All was OK, good maintenance for the swimming pool, the grass was perfect, just the necessary for the kitchen (knives, forks....). An issue with the TV antenna, not resolved during our stay. But the villa is quiet, depending of the others neighbours than you can have...good time, and Gisella (owner) is quiet nice!!
Excellent location both for shops and bars, and for taking walks in the evening without having to take the car, and very importantly there is parking inside the building. The apartment complies with the photos and is very comfortable. Mrs. Manuela let us check in at 10.00 in the morning. The very pleasant welcome and Mrs. Manuela's collaborator very helpful, both when we arrived and when we left. I would gladly go back.
Ottima posizione sia per negozi e bar, sia per fare passeggiate la sera senza dover prendere la macchina, e cosa molto importante c'è il parcheggio interno al palazzo. L'appartamento è conforme alle foto ed è molto confortevole. La Sig.ra Manuela ci ha fatto fare il check in alle 10,00 del mattino. L'accoglienza molto piacevole e la collaboratrice della Sig.ra Manuela molto disponibile, sia quando siamo arrivati che quando siamo andati via. Tornerei molto volentieri.
Mrs. Marina and her sister Daniela who welcomed us were very kind and helpful both during the booking process and during our week-long holiday in Alghero. From the apartment you can walk to both the center of Alghero (15min) and the beach of San Giovanni. With a few more minutes of walking you arrive at the pinera of the Maria Pia beach. The apartment complied with the description and photos posted on the site.
La signora Marina e sua sorella Daniela che ci ha accolto sono state molto gentili e disponibili sia in fase di prenotazione che durante la nostra vacanza di una settimana ad Alghero.
Dall'appartamento si possono raggiiungere a piedi sia il centro di Alghero (15min) sia la spiaggia di San Giovanni. Con qualche minuto di cammino in piu' si arriva alla pinera della spiaggia Maria Pia.
L'appartamento era conforme alla descrizione e alle foto pubblicate sul sito.

Check-in e check-out effettuato dalla Sig,raEmanuela perfetto e puntuale, l'appartamento è molto bello e dotato di tutto il necessario, comfort compresi ed è dotato di ascensore, ottima la pulizia, bel terrazzo vista mare, buon materasso, vicinanza al centro storico, supermercato, farmacia, ristoranti, per il parcheggio consiglio l'utilizzo di auto di piccole dimensioni, noi abbiamo comunque parcheggiato con una station wagon con un cambio di posto auto. Ci ritorneremmo volentieri.
We stayed in both apartments and had a great time. The functional two-room apartment with a beautiful enjoyable garden, the three-room apartment with a breathtaking view. In both apartments there are dishwashers and washing machines. Two-room apartment more suitable for couples, in the three-room apartment you can comfortably sleep 4. The only drawback is the thinness of the wall that divides the apartments. .
Abbiamo soggiornato in entrambi gli appartamenti e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Il bilocale funzionale e con un bel giardino godibile, il trilocale con una vista mozzafiato. In entrambi gli appartamenti sono presenti lavastoviglie e lavatrice. Bilocale più adatto a coppie, nel trilocale ci si sta comodamente in 4. Unico neo la sottigliezza della parete che divide gli appartamenti.

