Today is our last day in this beautiful place where we spent two lovely weeks. The location is perfect , walking distance to the seaside and close to the village. The modern design of the house is great, it was just renovated and you appreciate being among the first tenants! Plenty of space inside with very comfortable bedrooms. We liked the inside / outside living room which was so enjoyable in the evening . But the best is definitely the pool area and the view over the sea in the evening! We will definitely come back if we can!!

Easily the best property we have rented in St Maxime. It has a very spacious terrace where the sun shone all day and made lunch a very pleasant experience. Cooking facilities were very good in a well equipped kitchen. The supermarket is a very short walk away as is the town centre and the beach. We were pleased to have car park facility as this is has been a problem for us before in St Maxime. I would have no hesitation in recommending the property to any potential visitor and we hope to return to it next year

We had a great week in the villa. Roll down shutters, airco, pool, table tennis, 2 kitchens, bbq, close to the sea, stunning views,... this villa has it all. However when we arrived we felt the house didn't smell fresh in some rooms, it was very hot and the apartment downstairs felt like it hadn't been used for a while. Because there was no airco in the app (it is written, so we knew) it's difficult to sleep there because of the heat. All in all after staying there for a week we felt very pleased . I recommend this house.

The apartment is fully liveable and comfortable. It's equipped with all necessary accessories, for cooking with an induction hob and microwave oven. There is also a dishwasher and a Washing machine for those who need them. The hotel has a terrace where you can see a wonderful view of the gulf. I suggest a vacation in this apartment. The owner is very kind and provide you all information needed for your stay. Moreover there is a person that lives on site who will give you the keys in case you need anything, he is always kind.

We really had a great vacation in this house. Unique is the great sea view that you can enjoy from the upper terrace as well as from the lower terrace and the pool. The rooms are lovingly and tastefully decorated - we felt very comfortable! The small village "les Issambres" is also very nice and you can find everything you need there. The contact with the owners was always very nice and helpful. Also Claire, who welcomes you on site is very sympathetic and you can contact her (or the owners) at any time with questions. We are very happy to come back!

Excellent villa!! We had an incredibly good time there. The villa is very comfortable and sparkling clean. It has all the needed amenities. It has a nice swimming pool and a beautiful terrace with an amazing sea view where you can sunbathe, take a cup of coffee, or take your meals. The neighborhood is very safe and quiet. There are small shops/delis nearby and the beach is walking distance. Thank you, Nathalie and Jean Michel, for your warm welcoming. Hope to stay there again soon! I highly recommend it!!

The villa is located in a quiet area with a very beautiful sea view. The property has everything you need for a nice relaxation (pool, table tennis, terrace with sea view, barbecue, etc.). There is a pub and a small shop within a five minute to walk. The villa owner is very helpful, which makes living in his property very pleasant.

We had a lovely holiday at Les Mimosas. Everything was spotlessly clean and the apartment was well equipped. Our hostess made us feel very welcome, with fresh fruit and supplies on arrival and was very flexible in accommodating our arrival time, even though our flight had been delayed. The views from the balcony were great, and our children enjoyed the swimming pools and nearby beaches. It was a great location in a beautiful, peaceful spot. Would definitely recommend.

Fabulous villa in a fabulous location. Would highly recommend to anyone for a great family holiday. Just 10 minutes to the beach. Great fast ferry to St Tropez. Good coastal bus service. Excellent local shops, bars and restaurants, which are not overpriced.

It's a very pleasant house with style and charme. The view over the golfe is wonderful. Most of the equipment in the house was in order and functioned well. One must understand, that this is not trivial, when a location has been occupied during the summer months by many different people and one arrives towards season's end. There was no major defficiency and we enjoyed our stay very much.

For anyone searching for a great holiday villa, my wife and I are very pleased to recommend this place, we booked 5 nights with our 8-month-old but ended up staying for 7. We found the villa to be very comfortable, and our hosts Francois and Monique very accommodating. It's nearly new, self contained and has modern furnishings. It's bright and airy and quite private. The balcony has excellent views over the valley to the sunset and pool below. It's a comfortable 10 mins drive from la napoule marina, very well located for day trips to Nice, Antibes, Cannes, St. Tropez and the Esterel National Park area. Francois's good English and great local knowledge helped us discover some very scenic villages nearby including Monteraux, Callian and Saint Czeare-sur-Siagne. There's a baby cot and tub for baby and many English cable tv channels. Thank you so much Francois and Monique, We had such a wonderful stay and are very grateful for your helpful advice.

I stayed in this apartment for sixteen days with my husband and 16 yr old daughter and it was absolutely idyllic. We arrived late on a Friday night, hot and thirsty with no chance to stop on the way to pick up food or even a bottle of water. Francois and his lovely wife met us, showed us around, opened the fridge to reveal water, orange juice, Rose, and a couple of beers. There was even coffee for the morning! This was so appreciated. This apartment is out in the sticks....you do need a car. It is very mountainous and has the most amazing hairpin bends. Having nearly died from fright the first day or so, I became completely blase about falling off the side of the mountain. Having said this apartment is out in the sticks....it is out in the sticks with the best of them and it is not too far out. Pierre Cardin has a villa in the l'Esterelle. It is very exclusive. The other great thing is that you are only literally ten miniutes drive from anywhere. You can get to the beaches, the supermarket and Cannes within 10 or so minutes. This is a great place for hikers...we did Mt. Vinaigre and there are lots of other great walks around. Francois was a perfect host, he loaned us books and gave us tips on where to go. We also adored the swimming pool.. We have come back to a heatwave in Ireland and we are missing that pool. Bonsoir Francois.
