Easy access apartment with lift, ideally located at the edge of one of the ski slopes, near the ski lifts with parking for cars in front of the residence. It has a small sunny balcony in the afternoon. Without any noise, satisfactory insulation, very well heated, very clean and very well maintained, this apartment proves pleasant, embellished with decorative trinkets; it has all the utensils and appliances needed for a successful stay. Besides the practice of skiing, the paths for snowshoeing and hiking are in the immediate vicinity; restaurants, supermarket and ski equipment on site, and all shops including a cinema in Sauze 4.5kms. All the ingredients for a successful holiday !!!!
Appartement facile d'accès avec ascenseur, idéalement situé au bord d'une des pistes de ski, à proximité des remontées mécaniques avec parking pour voitures devant la résidence. Il possède un petit balcon bien ensoleillé l'après midi.
Sans aucun bruit, isolation satisfaisante, très bien chauffé, très propre et très bien entretenu, cet appartement s'avère agréable, agrémenté de bibelots de décoration; il possède l'ensemble des ustensiles et appareils ménagers utiles à un séjour réussi.
Outre la pratique du ski, les chemins pour pratique des raquettes et de randonnées sont à proximité immédiate; restaurants, supérette et matériel de ski sur place, et tous commerces dont un cinéma au Sauze à 4.5kms. Tous les ingrédients pour des vacances réussies !!!!
We enjoyed our stay in this very nice apartment and well located at the foot of the slopes. This is very comfortable for lunch and return at night with children. We found this one really very clean and functional with the necessary equipment and careful storage. The contact with the owners was very pleasant, with a good orientation to the agency just as available and friendly.
Nous avons apprécié notre séjour dans cet appartement très agréable et bien situé aux pieds des pistes. Cela est très confortable pour le repas du midi et le retour le soir, avec des enfants.

this property really well for us at the foot of the slopes, very nice for a family of 4. The area is clearly sufficient for a ski holiday, cozy atmosphere! The same station she is very familiar and what is practical, too, is that there is a grocery store below, not to neglect to buy bread for example to make the sandwiches, we do not waste time . Very welcome to our guests, although the arrival was epic sequel to an abundance of snow on the road!

La superficie est nettement suffisante pour un séjour au ski, ambiance cosy! La station en elle même est très familiale et ce qui est pratique aussi, c'est qu'il y a une épicerie juste en dessous, à ne pas négliger pour acheter le pain par exemple pour faire les sandwichs, on ne perd pas de temps.
Très bon accueil de nos hôtes, même si l'arrivée a été épique suite à une abondance de neige sur la route!

Apart from the view of the road, everything was perfect and comfortable (which ultimately makes you forget the road). A ten out of ten the owner for his kindness and the confidence it has given us.

Chalet well placed at the foot of the slopes and close to a chairlift. Well equipped with the two bath/shower rooms which were much appreciated ;). This is a very nice resort with lots of entertainment. Only downside, during our stay no WiFi connection available, but we had not come for that :)

Studio rented for a week for a ski holiday. Ideally located (departure and return on skis, in front of the terrace, access to the Prébois chairlift 50 m away). All comfort in the kitchen (dishwasher, oven, fondue set, raclette...) and the bathroom (washing machine, shower with plenty of pressure and hot water sufficient for 6 people). Sufficient storage in the bedrooms, and pleasant terrace to enjoy the sun.
Studio loué une semaine pour un séjour ski. Idéalement situé (départ et retour ski aux pieds, devant la terrasse, accès au télésiège du Prébois à 50 m).
Tout confort au niveau de la cuisine (lave vaisselle, four, service fondue, raclette...) et de la salle de bain (machine à laver, douche avec bcp de pression et eau chaude suffisante pour 6 personnes).
Rangements suffisants dans les chambres, et terrasse agréable pour profiter du soleil.
Chalet consistent with the photos, very spacious, clean. The south-facing terrace is very pleasant!! The possibility of having a small outbreak in the evening is very appreciated. The Chalet is close to the shuttle stops and the slopes? Great stay.

We rented both houses, which are connected to each other. Very spacious living rooms; excellently equipped kitchen. There are gourmet sets, raclette equipment, etc. The bedrooms are spacious and the beds are fine. Bed linen and towels are not provided; can be rented on request. Please note that the electricity costs must be paid afterwards; we lost a total of EUR110. The owner, Alain Cezanne, is very friendly and customer oriented. Took the time to receive us, and was flexible with our departure. The location of the houses is fine. The ski lift (which was closed during our stay) and bus (which runs every 20 minutes) are a five minute walk away; a steep and sometimes slippery path. The village (Les Orres 1650) is a long walk; but can be reached quickly by car or ski bus. Unfortunately there is no bread delivery service. However, there are plenty of terraces and restaurants; just like on the slopes. restaurants on the slopes are by the way no more expensive than downstairs, and also very good.
Wij huurden beide woningen, welke met elkaar verbonden zijn. Zeer ruime woonkamers; uitstekend uitgeruste keuken. Er zijn gourmetstellen, raclette apparaten, enz. De slaapkamers zijn ruim en de bedden zijn prima. Bedlinnen en handdoeken zijn niet aanwezig; kan op verzoek wel gehuurd worden.
Let op dat de electrakosten achteraf betaald moeten worden; wij waren totaal EUR110 kwijt.
De eigenaar, Alain Cezanne, is erg vriendelijk en klantgericht. Nam de tijd om ons te ontvangen, en ging flexibel om met ons vertrek.
De ligging van de huizen is prima. De skilift (die tijdens ons verblijf dicht was) en bus (die elke 20min. rijdt) zijn op vijf minuten lopen; wel een stijl en soms glad pad op. Het dorp (Les Orres 1650) is een fikse wandeling; maar kan met de auto of skibus snel bereikt worden. Er is helaas geen broodbezorgdienst. Wel zijn er volop terrassen en restaurants; net als op de piste. restaurants op de piste zijn trouwens niet duurder dan beneden, en ook erg goed.
Thank you to Mr C. for waiting for us late in the evening because of our late arrival, and for his confidence, the chalet is beautiful, we enjoyed the stay in Les Orres!

Pleasant chalet, we were 8 adults and children. Large enough to accommodate everyone without a problem. Very well located in barcelonette 15 minutes walk by bicycle from the center of barcelonette. Quiet place, surrounded by trees and a large garden. No bad surprises. I will recommend or come back!
Agréable chalet, nous étions 8 adultes et enfants. Assez grand pour accueillir tout le monde sans problème. Très bien situé dans barcelonette à 15 minutes a pied par voie cyclable du centre de barcelonette. Endroit calme, entouré d'arbres et d'un grand jardin. Pas de mauvais surprise.
Je recommanderai ou reviendrai !
Very nice location, we all appreciated its size, its layout close to shops and facing south, its composition: 4 bedrooms, shower room, bathroom, large living room, living room, kitchen.
Très belle location, on a tous apprécié sa grandeur, sa disposition proche des commerces et plein sud ,sa composition : 4 chambres, salle de douche, salle de bain, grand salon, séjour, cuisine.
