Overall satisfied. However some caveats: - on the bedding (sleeping in the living room not very comfortable despite what the ad specifies, as well as that of the green bedroom / sleeping too hard ..) -Price too high / accommodation in comparison with everything I have previously rented in the sector, especially if we take into account that neither cleaning, nor linen, nor electricity (invoiced in addition at the end of the stay ) are not included ...

- sur la literie (couchage du salon peu confortable en dépit de ce que précise l'annonce, de même que celui de la chambre verte /couchage trop dur ..)
-Prix trop élevé/logement en comparaison avec tout ce que j'ai déjà loue précédemment sur le secteur, notamment si on prend en compte que ni le ménage, ni le linge , ni l'électricité (facturée en sus a la fin du séjour) ne sont pas inclus ...
We rented for the second time, after a first stay last September. We were this time delighted to re-discover the apartment and its ideal location ski slopes for skiing. Everything was perfect!
Nous avons loué pour la seconde fois, après un premier séjour en septembre dernier.
Nous avons été cette fois enchantés de re-découvrir l'appartement et sa localisation idéale pied des pistes pour le ski.

Already rented 2 times during the year 2015, we decided to rent this apartment again this year for its comfort and its location in the resort.
We are very happy with our stay, the apartment is fully consistent with the description. It is very functional, and everything is planned to spend a great stay (crockery in quantity, appliances, floor heating, bedding ...). Facing south with a large balcony overlooking the valley without vis-à-vis, comfortable, quiet, it is very well located in the station (tracks 3 minutes and shops 5 minutes) which is rare in Monêtier-les -baths. Ideal!!! The spa in the basement of the residence area with sauna, steam room and swimming pool heated in winter does not spoil anything and recovers well after skiing days.
Contact with the owner was very good: it is made available and responsive, as well as the caretaker of the keys is very nice and good advice. I highly recommend this apartment and stay here again for future holidays in Serre Chevalier !!!
Déjà loué 2 fois au cours de l'année 2015, nous avons choisi de louer de nouveau cet appartement cette année pour son confort et sa situation dans la station.
Nous sommes très contents de notre séjour, l'appartement correspond en tout point à la description. Il est très fonctionnel, et tout est prévu pour y passer un excellent séjour (vaisselle en quantité, appareils électroménagers, sol chauffant, literie de qualité...).
Exposé plein sud avec un grand balcon vue sur la vallée sans vis-à-vis, confortable, au calme, il est très bien situé dans la station (pistes à 3 minutes et commerces à 5 minutes) ce qui est rare à Monêtier-les-bains. Idéal!!! L'espace bien-être au sous sol de la résidence avec Sauna, Hammam et Piscine découverte chauffe l'hiver ne gâche rien et permet de bien récupérer après les journées de ski.
Le contact avec le propriétaire a été très bon : il s'est rendu disponible et réactif, de même que la personne qui s'occupe des clés qui est très agréable et de bon conseil. Je recommande vivement cet appartement et y retournerais sans hésiter pour de prochaines vacances à Serre Chevalier!!!
Beautiful location. The area is very pleasant summer. Calm and relaxation await you. The residence is pretty quiet. The facilities are very good. The apartment's equipment is not very new but still decent. The only big negative is the wifi. This is collective and to sum does not.
Belle location. Le coin est très agréable l'été. Calme et détente sont au rendez-vous.
La résidence est assez calme. Les équipements sont très bons.
L'équipement de l'appartement n'est pas très récent mais reste convenable.
Le seul gros point négatif est le wifi. Celui-ci est collectif et pour résumer ne fonctionne pas.
Lovely apartment which was very well furnished and equipped. Excellent location - as close to the slopes as it's possible to get in Monetier. Everything went smoothly, including arranging bedding, early arrival etc. Would recommend.
The pros: Home excellent and very helpful, nice apartment, no vis-à-vis, not noisy, full south facing position, close to the slopes, near the village, spotless rooms, complete utensils, wellness super nice space. Less - apartment in a little dated (painting, door and curtain), not always household nickel, not toilet, too small sofa, WIFI not great wellness space accessible only 3 hours per day, the rental price should include 40 ? cleaning because in the end we had no choice. In the end it's still a good holiday in a nice apartment and nothing more.
Les + : Accueil parfait et très disponible, appartement agréable, aucun vis-à-vis, pas bruyant, situation plein sud, proche des pistes, proche du village, chambres impeccables, ustensiles complets, espace bien-être super agréable.
