Location, layout everything conformed to the description. Very good welcome. Top view of accommodation and accessibility for skiing, top. Too bad for the lack of a large dish for cooking because there were 12 of us and a shame not to have a classic coffee maker because the one provided is not practical. Impossible to get the TV to work?but nevertheless I recommend this accommodation

Very pleasant studio ideally located in the village of Grand Bornand, 2 minutes walk from the shuttles. Unlike properties of the same configuration and size, the equipment and furniture are recent. Big plus on the bay window which is really insulated which avoids having to heat at maximum power. We spent the entire first week of February with the radiator in frost protection mode and the interior temperature remained between 21 and 22°C.
Ideal for 2 people or with 2 young children. note that the mountain part is near the front door and you can hear noises in the hallway. Apart from that in the main room, we are quiet and cozy.

Contrairement aux biens de même configuration et taille, les équipements et mobiliers sont récents. Gros plus sur la baie vitrée qui est vraiment isolée ce qui évite de devoir chauffer à la puissance max. Nous avons passé toute la première semaine de février avec le radiateur en mode hors-gel et la température intérieur restait entre 21 et 22°C.
Idéal pour 2 personnes ou avec 2 jeunes enfants. à noter que la partie montagne se trouve à proximité de la porte d'entrée et qu'on entend les bruits dans le couloir. Mise à part ça dans la pièce principale, on est au calme et cosy.
Very well appointed, nicely decorated and very practical accommodation. Access to the ski slopes is good and the owners are very welcoming. It was a most pleasant snowy stay. I highly recommend this accommodation!

We loved our stay at Mr. and Mrs. C. Mrs. C. is very kind and helpful, and gave us great tips for our stay. The house is immaculate, there is all the comfort one could want and everything is very tasteful. It is located in a magnificent site, with garden and terrace on the mountains, possibility of barbecue .... We felt very well there, adults and children. Everything was perfect.

Elle est située dans un site magnifique, avec jardin et terrasse sur les montagnes, possibilité de barbecue.... Nous nous y sommes sentis très bien, adultes et enfants. Tout était parfait.
The description of the apartment and exactly as on the website the apartment and very charming even if there is only one large room it is quite spacious, the terrace very nice when there is snow we have a very nice view, shops nearby, that's great. I can even confirm, it is extremely clean and quiet. Thank you to the owners for this beautiful apartment as well as all their sympathy for the contacts had by phone and also for the kindness of the person who welcomes us on site. La description de l'appartement et exactement comme sur le site l'appartement et très charmant même s’il y a qu'une grande pièce il est assez spacieux, la terrasse très sympa quand il y a de la neige on n'a une très belle vue commerce à proximité ça, c'est génial. Je peux même vous confirmer, il est extrêmement propre et endroit calme merci aux propriétaires pour ce bel appartement comme tout leur sympathie pour les contacs eu par téléphone et aussi pour la gentillesse de la personne qui nous accueille sur place.
