Good location. Property as advertised. We stayed as 4 adults and 2 small children and we were comfortable. Hélène was easy to deal with and always super helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay in Avoriaz, the apartment was amazing. Lots of space and plenty of showers and toilets to accommodate everyone. Great views over the centre of Avoriaz. Apartment had all equipment that you would need. Especially I would like to thank the owners who managed to accommodate a late check out which gave us the opportunity to ski the morning of our departure. Overall we were all extremely happy with our weekend away and I can convey enough how helpful the owners were with everything that we asked.. We would highly recommend this apartment. A superb Chalet for any season, we had seven young kids with us and they loved it. Franck the owner is friendly courteous and helpful and we would all like to say thanks to him for making our stay so pleassant. There is so much skiing in easy reach and even late in the season most slopes were open. Flaine whilst not pretty is contained, safe and great for young children.
The Chalet was in great condition having been only recently renovated, with everything you could wish for. Go there!
Accommodation suitable for a couple with children but not for 4 adults because it is too small. The bedding is of very good quality and the cooking essentials are perfect. The plus of the rental: underground garage. The owner is very kind and available to provide information. The accommodation is quietly located while being close to the station. I recommend.

Le plus de la location : garage sous terrain. La propriétaire est très gentille et disponible pour donner les informations. Le logement est situé au calme tout en étant proche de la station. Charming chalet ideal for several families. Several levels with kitchen, bathroom and toilet. Not suitable for people with reduced mobility due to stairs. Despite a free shuttle which passes not far from the chalet, the center on foot remains far away. In addition, the shuttle runs every 30 minutes outside of school periods.

We had a pleasant stay, the chalet is very well located 5 minutes from the first shops and close to the shuttle. The owners were very welcoming and friendly. The apartment is well designed, spacious and we found it very clean when we arrived.

Magical stay for the Christmas holidays. We rented this chalet as a family and were extremely satisfied with the service: a cozy chalet, pleasantly decorated, perfectly well equipped to accommodate tables of 15 people, impeccable bedding, unrivaled comfort and the possibility of making a wood fire in the fireplace too! We were warmly welcomed by the owners who were accommodating, attentive and very friendly. We will return to this rental with pleasure!

A breathtaking view of Uble and Chalune for the ground floor of this chalet which benefits from a very pleasant terrace. An ideal place for those looking for calm while being close to the resort's shops. We had an excellent stay with Aurélie, a charming owner with whom relations were simple. The description of the chalet is completely in line with reality.

A very nice house, very extensive kitchen arsenal, good quality of the mattresses, very nice bathroom, in short, we were very satisfied with this house. The contact with Claude was also very good.
Een ontzettend mooi huis, zeer uitgebreide keukenarsenaal, goede kwaliteit van de matrassen, hele mooie badkamer , kortom wij waren erg tevreden over deze woning. Het contact met Claude was ook erg goed.

Everything was perfect. The apartment is functional and beautiful, pleasant to live in, beautiful view, good location (close to the center and yet a little away from the hustle and bustle). The little extra? The welcome of the owners, so friendly!

The swimming pool and the exteriors: top ? Very nice, spacious interior. The only constraint: the bathroom is a bit dated, otherwise very good. Mr Bertholon is very responsive.
