We spent an unforgettable week in this fantastic Villa in mid July. The house is spacious, clean, equipped with all you need and has a special charm to it - it felt very homey and comfortable. The views from the house and the few terraces it offers are simply amazing. The pool is great, has a good size and the views it holds are unbeatable. The location is great, the town of St. Cezaire is beautiful, slightly away from the main tourist tracks which gives it this special, authentic feel. We simply enjoyed everything about this place. There are great walking routes possibilities, e.g. down to the valley and the river Siagne and the Pont des Tuves, which was extremely pretty. Communication with our hosts was top notch. We received many good tips, information about the local attractions, things to see and visit - everything worked perfectly. We're definitely looking forward to getting back and would highly recommend the property to anyone, whether you're a couple or a family with kids.
The house is very spacious and there was plenty of room for our party (6 adults and 5 teenagers) - a bathroom for every bedroom was perfect! Very well equipped kitchen and the house stayed nice and cool inside on a hot day.
Outside space is amazing! Expansive gardens, beautiful pool and comfortable seating areas for outside dining.
We had a lovely relaxing holiday with enough room to be together while still having our own space. Would recommend!
We had a wonderful stay in this apartment. Christine was lovely and warmly welcomed us. The location was perfect, everything we needed was in walking distance and we loved Antibes! The beds were very comfortable and the apartment was well equipped. We will definitely be back soon.
We spent a lovely week in Montgenevre with friends skiing. Four of us stayed in this apartment. It was even better than described and was very well equipped. The owner met us on arrival and was so welcoming and helpful. He even left us a fruit tart and box of chocolates, so kind. The location of the apartment was brilliant. Slopes were only about 50-70 metres away , supermarket was next door and plenty of restaurants nearby. Perfect! Would definitely recommend.
Great location and lovely well equipped property. As a family of 5 the 3 bedrooms were a real bonus and as we stayed over the New Year week the balcony offered the best views for the fireworks. The owner was helpful but not intrusive and if we go back to Montgenevre I am sure we would return to this property.
We spent a great week in Montgenevre. A great resort for all abilities. The apartment was large and comfortable for our party of 3 adults and 3 children. It was fantastic to look out directly onto the sunny nursery slopes and mountains and a pleasure to have a very short walk to ski school. Carina was very easy to contact prior to our stay. We are looking forward to returning again.
Lovely house with fantastic view! We were 9 persons and there was plenty of space for all of us. The children (4, 9 and 14) enjoyed the pool.

Lovely apartment located on the second floor of a house with all amenities provided in a elegant, safe community - thoughtful owners, who made you feel welcome, without pestering - highly recommended! Such a charming, heavenly resort!
The apartment has been recently renovated to a very high level of quality and is even better in real life than in the photos. It was spacious and very clean. The kitchen is well laid out and has all the modern facilities you could wish for.
Compared to the rest of Europe at Easter the weather was kind to us and we were able to sit in the garden and soak up the sun shine. Though the outdoor temperate didn't allow us to make use of the swimming pool. Indoors we were comfortably warm and the large windows gave the place a light and airy feel.
Access to the coast is only about 15 minutes walk away and a climb down the cliff paths to a series of isolated beaches, where the stormy weather made for dramatic waves and surf.
The apartment more than met our expectations and Franck and Sandrine were charming and very helpful.
A pleasant spartan studio with what you need for a week of ski holidays. Super close to ski lifts. Ski equipment lockers on premises. Depending on your internet equipment, if the owner's WiFi doesn't work, you may need to purchase a local WiFI service, which is about 30 eur/ week, not bad.
We had a lovely stay at this great apartment. It was very close to the see, but nice and quiet. The apartment is very clean and modern. We will come back next year!
Very nice and quiet location, clean apartment. We easily found everything we needed including kitchenware, TV, bathroom and an air conditioner of cause! All electrical equipment worked without any fault.

La Cascade is a comfortable and well equipped house, ideal for two couples, with good bedrooms and bathrooms. It has a good kitchen, a large dining room and a cosy sitting room.
It is situated in a pleasant village in the hills, well away from the crowded coast. The house itself is surrounded by a multitude of terraced gardens leading down to a stream, with nice views, lots of interest and many places for relaxing.
A car is essential, however, and there is no on-the-premises parking, though public parking spaces are available nearby. The house is accessed via a steep and twisting flight of steps through a gate off the main road, making it a poor choice for anyone with mobility issues. Note also that there are only limited facilities in the village and, because of the stream, mosquitoes can be a problem.
All in all, though, we enjoyed our stay at La Cascade. We have stayed in many gites across the whole of France and this was one of the nicer ones.

Lovely location and everyone very helpful. Very suitable for large groups and families. Close to the summer amenities and an excellent location for walking, climbing, biking or running.
It's a very pleasant house with style and charme. The view over the golfe is wonderful. Most of the equipment in the house was in order and functioned well. One must understand, that this is not trivial, when a location has been occupied during the summer months by many different people and one arrives towards season's end. There was no major defficiency and we enjoyed our stay very much.
The appartement is located on a top location with a great view according the pictures in the advertisement. It is very well equipped and we spend hours on the balcony enjoying the Mediterranean. The centre of Cannes and the Croisette is in walking distance and there is a bakery around the corner. Communication, contract and handling is well-organized by thge owner and of course it is very convenient to have your own parking space in a town like Cannes.
We will return!

The owner was very helpful, which helped us really enjoy our holiday there. All essential cooking and cleaning equipment was supplied, making it a convenient place to stay.
I would recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in the area.
