the landlord lives right above they didn't bother us at all. It was very clean too and airy. The only thing I really really hated was that there where trees left to grown that kept us from seeing the sea view behind them, from the terrace right where we could have enjoyed our meals. If the landlord trims them, it would be just perfect.
Very beautiful and very clean house.. equipped with everything in comfort.. the owners are very kind and available for any type of request... they will notify you of any event in the areas near the house.. we will definitely return

We have enjoyed excellent holidays at Villa Caterina in Scopello! The house is perfect, very well equipped, with also the equipment for the beach, a very beautiful garden and a very pleasant terrace with barbecue, and a very pleasant outdoor shower. It is located 150 m from the beautiful beach of Guidaloca. The house is in a very calm neighborhood, with a large parking lot in the garden. There are several sites to visit (Erice, Segeste, ...). The village of Scopello is very happy and has many charming restaurants. You also have everything you need in commerce, boulangerie, classic supermarkets, another special item in local products and also in agrotourism stores. Our avons spent an excellent week and our avons were very well cared for by our hostess Marcella and their husbands.
Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances dans la villa Caterina à Scopello! La maison était parfaite, très bien équipée, avec aussi des équipements pour la plage, un très beau jardin et une terrasse très agréable avec barbecue, et une douche extérieure très agréable.
Elle est située à 150 m de la belle plage de Guidaloca . La maison est dans un quartier très calme, avec un grand parking dans le jardin. Elle est proche de nombreux sites de visite (Erice, Segeste, ...). Le village de Scopello est très joli et on y trouve de nombreux restaurants charmants. Il y a aussi tout ce qu'il faut en commerce, boulangerie, supermarché classique, un autre spécialisé dans les produits locaux et aussi des magasins d'agrotourisme. Nous avons passé une excellente semaine et avons été très bien accueillis par notre hôtesse Marcella et son mari.

The house is very beautiful and well-kept, super suitable for two families like us and the shower outside was an added value. Furthermore, the seafront location and the parking spaces inside the garden are very convenient... highly recommended!!!
La casa è molto bella e curata, super adatta a due famiglie come lo eravamo noi e la doccia fuori è stato un valore aggiunto.
Inoltre molto comoda la posizione fronte mare e anche i posti auto all'interno del giardino... consigliatissima!!!