Excellent house, in a quiet and convenient location on the beach. Paolo and his mum were hospitable and did not make us miss anything! The house is perfect and I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to spend a holiday in Alghero.
Casa Ottima, in una posizione tranquilla e comoda alla spiaggia. Paolo e sua mamma sono stati ospitali e non ci hanno fatto mancare nulla ! La casa è perfetta e la consiglio vivamente a chiunque voglia passare una vacanza ad Alghero.
Perfect location with beautiful sea views, in a slightly elevated and breezy position. Convenient to move to the various and beautiful beaches: within a few kilometers you can reach the resorts of Cala Brandinchi, Lu Impostu, la Cinta, Porto Ottiolu and a little further down Posada and Siniscola. Large two-room apartment, simple but well-kept furnishings. It has no air conditioning but ceiling fans in the master bedroom. Good communication with the owner. Small note: a basic kit with detergents, sponges, garbage bags, shower mat, tea towels and kitchen flaps is not provided. However also recommended for the good quality / price ratio. Kindness and availability on the part of Mrs. Maria in charge of the welcome and support during the holiday.
Posizione perfetta con bella vista mare , in posizione un po’ sopraelevata e ventilata. Comoda per spostarsi verso le varie e belle spiagge: nell’arco di pochi chilometri si possono raggiungere le località di Cala Brandinchi, Lu Impostu, la Cinta, Porto Ottiolu e poco più giù Posada e Siniscola. Ampio bilocale, arredamento semplice ma ben tenuto. Non ha aria condizionata ma pale a soffitto nella camera matrimoniale. Buona comunicazione con il proprietario. Piccolo appunto: non viene fornito un kit di base con i detersivi , spugne, sacchi dell’immondizia, tappetino da doccia, canovacci e pattine da cucina. Comunque consigliato anche per il buon rapporto qualità/prezzo. Gentilezza e disponibilità da parte della sig. ra Maria responsabile dell’accoglienza e supporto durante la vacanza.

Very tastefully furnished and bright apartment, equipped with all comforts and a splendid terrace overlooking the sea. Included in the price are bed / bath / kitchen linen and an internal car park. The house is located a few minutes walk from the historic center of Alghero with all services within walking distance. A lot of attention to cleanliness, truly impeccable. I highly recommend it
Appartamento arredato con molto buon gusto e luminoso, dotato di tutti i comfort e di una splendida terrazza vista mare. Compresi nel prezzo la biancheria letto/bagno/cucina e un parcheggio auto interno. La casa si trova a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro storico di Alghero con tutti i servizi a pochi passi. truly a fantastic location! the holiday starts from the house: welcoming, tidy, relaxing and convenient to reach any beach around Stintino. You live very well inside and out, thanks to a beautiful porch where you can comfortably eat, to continue relaxing in the garden or swimming in the swimming pool for exclusive use. Very comfortable rooms and two bathrooms were ideal for hosting a family of 6 like us. veramente una location fantastica! la vacanza inizia dalla casa: accogliente, ordinata, rilassante e comoda per raggiungere qualunque spiaggia intorno a Stintino. Si vive benissimo dentro e fuori, grazie ad un bellissimo porticato dove si può comodamente mangiare, per continuare a rilassarsi in giardino o nuotare nella piscina ad uso esclusivo. Stanze molto comode e doppi servizi sono stati l'ideale per ospitare una famiglia da 6 persone come noi.
Gentilezza, discrezione e disponibilità dei proprietari hanno completato una esperienza che consiglio senza alcun dubbio! grazie Gisella

Apartment with a beautiful patio overlooking the wonderful sea of Sardinia, very comfortable equipped with every comfort almost like a city apartment. Mr. Paolo and his mother Nina were truly hospitable and available for any need, so much so that they received us with a sweet welcome thought. If we return to Stintino we will know where to go.

Il sig. Paolo e la mamma Nina sono stati veramente ospitali e disponibili per qualunque esigenza, tanto da riceverci con un dolce pensiero di benvenuto.

