HAD A GREAT 10 DAYS IN THIS APARTMENT, JUST LIKE BEING IN YOUR OWN HOME WITH WASHER, DISHWASHER ETC. TWO BATHROOMS, SO NO FIGHTING FOR WHO WAS GOING IN FIRST. TV, WIFI ALL GREAT.
I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY, IT'S CLOSE TO TOWN CENTRE AND BUS STOPS, 20 MIN WALK TO PORTAMAO. JOSE WAS GREAT EVEN THOUGH WE ONLY MET ONCE, AS WE HAD NO PROBLEMS WHAT SO EVER. I WOULD DEFINITELY GO TO THIS APARTMENT AGAIN. VERY AFFORDABLE

Apartment very well located, no car was needed to get to the beach. Very spacious with restaurants and shops in the building. Very helpful and attentive landlord.

Very nice apartment located close to beaches and shops. Good welcome from Ms. Elodie who guided us perfectly about the swimming pool, the beaches, the shops and the features and was also very punctual. Thierry was very understanding following our health concerns which caused us to move our stay several times, thanks again to him. We spent a wonderful week in this magnificent region. We recommend this apartment
Très bel appartement situé à proximité des plages et commerces.
Bon accueil de Mme Elodie qui nous a parfaitement guidé pour la piscine ,les plages ,les commerces et les fonctionnalités et a été aussi très ponctuelle . Thierry a été très compréhensif suite à nos soucis de santé qui nous ont fait déplacer plusieurs fois notre séjour encore merci à lui.
Nous avons passé une très belle semaine dans cette magnifique région.

The apartment is as seen in the photos, it has a beautiful terrace to dine, both the bed and the sofa are very comfortable, the kitchen has everything you need to cook. What we liked the most is the proximity to the beach, in three minutes you arrive at a beautiful beach. We have had very good communication with Mr. Thierry and with Miss Elodie who was the one who showed us the apartment, the pool and the garage. We loved it! If we return to that area we will repeat. El apartamento es tal y como se ve en las fotos, tiene una terraza preciosa para poder cenar, tanto la cama como el sofá sin muy cómodos, la cocina tiene todo lo necesario para cocinar.Lo que más nos ha gustado es la cercanía a la playa, en tres minutos llegas a una playa preciosa.
Hemos tenido muy buena comunicación con el señor Thierry y con a señorita Elodie que fue quien nos enseñó el apartamento, la piscina y el garaje.

The property owner is very friendly and accessible, everything is well explained, building with a lot of movement, but very good house, close to everything, small pool for the size of the building.

Apartment ideal for the holidays. The back door gives direct access to Av. main beach of Praia da Rocha and with a supermarket at the door. Impeccable cleanliness, bed linen, toilet and kitchen available, as well as utensils for PA and meal preparation. The garage is an added value. I would recommend placing exterior blinds on the windows which, in addition to allowing isolation from nighttime street noise, would prevent sunlight from entering early in the morning and also prevent heat.

Recomendaria a colocação de estores exteriores nas janelas que, para além de permitir o isolamento do barulho nocturno da rua, impediriam a entrada de luz solar logo pela manhã e também do calor.
The location is wonderful, the view, quiet neighborhood. The owner has no words, very attentive. The apartment has everything a family needs. It was a wonderful 7 days. The pool needs repairs, but it is still usable.

It is the 3rd time that we have spent our holidays in this apartment. We particularly like the quiet and infrastructure of the condominium. This year we were surprised with Wi-Fi in the apartment, which we liked a lot. Both Mr. Thierry, like Elodie (responsible for handing over the key), are serious, friendly and helpful people.
