This property surpassed our expectations. It was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable. There was constant hot water and a good supply of towels. The garden was well maintained. The owners are very aware of the environment and provided bins for compost and recycling. They greeted us when we arrived, and made sure we knew where the shops and restaurants were. The property is in a quiet, safe area and is a stones throw from the beach. I would certainly recommend this house to my friends. I never booked with MediaHols before but will certainly do so in the future.
Very comfortable and pleasant, well situated very close to small beach and a short walk to a larger beach. The pool is very nice as well. Also, the close proximity to a tram station makes it easy to visit Benidorm and Alicante. We would wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone.
We spent ten very pleasant days in Susanna's house. It is situated in walking distance to both beaches as well as everything you need in terms of shops, restaurants etc. The house was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We spent memorable evenings on the terrace with its great view. Susanna is a very friendly, welcoming host who was always there to help. We hope to be back.
The apartment is very close to the beach(2 minutes) and have everything what a couple need(a fully equipped kitchen,bed for two and bathroom with cleaning supplies).
My husband and I had a great time there,we can only recommend.

This house is in a quiet place surrounded by trees and maquis, through which you can see the sea. The local beach was quiet too for our stay and is of a good size and a pleasant walk away. The two terraces of the house means that there is always somewhere comfortable to sit or eat outside at any time of day. Inside, the house is superbly equipped with everything you could wish for and everything was absolutely clean. The owner, Patrick, was very welcoming and attentive, yet not intrusive. We would stay again without hesitation.
We had a lovely holiday at Les Mimosas. Everything was spotlessly clean and the apartment was well equipped. Our hostess made us feel very welcome, with fresh fruit and supplies on arrival and was very flexible in accommodating our arrival time, even though our flight had been delayed. The views from the balcony were great, and our children enjoyed the swimming pools and nearby beaches. It was a great location in a beautiful, peaceful spot. Would definitely recommend.
Such a clean spacious modern apartment with lovely touches - we were so surprised.!
Huge terrace gives views down to the huge pool area and sea beyond. Quick walk over the hill to Cala Tarida beach too! The apartment had bat n ball and umbrellas etc which we used on the beach.
The bedroom is very small but is as shown on the pics - I wouldn’t recommend if you were tall!
The restaurant wasn’t open when we were there but may be worth noting the opening hours for your stay as your terrace is above it. During our stay we had no one either side but did have people above, which you can hear!
However these things didn’t spoil our stay and we would definitely return and recommend.
We had a wonderful stay in this apartment. Christine was lovely and warmly welcomed us. The location was perfect, everything we needed was in walking distance and we loved Antibes! The beds were very comfortable and the apartment was well equipped. We will definitely be back soon.
If location and sunshine are what you are looking for this is the place for you. A joy to wake up to the view in the morning and go to sleep to the sound of the sea.
We have had the most wonderful relaxing time in this apartment and the owner was joy to deal with.
Apartment is excellent! The view from the window is wonderful. Everything in the kitchen work, room was clean, bathroom was clean too. In the apartment there are two beach chairs and one umbrella, so you don't have to buy it in the supermarket. Also you can have dinner on the roof of this appartment, where you can watch a wonderful view on the sea, or just can take a sunbathing.
So, I recommend this appartment to stay in!
We spent one fantastic week in Apulia. The property is comfortable, in very good location. The owner helpful and pleasant. Really nothing to complain about.
From the appartment you have a sea view. We didn't use the terrace, being busy with travelling.
Monopoli is a fantastic place to stay - beautiful, calm and well communicated.
We spent a very nice holiday at the beautiful villa in Avola. Its well equipped with many shady places to sit outside and - not to forget - a huge, spotless clean pool which the kids enjoyed very much. The house is located just 200 ms from a sandy beach with a beach bar. Our caring host Patrizia made our stay perfect. Thank you very much!
We rented Alex's lovely apartment for 2 weeks, it is spacious, light & airy with a sea view from one of the bedrooms. Very close to shops and the beach within walking distance. There is free car parking spaces directly outside the building. All the amenities inside the apartment are modern & clean (dining table & chairs, fitted wardrobes in main bedroom, 2 x sofabeds, fridge-freezer, ceramic hob, microwave, washing machine, tv, kitchen utensils plates glasses cups pans) There is free wi-fi also! The bathroom is quite small with a shower sink & toilet with enough space to store/place your products. The swimming pools are modern & clean with plenty of space around them to relax. Although the apartment is on the 5th floor there is a lift to go up & down. I found Alex to be a fair & accommodating landlord - I was able to keep contact with him via whatsapp/phone/text if I needed to ask any questions etc.. Overall a very nice holiday in L'escala & I recommend Alex as a good honest landlord & also friendly neighbours & the ladies are lovely who keep the communal area's clean regularly :-)
Hi to all that are interested in renting. We have spent 2 weeks (end of September 2016) in Villa Valery and it was one of our best holiday ever. The place is beautiful and quiet. The Villa is exactly as described and as in photos. It is full equipped so we did not miss anything. The center from Tre Fontane is aprox. 3 km and Lidl 10 km from Villa. Besides that there are many interesting places to visit but it is useful to have a car.
The host is very friendly and helpful and live in neighbourhood. I really recommend. We have come back really relaxed and we will for sure come back. Thank you Antonino :-) !
