APARTMENT WITH GARDEN TWO STEPS FROM THE SEA AND FROM THE CINQUETERRE
The apartment is located in the historic center of Levanto a step away from the sea. It is about 54 square meters divided into five rooms. There are two bedrooms, a separate kitchen with gas stove, gas oven and microwave, refrigerator, washing machine and electric hotplates, a dining room and a bathroom with toilet shower sink and bidet.
Four people can stay comfortably.
The house has a garden of about 30 square meters, a terrace of 20 square meters equipped with table and chairs and a private garage to park the car.
The beach is within walking distance as shops, restaurants and a well-stocked supermarket. The Cinque Terre are easily reachable by train (first stop Monterosso al Mare, 5 minutes from Levanto). The station is just a few minutes walk from the house.
