570 sq ft(53m²) apartment located in Eperon. 1 apartment building, beautiful co-ownership in Deux Alpes resort center and at the foot of the ski slopes.
Spacious and recently renovated, it comprises an entrance hall, a bathroom with separete WC, 2 bedrooms and a living room. A communal car park for the apartment building, and a ski locker are available.

Family environment and bright, it can house 6 to 8 persons and has two balconies, south and east facing, with a fantastic view over the Roche de la Muzelle, the most western peak of the Massif des Ecrins.

The apartment has two bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with two bunk beds so 4 single beds) with closets, a bathroom with a bathtub, a washing machine, a heated towel rail, a hairdryer, a flat iron, a washing line, electric heater and separete WC. The living room has a corner kitchen with a microwave, an oven, a ceramic hob, an extractor hood, a coffee machine, a kettle, a toaster, raclette grill, a fondue-set, a dishwater, a squeezer, a fridge, a set of kitchen utensils, crockery, 3 electric heaters. The living room has a double sofa bed, a TV, a DVD player, speakers, games and private WIFI. The balconies have deckchairs.

You have the possibility to rent a garage. It's large enough for a car and a mountain bike if you want for summer. (50 euros/week)

Beds have duvets and pillows but they do not include linen but you can rent it before your arrival.
