We really enjoyed our stay at this house in Andrano. Big clean, and Luigi and Lucilla were so nice to us. It was close to the sea, and some bars and restaurants. Would absolutely recommend this house!
The structure, made up of two separate units, is located in an excellent position, a few meters from the green grotto and a fantastic pastry shop. The apartments are large and spacious, very airy, with small terraces, and hot outdoor showers. The only flaw, in the apartment below, is the shower next to the toilet. Luigi is a very kind and very helpful person. All very nice. Strategic position to visit other places in Salento.
La struttura, composta da due unità distinte, si trova in un'ottima posizione, a pochissimi metri dalla grotta verde e da una fantastica pasticceria. Gli appartamenti sono ampi e spaziosi, molto arieggiati, con terrazzini, presenti docce esterne calde. Unica pecca, nell'appartamento sotto, la doccia a ridosso del gabinetto. Luigi è una persona molto gentile e molto disponibile. Tutto molto bello. Posizione strategica per visitare altre località del Salento.
We stayed in 10 (3 families with children from 9 months to 12 years). The photos do not convey the beauty of the structure well. The house far exceeded our expectations. The place is strategic, just go a few kilometers and you find yourself in the most beautiful places in Salento. Mr. Luigi (owner) is very thoughtful, helpful and endowed with a kindness of the past. I strongly recommend if you want to spend a relaxing, fun holiday in a wonderful place with a welcome that makes you feel more than at home. We will definitely be back.
Abbiamo soggiornato in 10 (3 famiglie con bambini da 9 mesi a 12 anni). Le foto non rendono bene la bellezza della struttura. La casa ha superato di gran lunga le nostre aspettative. Il posto è strategico, basta fare qualche chilometro e ti ritrovi nei luoghi più belli del Salento. Il signor Luigi (proprietario) è molto premuroso, disponibile e dotato di una gentilezza d'altri tempi. Consiglio fortemente se si vuole passare una vacanza rilassante, divertente in un luogo meraviglioso con un'accoglienza che ti fa sentire più che a casa. Torneremo sicuramente.

Appartamento molto confortevole, dotato di tutto ciò che serve per sentirsi come a casa propria. Da segnalare assolutamente la presenza di un posto auto sempre disponibile dinanzi l'ingresso. I proprietari, sempre presenti nel momento del bisogno, sono davvero delle persone splendide e gentili. Esperienza da ripetere.
We, three adults and six young Swiss, spent two wonderful weeks in Andrano. The house (actually two houses) was super for us. We had enough space inside and out for our needs. Everything we needed was available in the house and in the kitchen. When it was a bit cold, Luigi would bring us blankets - he was always there when we needed him - so it was a pleasure! Thanks once again for the good wine, the peppers and the biscuits from your garden ... When we were there, in late September / early October, most of the bars and restaurants were closed and there was no shopping in Marina di Andrano and there weren't many guests left. Castro and Andrano are not far, but a car is needed. The rocky beach is beautiful, even when it is windy there is always a place to get wet. We will come again, Luigi!
Noi, tre adulti e sei giovani svizzeri, abbiamo trascorso due settimane meravigliose ad Andrano.
La casa (in realtà sono due case) era super per noi. Avevamo abbastanza spazio dentro e fuori per le nostre esigenze. Tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno era disponibile in casa e in cucina. Quando faceva un po' freddo, Luigi ci portava delle coperte - era sempre lì quando avevamo bisogno di lui - quindi è stato un piacere! Grazie ancora una volta per il buon vino, gli peperoncini e gli biscotti del tuo orto...
Quando siamo stati lì, alla fine di settembre / inizio ottobre, la maggior parte dei bar e dei ristoranti erano chiusi e non c'era la possibilità di fare shopping a Marina di Andrano e non c'erano molti ospiti rimasti. Castro e Andrano non sono lontani, ma è necessaria una macchina.
La spiaggia rocciosa è bellissima, anche quando c'è vento c'è sempre un posto per bagnarsi. Verremo di nuovo, Luigi!
Really beautiful house both in terms of position and conformation. the outdoor showers and outdoor space to eat are dreamy. The kindness and availability of the owner are priceless. If I go back to Salento I will definitely return.

the splendid house is built around the olive trees, very clean, sanitized with mattress and pillow covers, with terraces, gardens, outdoor showers, succulents, the barbecue for grilling and then the fantastic view is lost on the sea ... spacious rooms, full of light, washing machine, safe, tranquility, silence, peace. la casa splendida è costruita intorno agli ulivi, pulitissima, sanificata con copri materassi e cuscini, con terrazze, giardini, docce esterne, piante grasse, il barbecue per grigliare e poi la vista fantastica si perde sul mare...camere spaziose , piene di luce, lavatrice, cassaforte, tranquillità ,silenzio, pace . E poi c è Luigi persona unica pronta ad accoglierti e aiutarti con estrema gentilezza e cortesia e a darti tutti i consigli utili per un soggiorno perfetto. una delle più belle vacanze della mia vita, sicuramente tornerò e lo consiglio di cuore a tutti