We are a family of two adults and a little girl, we stayed in the two-room apartment in the end of August, heading towards the hinterland, with a back garden. The apartment is located in a beautiful residence of villas with a large parking space, closed by a gate. The garden at the back, with a small table, was used by us despite the observations of a resident, such as Mr. Guido, who pointed out that the garden belonged to the residence and not to the apartment. It was not communicated to us and we used it quietly. The location is truly exceptional, five minutes walk from Pelosa and Pelosetta and very close to a Minimarket, bar, newsstand and two restaurants. The only flaw of the first day were the ants, a problem that despite the disinfestation concerned the entire residence. Mrs. Anna was immediately available bringing us a vacuum cleaner. With the poison we immediately solved the problem. Perhaps, I would like to say, we were precise and careful in addressing this problem, but I cannot say that when we arrived the house was dirty, on the contrary. Having a baby, I would have liked to be informed before this one leftproblem that thanks to our intervention was immediately resolved. Another small flaw is the low water flow in the dinner time. One evening my husband was unable to take a shower and not late in the evening. In conclusion, I recommend the accommodation for the location, the beauty of the area and how it is furnished, there is all the essentials. For any problem you can really count on the availability of Mrs. Anna. So I would go back and recommend it.
Siamo una famiglia di due adulti e una bimba, abbiamo soggiornato a fine agosto nel bilocale che da’ verso l’entroterra, con un giardino sul retro. L’appartamento si trova all’interno di un bel residence di ville con un ampio posto auto, chiuso da cancello. Il giardino sul retro, con tavolino, e’ stato utilizzato da noi nonostante le osservazioni di un residente, tale signor Guido, che faceva notare che il giardino fosse di proprietà’ del residence e non dell’appartamento. A noi non era stato comunicato e l’abbiamo usato tranquillamente. La posizione e’ davvero eccezionale, a cinque minuti a piedi da Pelosa e Pelosetta e vicinissimo a un Minimarket, bar, edicola e due ristoranti. Unica pecca del primo giorno sono state le formiche, problematica che nonostante la disinfestazione riguardava tutto il residence. La signora Anna e’ stata sin da subito disponibile portandoci un aspirapolvere. Con del veleno abbiamo risolto subito il problema. Forse, mi vien da dire, siamo stati po precisi e attenti ad affrontare questo problema, ma non posso dire che al nostro arrivo la casa fosse sporca, anzi. Avendo una bambina, avrei gradito essere informata prima della partenza di questa problematica che grazie al nostro intervento si e’ subito risolta. Un’altra piccola pecca e’ la scarsa portata dell’acqua nell’orario di cena. Una sera mio marito non e’ riuscito a fare la doccia e non in tarda serata. Concludendo, consiglio l’alloggio per la posizione, la bellezza della zona e per come e’ arredato, cè tutto l’essenziale. Per qualunque problema si può davvero contare sulla disponibilità della signora Anna. Quindi tornerei e lo consiglierei.

A very clean and very spacious apartment. The air conditioning broke down during our stay and the owner changed it 2 days later it was perfect. The residence and very quiet, pool very convenient for children. Near the sea and the center of Alghero. We will return for sure.
Un appartement très propre et très spacieux. La climatisation est tombée en panne pendant notre séjour et le propriétaire nous l'=a changer 2 jours après c'était parfait. La résidence et très calme, piscine très pratique pour les enfants. Proche de la mer ainsi que le centre d'Alghero. Nous y retournerons à coup sûr.
With my wife and my two daughters we stayed for two weeks in the apartment with the smaller veranda and we were very satisfied. The apartment is well equipped, nice and clean. Sara welcomed us making us find delicious treats and cool drinks in the fridge, which we really appreciated. He also provided us with a lot of information on what to visit nearby and on the various beaches in the area and the last day allowed us to leave calmly, in the late afternoon; so we had the chance to take a last bath, taking advantage of all the time we had before the return journey. Thanks Sara for the nice vacation: we were very good!
Con mia moglie e le mie due figlie abbiamo soggiornato per due settimane nell'appartamento con la veranda più piccola e siamo stati molto soddisfatti. L'appartamento è ben accessoriato, curato e pulito. Sara ci ha accolti facendoci trovare dei deliziosi dolcetti e bevande fresche in frigo, cosa che abbiamo molto apprezzato. Ci ha fornito anche molte informazioni su cosa visitare nelle vicinanze e sulle diverse spiagge in zona e l'ultimo giorno ci ha permesso di partire con calma, nel pomeriggio inoltrato; abbiamo così avuto la possibilità di fare un ultimo bagno, sfruttando tutto il tempo che avevamo a disposizione prima del viaggio di rientro. Grazie Sara per la bella vacanza: siamo stati molto bene!
