I have already made several stays in this apartment and for me value for money very good. House located in a quiet area of Niakh Niakhal, close to the sea, with a super guardian, friendly, available and conscientious, and also a good owner that I had the chance to know this summer with his family. Only small downside, a bit far from the center but possibility to find taxis or car rental.
J'ai déjà effectué plusieurs séjours dans cet appartement et pour moi rapport qualité-prix très bon. Maison située dans un quartier calme de Niakh Niakhal, proche de la mer, avec un super gardien, sympathique, disponible et consciencieux, et aussi un bon proprio que j'ai eu la chance de connaître cet été avec sa famille. Seul petit bémol, un peu loin du centre mais possibilité de trouver des taxis ou location de voiture.

Clean apartment with nice furniture and a nice decor. The guard Ousmane is discreet, courteous. Apartment near the sea but a little far from the center of Saly, no street name or number, so sometimes difficult to explain to taxis. It lacks opaque curtains in the rooms.

I rented the apartment for two months on the second floor, new apartment and we were the first tenants of this house. Large apartment, very bright, and very well equipped with air conditioning in the rooms, box with good flow and decoder channel. Being new, all the equipment was in perfect condition. The caretaker is very friendly and attentive to the tenants. The accommodation is 300m from the sea, near the hotel "Trézeguy " with swimming pool and restaurant accessible during the day. Two small Senegalese restaurants on the beach are also very close. Quality / price, this accommodation is really good.
J'ai loué l'appartement deux mois au deuxième étage, appartement neuf et nous étions les premiers locataires de cette habitation. Appartement vaste, très clair, et très bien équipé avec clim dans les chambres, box avec bon débit et décodeur canal. Étant neuf, tout l'équipement était en parfait état. Le gardien est très sympa et à l'écoute des locataires.
Le logement est à 300m de la mer, proche de l'hôtel club du "Trézeguy" avec piscine et restaurant accessible en journée. Deux petits restos sénégalais sur la plage sont également très proches. Qualité/prix, ce logement est vraiment très bien.

Second stay in an apartment in this villa which has 3. The rented apartment this time has just been completed and some adaptations have yet to be made. The house is supervised by a very friendly and available caretaker. The place is quiet and close to the sea, but a bit far from the center of Saly. With a few numbers of taxis, the problem of remoteness is quickly settled.
Second séjour dans un appartement de cette villa qui en compte 3. L'appartement loué cette fois-ci vient d'être terminé et quelques adaptations doivent encore être effectuées. La maison est surveillée par un gardien très sympathique et disponible. L'endroit est calme et proche de la mer, mais toutefois un peu éloigné du centre de Saly. Avec quelques numéros de taxis, le problème de l'éloignement est vite réglé.

Super stay, Edith was present, which is a benefit for her good advice. Quiet area, extra rent, pool and sea top. Small grocery store nearby. Possibility of a taxi of confidence for the airport. We will come back occasionally.

The owner and the on-site manager are extremely responsive. A guard is present H24 and always very attentive.

Completely satisfied with this rental that I had already rented for three weeks the previous year. The cleaning was perfect when I entered the accommodation. The latter is very well located near the sea and the club hotel TREZEGUY. The guardian (Babacar) is very discreet, kind and helpful. The interior accommodation is perfectly equipped.

The accommodation is spacious and well located in a quiet location. Very clean with mosquito net and air conditioning that works very well. The phots correspond well to the description. The keeper Boubacar is nice, always available without being cumbersome. A shop at Samba, very convenient for troubleshooting is near the rental.
Le logement est spacieux et bien situé dans un endroit calme. Très Propre avec moustiquaire et climatisation qui fonctionne très correctement. Les phots correspondent bien à la description.