We stayed in this hotel for about ten days, finding it clean and well equipped, also ideal for groups of kids. Moreover, the beaches and all the points of interest are just a few steps from the house, making the stay even more pleasant, even if you don't have a car. Very kind owner, he welcomed us with the typical food of the area and with the tomatoes from his garden, and was widely available for all our requests or needs. Definitely positive and recommended experience!
Abbiamo alloggiato in questa struttura per una decina di giorni, trovandola pulita e ben attrezzata, ideale anche per gruppi di ragazzi. Inoltre, le spiagge e tutti i punti di interesse sono a pochi passi dalla casa, rendendo ancora più piacevole il soggiorno, anche se sprovvisti di automobile. Proprietario gentilissimo, ci ha accolto con il cibo tipico della zona e con i pomodori del suo orto, ed è stato ampiamente disponibile per ogni nostra richiesta o bisogno. Esperienza decisamente positiva e consigliata!

We were here on holiday at the end of August in 16 people, 3 families and we all found ourselves very well. Mr. Luigi very kind and helpful. The place is beautiful, possibility to reach the sea on foot and the green cave is right there in front. The coast at that point is rocky, but is also equipped with bars and umbrellas. Taking the auro Within minutes you will find beautiful sandy coves. Excellent position also to move to other areas such as Leuca or Gallipoli. We liked it !!!
Siamo stati qui in vacanza a fine Agosto in 16 persone, 3 famiglie e ci siamo trovati tutti molto bene. Il sig. Luigi molto gentile e disponibile. Il posto è bellissimo, possibilità di raggiungere il mare a piedi e la grotta verde è proprio lì di fronte. La costa in quel punto è di scoglio, ma è anche attrezzata con bar e ombrelloni. Prendendo l’auro A pochi minuti si trovano bellissime calette di sabbia. Posizione ottima anche per spostarsi in altre zone come Leuca o Gallipoli. Ci è piaciuta!!!
House spacious, comfortable, equipped with everything you need (pots, dishes, washing machine). Cozy rooms. All clean environments. Outdoor spaces and showers in the garden were very useful for our group of 16 people with several children. The location is ideal, because a stone's throw from the sea and the beautiful Green Grotto, a marvel of the Salento Adriatic still little known, which can be easily reached on foot. The village is quiet, ideal for families with children; it is also not far from the most famous places like Otranto and S. Maria di Leuca. Friendly and very helpful owner. It is a place where we would like to return and that we therefore recommend to everyone.

Gli spazi esterni e le docce in giardino sono stati molto utili per il nostro gruppo di 16 persone con diversi bambini. La posizione è ideale, perché a due passi dal mare e dalla splendida Grotta Verde, meraviglia dell'Adriatico salentino ancora poco conosciuta, alla quale si può accedere facilmente a piedi. Il paese è tranquillo, ideale per famiglie con bimbi; è inoltre non lontano da località più note come Otranto e S. Maria di Leuca.

The house is as seen in the picture. Many stairs but very nice place, the only flaw in andrano marina is the lack of shops, there is only a small shop near the green grotto that is also within walking distance from the location. In the evening there are some nice little places where you can have a good drink enjoying the good music. Perhaps the house should be equipped with extra crockery, because many were allegedly ruined because of who it was previously and did not make good use of it
La casa è come si vede in foto. Tante scale ma posto molto carino, unica pecca a marina di andrano è la mancanza di negozi, vi è solo una piccola bottega proprio vicino grotta verde che fra l'altro è a due passi dalla location. La sera poi vi sono dei localini carinissimi dove si può bere un buon drink godendo della buona musica. Forse la casa dovrebbe essere dotata di stoviglie in più, perché molte erano rovinate presumibilmente a causa anche di chi è stato in precedenza e non ne ha fatto buon uso

We stayed for a week at Mr. Luigi's house, in the lower apartment. The location is very convenient to the Verde cave and the seafront promenade of Andrano. The area is strategic to visit both the north (Otranto) and the south (SM di Leuca). The house is well maintained and comfortable, only in the small shower (but there is the possibility of access to an outdoor shower, if necessary). Thanks to Mr. Luigi, very helpful and kind!
Abbiamo soggiornato per una settimana a casa del Sig. Luigi, nell'appartamento in basso. La posizione è molto comoda alla grotta Verde e alla passeggiata lungomare di Andrano.
La zona è strategica per visitare sia la parte nord (Otranto) sia quella a sud (S.M. di Leuca).
La casa è ben tenuta e comoda, unico neo la doccia piccola (ma c'è la possibilità di accedere ad una doccia esterna, eventualmente). Grazie al sig. Luigi, molto disponibile e gentile!
We arrived in 8 more medium size dogs, we were greeted very well and spent a fantastic week. The house is located in a very beautiful area for the presence of the Green Grotto. Siamo arrivati in 8 più cane di media taglia, siamo stati accolti molto bene ed abbiamo passato una settimana fantastica. La casa è ubicata in una zona molto bella per la presenza della grotta Verde. Noi siamo usciti tutti i giorni per visitare le zone meravigliose del Salento. Il posto è tranquillo ed è adatto a chi ha animali con se.
