Too bad there's no washing machine would be handy for a rental of 2 weeks.
The views and beautiful and it is very quiet ? We did want to go back ....

As I have advertised, the apartment does not have washing machines, so I already knew beforehand that information.
During your stay, there was a rupture in the public sanitation, where supply utility water in Portimão had to carry the water cut (for a few hours) in some areas of Praia da Rocha to carry out repairs, my apologies for this inconvenience to I was oblivious.
With regard to kitchen accessories I saw when did your check-in that there were many glasses, but did not tell how many there were, certainly previous customers left some specific wine that I was not informed and had no chance to replace my apologies for this inconvenience and a next situation please tell me who promptly will get what is necessary.
Tal como tenho publicitado, o apartamento não dispõe de máquinas de lavar, por isso já sabia de antemão essa informação.
Durante a sua estadia, existiu uma rotura no saneamento público, onde a empresa abastecedora de água em Portimão teve que proceder ao corte de água ( por algumas horas) nalgumas zonas da Praia da Rocha para proceder a reparações, as minhas desculpas por este incómodo a que fui alheia.
Relativamente aos acessórios de cozinha vi quando fiz o vosso check-in que existiam muitos copos, mas não contei quantos existiam, certamente os clientes anteriores partiram algum especifico de vinho que não fui informada e não tive hipótese de substituir, as minhas desculpas por esse incomodo, e numa próxima situação por favor informe-me que prontamente farei chegar o que for necessário.
