A repair of the showers and toilets is to be carried out, there is no air conditioning, too bad when it is very hot!
We also had a lot of ants outside and inside the house.
We spent a wonderful week
In an exceptional villa
It is not far from the town although you have to take the car to go to the beach, it is a small inconvenience but in turn has the advantage of the tranquility of the villa.
We had some great days, of course we would rent again.
As a constructive criticism, I think the house valued the installation of air conditioning since on hot nights we had to sleep with open shutters.

Mr. Jose is super friendly and approachable.
The accomodation is very good, especially for large families and with children.
For those who like the quiet of the Algarve confusion in the summer is the right one.
