We couldn't dream of a better place than such a grandiose place with a real swimming pool, a patio restaurant where we had an aperitif and the large patio where we dined and we could dance without any problem. We stayed 4 days but the trip was intense and unforgettable. We had the Riad of course exclusively with the great team of the welcoming and warm riad. The restaurant is spacious, we ate delicious meals prepared by the cook. The breakfasts under the sun on the terrace are pleasant, with a view of the snow-capped mountains of the Atlas. We also took advantage of the spa and hammam, then the solarium on the terrace, the authentic dream. It was a memorable stay. The Riad is really well designed for group reception, which we had been looking for for a long time, unfortunately beyond 30 people there is no riad as large and even below, it is not at all refinement like the riad dar bounouar.
On ne pouvait rêver mieux qu'un lieu aussi grandiose avec une vraie piscine, un patio restaurant où l'on prenait l'apéritif et le grand patio où nous dinions et nous pouvions danser sans problème.
Nous sommes restés 4 jours mais le voyage était intense et inoubliable. Nous avions le Riad bien sur en exclusivité avec la super équipe du riad accueillante et chaleureuse. Le restaurant est spacieux, nous y avons mangé de délicieux repas préparés par la cuisinière.
Les petits déjeuners sous le soleil de la terrasse sont agréables, avec une vue sur les montagnes enneigées de l'Atlas.
Nous avons aussi profité du spa et hammam ,puis du solarium sur la terrasse , le rêve authentique.
Ce fût un séjour mémorable. Le Riad est vraiment bien conçu pour l'accueil de groupe, ce que nous avions cherché pendant un long moment , malheureusement au delà de 30 personnes il n'y a aucun riad aussi grand et même en dessous, ce n'est pas du tout le raffinement comme le riad dar bounouar.
Complies with the description to 100%! I practice Morocco since 2010 and this place is just perfect ... Relaxing, calm. No worries ... The villa is very well maintained and completely satisfied with the description. The owner is very available to your expectations and directs you as best as possible to what you are looking for and more is very serious about having a good stay. I put a 10/10!

We stayed 15 days with our 3 children in a peaceful and relaxing place. 25 minutes from downtown Marrakech and only 5 minutes from the market with local shops and flavors.
The villa is truly exceptional, surrounded by a garden, spacious enclosed and not overlooked, privacy assured. Large pool maintained daily, the decoration of the villa is very neat, fully equipped kitchen, spacious bedroom, air conditioning, wifi ... What more!

Nous avons séjourné 15 jours avec nos 3 enfants dans un endroit paisible et reposant. A 25 min du centre ville de Marrakech et à 5 min seulement du marché aux commerces et saveurs locales.
La villa est vraiment d’exception, entouré d’un jardin arboré, spacieux clos et sans vis à vis, intimité assurée. Grande piscine entretenue quotidiennement, la décoration de la villa est très soignée, cuisine tout équipée, chambre spacieuse, climatisation,wifi... Que demander de plus!
Merci à Bouchra et Khadija, très gentilles et serviables, pour les bons repas qu’elles nous ont préparés ainsi que l’entretien de la maison.
Quand à Nadia la propriétaire une personne adorable, aux petits soins pour ses locataires, toujours disponible. Merci à toi, nous garderons tous un souvenir merveilleux de ce séjour en famille.

We rented the villa from June 23rd to July 8th with my husband and my twins of 13 months and it was a more than pleasant stay. Nadia was super nice, patient and understanding. She has been caring for each of our requests and has always taken care to make every effort to satisfy us. The villa and just beautiful with its superb pool and garden both always well maintained. Nadia a été super gentille, patiente et compréhensive. Elle a été au petit soin pour chacune de nos demandes et a toujours pris soin de tout mettre en œuvre pour nous satisfaire. La villa et juste magnifique avec sa superbe piscine et son jardin tous les deux toujours bien entretenus. Pour les amateurs d'air frais et de calme n’hésitez pas et foncez!!! Vous ne serez pas déçu.

