We were seduced by the brightness of the house and the opening of the panorama that extends to 360 °: we can follow the sun from sunrise to sunset! The proximity of the beach of Petites Dalles (20 min walk) is ideal and small local shops (St Martin Buneaux and Sassetot Mauconduit) allow easy refueling of local products.

The sea is about 25 minutes on foot.
Das Haus und der Umschwung, sind sehr gut ausgestattet. Zu fünft war uns das Haus auf keinen Walle konnte man sich mit Soccer Spiel gut unterhalten. Wir würden grad wieder yesterday in die Ferien fahren.

We stayed with 3 couples making the room on the floor offered less privacy (maybe provide some kind of screen) but provided some good will certainly no problem with holidaymakers. The environment is quite varied: sea (Fecamp, Etretat, Saint Valery, ...) and the town (Dieppe, Rouen, Le Havre, ..) are not far away. There is so much going on in the neighborhood!

The sunsets are just gorgeous and different every night.
The proximity of the sea and the beach of small slabs allowed us to discover the area on foot and by bicycle. The region is very rich in culture and history and with the guidance of Francis and Eliane, we discovered beautiful beaches and many typical towns nearby.
It is not impossible that we ever return to Sunset Cottage!

A cottage over-equipped (better than at home!) With a big strong point much appreciated during our stay: baby equipment! Nothing is missing: high chair, bath and changing table, babycook, cot ... The washing machine / dryer, ideal! Baby was in heaven!
And for larger, activities abound: billiards, table football, badminton, balls, very convenient paved parking for scooters or roller ...
The beach is accessible on foot for good walkers; a well-equipped supermarket in the village.
Starting place very well located for exploring the Pays de Caux (you can find all the doc in the house)
Only downside: the children's room located on the mezzanine (can not be closed to allow sleep younger while the adults enjoy their evenings ...) and very narrow staircase without security fence for small intrepid ... a more suitable room mayfor teens and pre-teens ...
