Located at the boundary between LEVANTO and BONASSOLA in VALLESANTA, we offer this relaxing residence surrounded by nature, with a gorgeous sea view of the gulf of Levanto, a few minutes walk from the sea.
The house offers the chance to live beside the Ligurian nature and its beautiful sea. Surrounded by a large terrain (1500 square meters), it has a big terrace (around 300 square meters), allowing you to live outdoors with the wonderful views of the Levanto sea, in absolute privacy.
The house, on just one floor, has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large dining room with fireplace and with 2 walls of large windows, independent kitchen (with a 280l fridge-freezer). You can access the large tearrace (around 300 sm) from the dining room and 2 bedrooms with sea view. Double glazing gives good insulation and complete calm, even if there is always a sea breeze.
There is 7MB wireless and sat dish (ASTRA+Eutelsat) to complete the offer.