Hello . I wanted to highlight the wonderful experience that we spent with myself and my husband in the villa on Marrakech. First of all the villa is extremely clean the pool too The decor is just perfect to purify one feels directly at ease. The garden is very well maintained pool. It provides enough deck chair for each person. We were able to receive from the family villa which has 3 large bedrooms each with their own bathroom. The city is located next to the center of Marrakech we loved the isolated side hide and especially quiet. For those who want to spend quiet days and go out a bit in the evening it is the ideal accommodation. The availability of the villa makes it possible to have from sunrise to sunset on the total part of the garden / pool. The lady who is there to take care of the housekeeping and make food is really very nice and excellent cook. Small plus there are all the French channels so it's also great when you want to rest inside you can watch a movie or other. The owner is genial welcoming accomodating accomodation a very nice person who has the future that is certain wewe will return to her to rent her villa. It is simple when you have to taste the comfort of a villa the tranquility and privacy that one has in a villa. It's unthinkable to go back to a hotel. I recommend it very sincerely because we were satisfied
Bonjour . Je tenais à mettre en exergue le merveilleux séjour que nous avons passer moi et mon mari au sein de la villa sur Marrakech. Tout d'abord la villa est extrêmement propre la piscine aussi La déco es juste parfaite épurer on se sent directement à l'aise . Le jardin es très bien entretenu la piscine . Elle met à disposition assez de serviette de transat pour chaque personne . Nous avons pu recevoir de la famille villa qui a 3 grande chambres avec chacune leur salle de bain . La ville es situer à côté du centre de Marrakech on a adorer le côté isolé limite cacher et surtout très silencieux . Pour ceux qui veulent passer des journée au calme et sortir un peu le soir c'est l'hébergement idéal . La dispo de la villa permet d'avoir du lever au coucher le soleil sur la total parti du jardin/piscine . La dame qui es La pour s'occuper du ménage et de faire à manger est vraiment très gentille et excellente cuisinière . Petit plus il y a toute les chaînes française donc c'est top aussi quand on veut se reposer à l'intérieur on peut regarder un film ou autre .
La propriétaire est géniale accueillante avenante arrangeante une très belle personne qui a l'avenir c'est certain nous reviendrons vers elle pour louer sa villa . C'est simple quand on a goûter au confort d'une villa la tranquillité et l'intimité que l'on a dans une villa . C'est impensable de repartir en hôtel .

C'était notre premier séjour au Maroc et après cette semaine, nous n'avons qu'une hâte c'est d'y retourner!
La villa de Nadia et Brahim nous a été conseillée, et je ne peux que vous la recommander à mon tour.
Elle est spacieuse, propre, fonctionnelle et entourée d'un magnifique jardin avec piscine et pergola traditionnelle.

Our visit took place from August 30 to 6 September 2015. We were a group of four friends whose veiled. We spent a pleasant stay in the villa of Mr and Mrs Hassoun.
We chose this house for privacy and relaxing environment that offers the area. The villa is located about 20 minutes from Marrakech, the ideal is to have a car available.
The house is very spacious, and the gorgeous pool. The interior was clean well maintained. Green areas of the garden was delectable, and vis-à-vis as we had indicated the owner. We were not disturbed during our stay in the area.
Beyond the villa, I thank the owner for his availability and Nadia all the precise information she could provide. She was able to take time to be listening to us.
They are owners eager to satisfy their tenants so that their stay is for the best. They are honest owners and confidence. We did not encounter any difficulty when booking. We also had a very nice person who prepared usmeals and took care of the household of the villa.
In summary, we were very pleased with our place to stay, I will keep the address for next vacation in Morocco, and strongly recommend this place for a family vacation or between friends.

Nous avions choisi cette maison pour l’intimité et le cadre reposant que propose le domaine. La villa est située à environ 20 min de Marrakech, l’idéal est donc d’avoir une voiture à disposition.
La maison est très spacieuse, et la piscine superbe. L’intérieur était propre est bien entretenu. Les espaces verts du jardin était très appréciables, et sans vis-à-vis comme nous l’avait indiqué la propriétaire. Nous n’avons pas été dérangé durant notre séjour dans le domaine.
Au-delà de la villa, je remercie beaucoup la propriétaire Nadia pour sa disponibilité et toutes les informations précises qu’elle a pu nous fournir. Elle a su prendre le temps d’être à notre écoute.
Ce sont des propriétaires soucieux de satisfaire leur locataires afin que leur séjour se déroule pour le mieux. Ce sont des propriétaires honnêtes et de confiance. Nous n’avons pas rencontré de difficulté lors de notre réservation. Nous avions également une personne très gentille qui nous préparait les repas et s’occupait du ménage de la villa.
En résumé, nous étions très satisfaites de notre lieu de séjour, je conserverai l’adresse pour de prochaines vacances au Maroc, et vous recommande vivement ce lieu de vacances en famille ou

Superb very spacious, comfortable villa functional. Those involved in maintenance and kitchen are qu'adorable! They are really in trouble! The pool is large, the jacuzzi is TOP! The villa is well located at + - 20 km from Marrakech. We must be attentive to the owner's instructions to find the house. Even if it is isolated on greatly appreciates comfort, it is a real haven. The owner is responsive by email, efficient and understanding, everything went super smoothly! I highly recommend this accommodation.

We just returned from our stay, but positive. The only downside is the distance to the city center (about 30 minutes) but we will still in this beautiful villa which is also even prettier in real life than in pictures, no vis-à-vis the staff the villa and the owner are really listening and adorable! After doing a lot of research on Marrakech villa, this is the one that really stands out and that is by far the cheapest and one of the best so do not hesitate !!
Nous revenons tout juste de notre séjour, que du positif. Le seul petit bémol est la distance avec le centre-ville (environ 30 minutes) mais nous reviendrons quand même dans cette magnifique villa qui est d'ailleurs encore plus jolie en vrai qu'en photo, aucun vis-à-vis, le personnel de la villa ainsi que le propriétaire sont vraiment à l'écoute et adorable ! Après avoir fais énormément de recherche de villa sur Marrakech, celle-ci est vraiment celle qui sort du lot et qui est de loin la moins chère et une des plus belle donc n'hésitez pas!!