Les moins - : appartement un peu défraîchi (peinture, porte et rideau), ménage pas toujours nickel, WC non séparé, canapé trop petit, WIFI pas super, espace bien-être accessible que 3 heures par jour, le prix de location devrait inclure les 40€ de nettoyage car au final on a pas le choix.
Au final ça reste de bonnes vacances dans un appartement agréable sans plus.
We had a great time. Everything was perfect. The location, the apartment of the equipment, the great view from the balcony, sauna and steam room (a well appreciated after a day of skiing). Sure, we will return.
Nous avons passé un super séjour. Tout était parfait. La localisation, l'équipement de l'appartement, la super vue du balcon, le sauna et le hammam (un plus bien appréciable après une journée de ski). C'est sûr, nous reviendrons.
We left friends to this property and have all been completely satisfied.
The apartment is spacious enough and lacks absolutely nothing in terms of equipment (washing machine, dishwasher, raclette, etc.). The underfloor heating is a real plus and we kept warm in the evening after the slopes. The spacious balcony with unobstructed views of the valley is very pleasant and sunny weather is nice, and the ability to install table and chair there for a drink attracted us. The facilities of the residence (sauna, pool) were also a treat and we were able to enjoy all week. The local contact proved very sympathetic available to us throughout the stay.
Last but not least, the proximity of the tracks (100m) is an important asset. It is rare indeed to find a location so close to the tracks (just guisane to cross) Monetier, which allowed us to ski all day without problems.
In short 5/5 for all of the benefit, and are returning in March with great pleasure, knowing that we domiss anything in this cozy apartment!
Nous sommes partis entre amis pour cette location et avons tous été entièrement satisfaits.
L'appartement est assez spacieux et ne manque absolument de rien au niveau des équipements (machine à laver, lave-vaisselle, appareil à raclette, etc.). Le chauffage par le sol est un vrai plus et nous a gardé bien au chaud le soir après les pistes. Le spacieux balcon avec vue dégagée sur la vallée est très agréable et ensoleillé par beau temps, et la possibilité d'y installer table et chaise pour l'apéro nous a séduit.
Les équipements de la résidence (sauna, hammam, piscine) ont été également un vrai bonheur et nous avons pu en profiter toute la semaine. Le contact sur place fort sympathique s'est montré disponible à notre égard tout au long du séjour.
Dernier point, mais non des moindres, la proximité des pistes (environ 100m) est un atout non négligeable. Il est en effet assez rare de trouver une location si proche des pistes (juste la guisane à traverser) à Monêtier, ce qui nous a permis de skier toute la journée sans problèmes.
En bref 5/5 pour l'ensemble de la prestation, et nous y retournons en Mars avec grand plaisir, en sachant que nous ne manquerons de rien dans cet appartement chaleureux!
Everything was absolutely perfect. A convenient location, clean, comfortable, warm, all accessible on foot or by bike, a village that has preserved its authenticity. A level of service with more than satisfactory heated pool, this little more pleased with adults, teen and smaller. The very family atmosphere of the residence where the rent is to much. We'll definitely be back and highly recommend this property especially as the surroundings are beautiful.
Tout était absolument parfait. Une location pratique, propre, confortable, un accueil chaleureux, tout accessible à pied ou à vélo, un village qui a su préserver son authenticité. Un niveau de prestation avec la piscine chauffée plus que satisfaisant, ce petit plus ayant ravi adultes, ado et plus petit. L'ambiance très calme et familiale de la résidence où se trouve la location nous a beaucoup plu. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter et recommandons vivement cette location d'autant plus que les environs sont splendides.
Very nice apartment in a traditional house, spacious and beautifully furnished, well equipped kitchen. A bit dark as half-buried disadvantage offset by beautiful arches in the living room with a fireplace probably very nice in the winter. Small minimalist garden but handy for the barbecue. Rental perfectly located in the center of Monetier and very quiet.
Très bel appartement dans une maison traditionnelle, spacieux et joliment meublé, cuisine bien équipée. Un peu sombre car à demi-enterré, inconvénient compensé par de belles voutes dans le salon, avec une belle cheminée sans doute très agréable en hiver. Petit jardin minimaliste mais bien pratique pour le barbecue. Location parfaitement située dans le centre de Monetier et très au calme.
