Beautiful and even more, even compared to the photos Really everything perfect, from the cleanliness, to the very large and well-kept rooms, up to the location. There is an external washing machine for common use, air conditioning ... We highly recommend this accommodation and thank Mr. S. for this wonderful stay.

We had a great week, the rental is as described: spacious, clean and nothing is missing. Santa Maria Navaresse is a very pleasant little seaside resort and everything is done on foot from the apartment. Owner Marco and his brother Angelo are great people, available and caring! We highly recommend this location.

Very nice apartment and 100% peace! Located in the hilly landscape behind the coast and the town of Santa maria Navaresse, the apartment is the ideal starting point for excursions on short journeys. At most 20min drive to the most beautiful beaches in Europe !!! A few minutes to the city where shopping, dining and excursions from the port are possible. The property is home to 2 separate units (4 double and 2 double). A rough road leads to a spacious car park with carport. Behind the big gate is the stepped terrace and on the left side the kitchen with all the trimmings. An external barbecue and a lofty veranda invite to nice evenings. In the background is the house with 4 double rooms (2 ground floor and 2 on the first floor). They all have their own bathroom, air conditioning and Wi-Fi. We found everything clean and functional. A little surprise was the connection to nature! Delicious cactus fruits in the garden and loving geckos have sweetened our stay. One should first familiarize oneself with the conditions in Sardinia: mosquitoes, and gravel,bumpy roads. The hints of the Sardinians must be obeyed (eg to the cacti)! All in all, very quiet and perfect for relaxation! The beaches in Lido d'Ori and Cea are the best! A trip to the beaches around Cala Goloritze with the boats is highly recommended!
Sehr schönes Apartment und 100% Ruhe!
Das Apartment liegt in der Hügellandschaft hinter der Küste und der Stadt Santa maria Navaresse und bietet den idealen Ausgangspunkt, um Ausflüge mit kurzer Anfahrt zu ermöglichen. Höchstens 20min Fahrzeit zu den schönsten Stränden Europas!!! Wenige Minuten zur Stadt, in der Einkäufe, Essen gehen und Ausflüge vom Hafen möglich sind.
Das Anwesen beherbergt 2 separate Wohneinheiten (4 DZ und 2 DZ) . Über eine etwas raue Straße gelangt man an deren Ende zu einem geräumigen Parkplatz mit Carport. Hinter dem großen Tor erstreckt sich die gestufte Terasse und auf der linken Seite die Küche mit allem drum und dran. Ein externer Grill und eine luftige Veranda laden zu schönen Abenden ein. Im Hintergrund steht das Wohnhaus mit 4 DZ (2 Erdgeschoss und 2 im ersten Stock). Diese haben alle ihr eigenes Bad, eine Klimaanlage und WLAN.
Wir haben alles sauber und funktiontüchtig vorgefunden. Eine kleine Überraschung war die Verbundenheit zur Natur! Leckere Kaktusfrüchte im Garten und liebevolle Geckos haben uns den Aufenthalt versüßt.
Man sollte sich mit den Gegebenheiten auf Sardinien vorher gut vertraut machen: Stechmücken, und geschotterte, holprige Straßen. Die Hinweise der Sarden ist unbedingt Folge zu leisten (z.B. zu den Kakteen)!
Alles in allem sehr ruhig und zum Erholen perfekt! Die Strände in Lido d´Ori und di Cea sind die Besten! Ein Ausflug zu den Stränden rund um Cala Goloritze mit den Booten ist sehr zu Empfehlen!
We spent three pleasant weeks in the calm of the hinterland, if not the goats, in this small authentic and rustic house but with all the modern comforts, a garden and a beautiful terrace to take full advantage of the exteriors, air-conditioned rooms allow to endure the hottest moments. The small family seaside resort of Santa Maria, right next door, offers everything necessary to fully enjoy the sea and the sun and discover the beautiful Gulf of Orosei. Your hosts will do their best to ensure you a great holiday.
Nous avons passés trois semaines agréables dans le calme de l'arrière pays, si ce n'est les chèvres, dans cette petite maison authentique et rustique mais avec tout le confort moderne, un jardin et une belle terrasse pour profiter pleinement des extérieurs, des chambres climatisées permettent de supporter les moments les plus chauds. La petite station balnéaire familiale de Santa Maria, juste à côté, offre tout le nécessaire pour profiter pleinement de la mer et du soleil et partir à la découverte du magnifique golfe d'Orosei.