With a Dutch family of 16 people, consisting of eight granddaughters aged 5 to 12 years and 8 adults, we have a week from 9 to May 16, 2015 stayed in villa Tycoz. By the benevolent caretaker Mr. Hamid from the airport met, where the owner Annemarie Mehat at our request 3 cars had rented. The house met all expectations that we had received in advance from the many photos and descriptions. On arrival there was an extensive delicious lunch ready for us, which was prepared by the cook Touria, her younger sister and the wife of Hamid. The three of them made us breakfast, lunch and dinner, at times we wished. Even when we came home later than planned was still served an excellent lunch or dinner. The house,bedrooms, bathrooms, the spacious garden, the sun loungers around the pool lovely, everything was super clean. There were plenty of towels and bath towels provided which were changed regularly. The first day along with Hamid ? .40,00 for fruit and vegetable shopping done for the week, the market 800 meters back. Later bought from a wholesaler with Hamid and Touria for other food and alcoholic drinks. After we left daily Hamid doing some shopping for any meat we wanted. The temperature was exceptionally high for the time of year, but the pool gave a lot of coolness. A few large umbrellas plus standers places were missed. Hamid solved this problem by a large parasol to tie up one of the benches. Of course we have our cars drove several times to the city of Marrakech (25 minutes) and have us there marveled at the Moroccan culture. We are also the Atlas Mountains and drove there have hiked up to 3000 m. Altitude. The beautiful fertile green valleys were a feast for the eyes. Granddaughters have at a nearby riding school horse riding. Conclusion: BeautifulVilla, spacious bedroom bathroom, friendly manager, clean and hygienic (occasional cockroach, but you have in tropical countries), excellent cook Touria very friendly, helpful manager Hamid. Met een Hollandse familie van 16 personen, bestaande uit 8 kleindochters van 5 tot 12 jaar en 8 volwassen, hebben we een week, van 9 tot 16 mei 2015 in villa Tycoz gelogeerd.
Door de hulpvaardige huisbewaarder Mr. Hamid van het vliegveld gehaald, waar de eigenaresse mevrouw Annemarie Mehat op ons verzoek 3 auto's had gehuurd.
Het huis voldeed aan alle verwachtingen die we van tevoren van de vele foto's en beschrijving hadden gekregen.
Bij aankomst stond er een uitgebreide heerlijke lunch voor ons klaar, welke door de kokkin Touria, haar jongere zus en de vrouw van Hamid was klaar gemaakt . Gedrieën zorgden zij voor ons ontbijt, lunch en diner, op tijden die wij wensten. Zelfs als we later dan gepland thuiskwamen werd er nog een voortreffelijke lunch of diner opgediend.
Het huis, de slaapkamers, de badkamers, de royale tuin, de ligstoelen rondom het heerlijke zwembad, alles was super schoon. Er waren voldoende handdoeken en badlakens aanwezig, welke regelmatig werden verschoond.
De eerste dag samen met Hamid voor €.40,00 groente en fruit inkopen gedaan, voor de hele week, op de markt 800 meter terug. Later bij een groothandel samen met Hamid en Touria voor overige voedsel en alcohol houdende dranken gekocht. Waarna we dagelijks Hamid nog inkopen lieten doen voor het eventuele vlees wat we wensten.
De temperatuur was uitzonderlijk hoog voor de tijd van het jaar, maar het zwembad gaf veel verkoeling. Een paar grote parasols plus standers werden wel gemist. Hamid loste dit op door één grote parasol aan een van de zitbanken vast te binden.
Natuurlijk zijn we met onze auto's een aantal malen naar de binnenstad van Marrakech gereden (25 minuten) en hebben ons daar verwonderd over de Marokkaanse cultuur. Ook zijn we het Atlas gebergte in gereden en hebben daar tot 3000 m. hoogte gewandeld. De prachtige vruchtbare groene valleien waren een lust voor het oog. Kleindochters hebben nog bij een nabij gelegen manege paardgereden.
Conclusie: Prachtige villa, royale slaap- badkamers, vriendelijke beheerder, schoon en hygienisch (af en toe een kakkerlak, maar die heb je in tropische landen), voortreffelijke zeer vriendelijke kokkin Touria, hulpvaardige beheerder Hamid. Zeker aan te bevelen.

We stayed 4 days but the trip was intense and unforgettable. We had the Riad of course exclusively with the great team of the welcoming and warm riad. The restaurant is spacious, we ate delicious meals prepared by the cook.
The breakfasts under the sun on the terrace are pleasant, with a view of the snow-capped mountains of the Atlas.
We also took advantage of the spa and hammam, then the solarium on the terrace, the authentic dream.
It was a memorable stay. The Riad is really well designed for group reception, which we had been looking for for a long time, unfortunately beyond 30 people there is no riad as large and even below, it is not at all refinement like the riad dar bounouar.
