We spent an excellent Easter weekend with family in this little corner of paradise in the countryside. Old typical farmhouse perfectly renovated. Quiet and soothing place. Urban residents will not panic: network coverage is perfect and shops are less than 15 minutes away.
Nous avons passé un excellent Week end de Pâques en famille dans ce petit coin de paradis en pleine campagne. Ancien corps de ferme typique parfaitement rénové. Endroit calme et apaisant. Les urbains ne seront pas en panique: la couverture réseau est parfaite et des commerces à moins de 15 minutes.

Surrounded by nature, ideal house for spending a quiet vacation with friends or family. Well located in Biriatou, a small village 4 km from the beaches of Hendaye and 2 km from Spain. Comfort appreciated with a bathroom in each bedroom, large living room and large sheltered terrace. To recommend.

En pleine nature, maison idéale pour passer des vacances au calme entre amis ou en famille. Bien située à Biriatou, petit village à 4 kms des plages d'Hendaye et 2 kms de l'Espagne. Confort apprécié avec une salle de bain dans chaque chambre, grande pièce à vivre et grande terrasse abritée. A recommander.
Second time we have rented this very pleasant studio due to its location in the center of Biarritz with a magnificent view of the ocean. This rental is well equipped and quiet. Arrival and departure times are flexible depending on the availability of the person responsible for reception. A municipal car park is located in the basement of the residence which is appreciable. To recommend !
Deuxième fois que nous louons ce studio très agréable de part sa localisation dans le centre de Biarritz avec une vue magnifique sur l'océan. Cette location est bien équipée et calme. Les heures d'arrivée et de départ sont modulables en fonction des disponibilités de la personne chargée de l'accueil. Un parking municipal est situé au sous-sol de la résidence ce qui est appréciable. A recommander !
Spacious and pleasant cottage. It is functional and equipped with the essentials. The bedding is comfortable. The outdoor space is also very appreciable. Quiet, the owners are welcoming and discreet. Well located for visiting the region.

Very warm welcome! Rental benefiting from a good location with a beautiful view! The equipment is more than generous. On the other hand, an interior refresh would be desirable: the kitchen in the hallway blah, the shower curtain blah, the 50s sideboard blah, the peeling wall paint blah! Windows that open poorly because they are poorly designed (sliding windows would be welcome)
Accueil très chaleureux ! Location bénéficiant d'un bon emplacement avec une belle vue ! L’équipement est plus que généreux. Par contre un rafraîchissement intérieur serait souhaitable : la cuisine dans le couloir bof, le rideau de douche bof, le buffet des années 50 bof, la peinture murale qui s'écaille bof ! Les fenêtres qui s'ouvrent mal car mal conçues bof ( des baies coulissantes seraient bienvenues )
The rental was well supplied in terms of accessories. The cottage was clean when we entered and the lady even gave us the keys in advance.
The only problem is that there are only 2 bay windows on the front (no other windows), so it's not possible to get a draft. So when it's hot, it's a bit complicated to sleep at night. I think it is desirable, either to install air conditioning, or at least to provide fans (contrary to the description, there are none). Summers will get hotter and hotter in the future...

La location était bien fournie niveau accessoires.
Le gite était propre à notre entrée et la dame nous a même donné les clés en avance.
Le seul souci, est qu'il n'y a que 2 baie vitrées en façade (pas d'autres fenêtres), donc pas possible de faire un courant d'air.
Donc lorsqu'il fait chaud, c'est un peu compliqué, pour dormir le soir.
Je pense qu'il est souhaitable, soit d'installer une climatisation, ou a minima de mettre a disposition des ventilateurs (contrairement à la description, il n'y en a pas).
Les étés vont être de plus en plus chaud à l'avenir...
