This property is perfect for 2 families who know each other very well. We went with my sister and her family. The 5 teenagers 13-18yrs were happy sharing the mezzanine room (double, bunk and sofa-bed) though it was rather cramped, and messy as there was extremely limited storage for clothes etc!This room is up steep narrow stairs and is above, and open to, the living room. Off this upstairs room are one double bedroom with low ceiling, and one bathroom with bath and loo. The downstairs loo is separate from the bathroom. There is also a reasonable double bedroom downstairs. The kitchen area is tiny but well equipped and we had no difficulty catering for 9. It is simply but comfortably furnished and there are games and TV/DVD player.
The apartment is ideally located on the slope. The balcony overlooks the ski-school meeting area and the first lift is literally a stones throw away. The well stocked local shop and bars etc are also very close but there was never a problem with noise.
Only minor drawbacks were parking which is in the public open car park (free) and seems rather oversubscribed! Once you have found a space, keep it!!
Ski storage, in the ground floor ski room locker, is totally inadequate - room for about 3 sets of skis only, but there was no problem in taking skis up to the apartment and keeping them on the balcony. Also some minor problems with the curtains but I hope these have now been fixed.
Good geographical location. Skiing on your feet, ideal. The apartment conforms to the description. Communication with the owner fast and efficient. We had a pleasant stay for 7 days. Thank you so much! We recommend it.

Great apartment located at the foot of the slopes, 10 of us spent a great week in this accommodation. Well appointed and nicely decorated apartment, fully corresponds to the description provided. We thank the owner for his availability and highly recommend this rental! Two small recommendations that would be nice to put in place: provide floor mats for the bathrooms and several tea towels in the kitchen (we only had 1 for the week).

The apartment is small, and so is the price. I was the only occupant and I didn't need more. With two occupants, it takes good will to manage the space harmoniously. Beyond two, it is not possible. On arrival, the accommodation and facilities were clean. The location / parking + access to the slopes + shops is satisfactory.. I would allow myself (from a positive perspective and free from criticism) to make three small suggestions for the equipment: a slightly larger lid (it does not cover the pan ), a bell to contain splashes in the microwave oven and a dish drainer, particularly for placing plates vertically. I am willing to repeat the experience and therefore satisfied.
L'appartement est petit, le tarif aussi. J'étais seul occupant et je n'avais pas besoin de plus. A deux occupants, il faut de la bonne volonté pour gérer harmonieusement l'espace. Au dela de deux, ce n'est pas envisageable. A l'arrivée, le logement et les équipements étaient propres. La localisation / parking + accès aux pistes + commerces est satisfaisante.. Je me permettrais (dans une perspective positive et exempte de critique) de faire trois petites suggestions pour l'équipement: un couvercle un peu plus grand (il ne couvre pas la poêle), une cloche pour contenir les projections dans le four à micro-ondes et un égouttoir à vaisselle, notamment pour placer les assiettes verticalement. Je suis disposé à renouveler l'expérience et donc satisfait.

This apartment is located on the first floor of the Belvédère building. The balcony is oriented south-west and provides wonderful solar heat in the afternoon. You can also enjoy the beautiful view of the mountains. The apartment is well maintained. Here and there the maintenance could be a little better (top shelves, tops of cabinets, inside of some cabinets), but everything else very well! Heating is done by means of underfloor heating. Some additional heating in winter is recommended. A device for additional heating is available in the apartment or you can bring your own. The kitchen is small, but okay. The cooking fire - consisting of 2 burners - is a limitation for preparing 'extensive' meals, but ca va. The bedroom with sliding walls is handy. The space can therefore be opened or closed. The TV is small, but is not an important point for us. We think this is an apartment that is suitable for 2 people, but sleeping with 4 people is possible. We came here for the second time and would definitely return. We would therefore certainly dare to recommend this apartment to others. Nice communication with the owner and the people ofSnow Clef Services that arrange matters on site.
Dit appartement ligt op de eerste verdieping van het gebouw Belvédère. Het balkon is zuid-westelijk gericht en zorgt voor heerlijke zonnewarmte in de namiddag. Je kan er ook genieten van het prachtig uitzicht op de bergen. Het appartement is goed onderhouden. Hier en daar zou het onderhoud iets beter kunnen (bovenste legplanken, bovenkanten kasten, binnenkant van sommige kasten), maar alles verder zeer naar behoren ! Verwarming gebeurt dmv vloerverwarming. Enige bijverwarming in de winter is aangewezen. Een toestel voor bijverwarming is aanwezig in het appartement of je brengt zelf iets mee. De keuken is klein, maar oké. Het kookvuur - bestaande uit 2 pitten - is een beperking voor het bereiden van 'uitgebreide' maaltijden, maar ca va. De slaapkamer met openschuivende wanden is handig. De ruimte kan dus opengezet of afgesloten worden. De tv is klein, maar is voor ons geen belangrijk punt. Wij vinden dit een appartement dat geschikt is voor 2 personen, maar slapen met 4 personen is mogelijk. Wij kwamen hier reeds voor de tweede keer en zouden zeker nog terugkeren. We zouden dit appartement dus zeker durven aanraden aan anderen. Fijne communicatie met de eigenaar en de mensen van Snow Clef Services die de zaken ter plaatse regelen.
Reservation regarding the auxiliary heating: simple electric radiator operating only with an on/off button; at this time of year, the course of the sun is very short and it cannot warm the atmosphere of the apartment during the day.
Réserve en ce qui concerne le chauffage d’appoint : simple radiateur électrique fonctionnant qu’avec un bouton on/off ; à cette période de l’année, la course du soleil est très courte et celui-ci ne peut réchauffer l’atmosphère de l’appart dans la journée.
Perfect rental. Ideal location for the start of the ski slopes or snowshoe trails. Fully equipped interior and comfortable bed. Shower and WC new and very well maintained. Balcony for ideal lunch. Most pleasant and kind owner. Understanding and listening to you, very accommodating to the slightest request, a professionalism that we would like to see more often. Three rentals in a row, the first was canceled due to the Covid-19 pandemic and a refund made as soon as the cancellation was made, that's also renting to outstanding professionals. The other two times, everything was perfect. I highly recommend the rental for its location, cleanliness and equipment and especially for these owners who are exemplary.
Location parfaite. Emplacement idéal pour départ des pistes de ski ou des parcours raquettes. Intérieur tout équipé et lit confortable. Douche et WC neuf et très bien entretenu. Balcon pour déjeuner idéal. Propriétaire des plus agréable et gentil. Compréhensif et à votre écoute, très arrangeant à la moindre requête, un professionnalisme comme on aimerait en voir plus souvent. Trois locations de suite , la première à été annulée à cause de la pandémie Covid-19 et un remboursement effectué dès l’annulation a été réalisée, c’est aussi ça de louer à des professionnels hors pair. Les deux autres fois, tout à été parfait. Je recommande fortement la location pour son emplacement, sa propreté et ces équipements et surtout pour ces propriétaires qui sont exemplaires.
