Home was above the advertisement. Lovely people who are ready to help. We needed a beerkeg every other day so we where supplied good. Lovely outdoorkitchen with nice big table. Enough of every kind of cutlery dishes and a dishwasher. Heaven. 10/10 would recommend and go again. Take care nick and cat.
Today is our last day in this beautiful place where we spent two lovely weeks. The location is perfect , walking distance to the seaside and close to the village. The modern design of the house is great, it was just renovated and you appreciate being among the first tenants! Plenty of space inside with very comfortable bedrooms.
We liked the inside / outside living room which was so enjoyable in the evening . But the best is definitely the pool area and the view over the sea in the evening!
We will definitely come back if we can!!
Easily the best property we have rented in St Maxime. It has a very spacious terrace where the sun shone all day and made lunch a very pleasant experience. Cooking facilities were very good in a well equipped kitchen. The supermarket is a very short walk away as is the town centre and the beach.
We were pleased to have car park facility as this is has been a problem for us before in St Maxime.
I would have no hesitation in recommending the property to any potential visitor and we hope to return to it next year
The house was spacious for 3 persons and clean. It has a magnificent private terrace with a fabulous view especially at sunset. The house is well equipped. Although surrounded by neighbors, it was very quiet. 2 negatives :
No air conditioning in the house. While the outside temperatures were constantly above 30° and the houses are South-West orientated, this should be included. Especially taking into account the rental price we paid. It was almost impossible to sleep at night.
The swimming pool is located around the corner (no direct view on it) but it is outdated. Showers are located in a small concrete building right next to a toilet. Having to shower with vision on that toilet and the water that does not run through, is not appetizing.
Truly everything within the description of the house and its content was met. We had a lovely vacation. The domain is beautiful, the pool is perfect. The owners of the house are very nice people, very friendly, always committed that everything is at your comfort. Thank you again Pierre & Marie for the nice talks, the mutual respect and your guidance towards markets/ towns, shops etc.
If you are bringing young children; take the opportunity to visit 'La ferme aux crocodiles' the crocodile farm at Pierrelatte. It is a great activity and we were all impressed by the size of the place and the amount of animals.
Overall a BIG 5 stars, we hope to return in the future.

We have had the pleasure of renting this lovely house for our vacation in Provence.
We have enjoyed our stay very much!
The house is very comfortable and has all the amenities one needs in a vacation home (fully equipped kitchen, washing machine etc.), and the pool was extremely popular with the kids (and adults).
The house is located at a lovely small town in the middle of Provence and in walking distance to a bakery, pharmacy, grocery stores, restaurants etc.
Mr. and Mrs. G. were excellent hosts, and did everything they could to make our stay as pleasant as possible (recommended sights nearby, gave us fruits from the garden, and even bought us a fan during a heat wave).
We had a great week in the villa. Roll down shutters, airco, pool, table tennis, 2 kitchens, bbq, close to the sea, stunning views,... this villa has it all.
However when we arrived we felt the house didn't smell fresh in some rooms, it was very hot and the apartment downstairs felt like it hadn't been used for a while. Because there was no airco in the app (it is written, so we knew) it's difficult to sleep there because of the heat.
All in all after staying there for a week we felt very pleased . I recommend this house.
The villa was a nice place, we enjoyed much to stay there. It is quiet and beautiful, close to the sea, supermarket and St. Maxime. The only thing we missed was WIFI.
The apartment is fully liveable and comfortable.
It's equipped with all necessary accessories, for cooking with an induction hob and microwave oven. There is also a dishwasher and a Washing machine for those who need them.
The hotel has a terrace where you can see a wonderful view of the gulf.
I suggest a vacation in this apartment.
The owner is very kind and provide you all information needed for your stay.
Moreover there is a person that lives on site who will give you the keys in case you need anything, he is always kind.
We really had a great vacation in this house. Unique is the great sea view that you can enjoy from the upper terrace as well as from the lower terrace and the pool. The rooms are lovingly and tastefully decorated - we felt very comfortable! The small village "les Issambres" is also very nice and you can find everything you need there. The contact with the owners was always very nice and helpful. Also Claire, who welcomes you on site is very sympathetic and you can contact her (or the owners) at any time with questions. We are very happy to come back!
We had a great week with nice weather. Need a decent car to get to the location. Nice swimming pool. Living outdoor/ close to nature, quiet, private and relaxing time. No dishwasher, good wifi connection. Friendly house owners also speaking English as well. Close to Aix en Provence, Pertuis (supermarket) and lovely villages and markets like Lourmarin, Cucuron, Gordes.. Thanks for the unforgettable experience
Very nice and comfortable place to stay. It is small but you do not need any more space with two people. Beautiful area! The owner is a very generous and friendly woman. Also, the pool is amazing, just as the garden.
We were 2 families (8 persons) and had a great time in this wonderful house. Everything is very clean and sober. The house is fully equipped and the garden is a gem. We enjoyed hiking in the forest behind the house. Great view over the lake site. Very calm neighborhood. Thanks again to Claude and Sylvie !
Excellent villa!! We had an incredibly good time there. The villa is very comfortable and sparkling clean. It has all the needed amenities. It has a nice swimming pool and a beautiful terrace with an amazing sea view where you can sunbathe, take a cup of coffee, or take your meals. The neighborhood is very safe and quiet. There are small shops/delis nearby and the beach is walking distance. Thank you, Nathalie and Jean Michel, for your warm welcoming. Hope to stay there again soon! I highly recommend it!!
The apartment is very close to the beach(2 minutes) and have everything what a couple need(a fully equipped kitchen,bed for two and bathroom with cleaning supplies).
My husband and I had a great time there,we can only recommend.

It was lovely property, well kept and clean when we were given the keys. Everything were as described and all that we could have asked for. Guilhem even went so far as to get us a new kettle for tea-making (there was a coffee-machine there but we are not big coffee drinkers). The pool was clean and well maintain - it was the big attraction for renting the property and it did not disappoint. The kids spent nearly everyday in the pool and had a whale of a time.
If there is anything to criticise, it would be the lack of air-con. It was very hot there and during August was unbearable for us. There were fans provided (one for each bedroom but the air itself is too hot so all it did was blowing it around without really able to cool things down). This is worse at night as there were also a lot of mosquito - which necessitated keeping the window closed. We are not used to this temperature so it was not pleasant but it is the only thing I found wanting although I appreciate that if you live there permanently you would be used to this temperature so no air-con is not unusual.
Guilhem and his wife were very nice people when we met them and so was his friend (who saw us off when we checked out).
All in all a very enjoyable experience and one we would not hesitate to recommend to others. Would we come back again? Absolutely - if we can get air-con or the weather wasn't so hot.
We had a lovely holiday at Les Mimosas. Everything was spotlessly clean and the apartment was well equipped. Our hostess made us feel very welcome, with fresh fruit and supplies on arrival and was very flexible in accommodating our arrival time, even though our flight had been delayed. The views from the balcony were great, and our children enjoyed the swimming pools and nearby beaches. It was a great location in a beautiful, peaceful spot. Would definitely recommend.
The house is very spacious and there was plenty of room for our party (6 adults and 5 teenagers) - a bathroom for every bedroom was perfect! Very well equipped kitchen and the house stayed nice and cool inside on a hot day.
Outside space is amazing! Expansive gardens, beautiful pool and comfortable seating areas for outside dining.
We had a lovely relaxing holiday with enough room to be together while still having our own space. Would recommend!
