Excellent possibility of traveling by bike thanks to a very close cycle path that also allows you to reach the town of Casuzze passing through Marina di Ragusa. I recommend it, I would definitely stay there again.
Casa semplice, ottima per le vacanze al mare: una bellissima spiaggia di sabbia dista pochi minuti a piedi dall’alloggio. Con l’auto, in pochi minuti, è possibile raggiungere anche altre belle spiagge di Marina di Ragusa e/o Donnalucata.

Ottima possibilità di spostamenti anche in bici grazie ad una pista ciclabile molto vicina che permette di arrivare anche alla località di Casuzze passando per Marina di Ragusa.
La consiglio, ci tornerei sicuramente.
The Villa consists of 4 apartments. We took one of the 2 attics which, although not very large, is really very functional and complete with everything that can be used (even a private barbecue). The location is really excellent and the flagship is definitely the swimming pool (beautiful but above all very clean) and the outdoor area with deckchairs available, cared for by his father who is a very kind person. Highly recommended and if we can we will return.
La Villa è composta da 4 appartamenti. Noi abbiamo preso una delle 2 mansarde che,anche se non grandissima, è davvero molto funzionale e completa di tutto quello che può servire (Anche di barbecue privato).
La posizione è davvero eccellente e il fiore all'occhiello è sicuramente la piscina (bella ma soprattutto pulitissima) e lo spazio esterno con le sdraio a disposizione curato dal padre che è una persona gentilissima.
Consigliatissimo e se potremo ci ritorneremo.
We were a seventh, we were two families in two separate apartments on the ground floor both very spacious and comfortable well furnished and complete with all accessories. The apartments are completed by two beautiful verandas where we had lunch and dinner every day. Very nice pool, big and clean. The owners very kind and helpful, the house is located in a quiet area not far from the sea and from the center of Marina di Ragusa. Value for money good my experience was positive we will definitely return.
Siamo stati una settima , eravamo due famiglie in due distinti appartamenti al piano terra entrambi molto spaziosi e confortevoli ben arredati e completi di tutti gli accessori . Completano gli appartamenti due stupende verande dove abbiamo pranzato e cenato tutti i giorni . Piscina molto bella, grande e pulita . I proprietari gentilissimi e disponibili, la casa si trova in zona tranquilla a poca distanza dal mare e dal centro di Marina di Ragusa. Rapporto qualità prezzo buono la mia esperienza è stata positiva ci ritorneremo sicuramente.

Il faut impérativement une voiture, vous trouverez tout ce que vous voulez, supermarché à 4 km, ainsi qu'une très belle plage. Bref nous avons adoré.

An idyllic setting surrounded by olive trees, almond trees. The comfortable studios and much appreciated air conditioning, we rented 3 studios for 10 people. Very very friendly owners, Davide and Carmela are really an exemplary kindness. We highly recommend this accommodation if you go to Avola.

La casa al di sopra delle aspettative, curata in tutti i dettagli, completa di qualunque cosa può servire in vacanza; in poche parole è come essere a casa propria. Zanzariere in tutte le finestre ma non necessarie per il periodo poichè il proprietario quasi giornalmente effettua disinfestazione.

Mr Ottaviano is a person very helpful, friendly and honest. The apartment was exactly as in the ad with all the comforts. Good location near the sea. Recommended to all, especially to families with children.
