Perfect apartment for a family of 4 (4 adults). Nice view ; convenient building for traffic; ski slopes. Collection and deposit of keys at the sports shop located on the ground floor. Very pleasant stay in all areas! ... and very kind owner !!!

The accommodation is exactly as advertised, functional and comfortable, it is perfectly suited to a family stay (we left with 4 adults and 1 child), big bonus for the travel cot available for free. The apartment remains in residence, so noisy if neighbors are partying around, but nothing surprising.
Le logement est tout à fait conforme à l'annonce, fonctionnel et confortable, il est tout à fait adapté à un séjour en famille (nous sommes partis à 4 adultes et 1 enfant), gros bonus pour le lit parapluie mis à disposition gratuitement.
L'appartement reste en résidence, donc bruyant si des voisins font la fête autour, mais rien de surprenant.
Apartment located in the heart of La Plagne, close to the shops and activities offered by the resort (note: free shuttles and gondolas and possibilities for various activities, even after 15/08, which is not the case for all stations in summer. Small shopping center at the foot of the apartment, food a bit expensive). Apartment well equipped, but 2 comments however: - induction hob: not possible to operate more than 2 burners simultaneously on the 4 existing ones -private parking space in the covered car park: very useful for parking near the apartment but recommended for small vehicles and slender drivers
Appartement situé au cœur de La Plagne, proche des commerces et activités proposées par la station (à noter: navettes et télécabines gratuits et possibilités d'activités variées, même après le 15/08, ce qui n'est pas le cas de toutes les stations en été. Petit centre commercial au pied de l'appartement, alimentaire un peu cher).
Appartement bien équipé, mais 2 remarques toutefois:
-plaque à induction: pas possible de faire fonctionner simultanément plus de 2 feux sur les 4 existants
-place de stationnement privative dans parking couvert: très utile pour stationner à proximité de l'appartement mais conseillée pour des véhicules de petit gabarit et conducteurs sveltes
Apartment ideally located, extra view. Super station for even experienced skiers and hikers.By against the apartment would need more maintenance (sockets that do not work, bench furniture and door repair) but it does not spoil anyway stay.Budget therefore for the parking There is no free place nearby. We had a very good week.

Station super pour les skieurs même confirmés et les randonneurs.Par contre l appartement aurait besoin de plus d entretien (prises qui ne fonctionnent pas,meuble banc et porte a réparer) mais cela ne gâche quand même pas le sejour.Budget conséquent pour le parking ,il n y a aucune place gratuites a proximité.Nous avons passés une très bonne semaine.

A very well equipped and relatively quiet apartment (despite the noise of some in the corridor). No opposite opposite another building opposite which is appreciable, only the road that leads to beautiful Plagne and the chairlift 8 places Arpette, beautiful view of the ski area. The fact of being able to rent the place of parking in the basement is appreciable because everything is paying around and pass several times a day of the municipal police. On the other hand the access of the parking to the apartment is not practical. It is better to park his car outside near the apartment on the lower side of the road to unload and load his car. If I were to find a lack, it would be an internet connection that we missed during the week. A very nice owner, fast responsiveness, who cares about your well being during the stay. The person who welcomes us Sabrina is listening. The rental shop in the lobby of the building is very convenient, the staff there is friendly. It just lacks a closer bakery point (in the entrance for example). The ski lifts are close, to return to the apartment oneConvenient conveyor belt that stops close to the entrance of the building, possibility to access the shops through the interior of the building. After the trails are closed, the treadmill is dedicated to sledging from 17:30 to 19:15 and free of charge. The ski school is near and is the cheapest compared to beautiful Plagne and Plagne village. Everything is well explained by the owner, a very clear rental contract and a advice sheet for the smooth running of the stay. A very pleasant, vast resort. Despite the lack of snow in front of snow, on the heights no worries and a magnificent point of view. Easy access to Belle Plagne and Plagne village by cable cars and free shuttles. On bellecote there are 1 public swimming pool, a cinema and various shops. I would definitely stay here again for the next spring break under the same conditions.
Un appartement très bien équipé et relativement calme (malgré le bruit de certains dans le couloir).
Pas de vis-à-vis sur un autre bâtiment en face ce qui est appréciable, uniquement la route qui mène à belle Plagne et le télésiège 8 places Arpette, belle vue sur le domaine skiable.
Le fait de pouvoir louer la place de parking en sous-sol est appréciable car tout est payant autour et passage plusieurs fois par jour de la police municipale. Par contre l'accès du parking vers l'appartement n'est pas pratique. Il vaut mieux garer sa voiture à l'extérieur près de l'appartement sur le bas côté de la route pour décharger et charger sa voiture.
Si je devais trouver un manque, ce serait une connexion internet qui nous a manqué pendant la semaine.
Une propriétaire très agréable, d'une réactivité rapide, qui se soucie de votre bien être durant le séjour. La personne qui nous accueille sur place Sabrina est à l'écoute.
Le magasin de location dans le hall de l'immeuble est très pratique, le personnel y est sympathique.
Il manque juste un point boulangerie plus proche (dans l'entrée par exemple).
Les remontées mécaniques sont proches, pour revenir à l'appartement un tapis roulant très pratique qui s'arrête proche de l'entrée du bâtiment, possibilité d'accéder aux commerces par l'intérieur du bâtiment.
Après la fermeture des pistes, le tapis roulant est dédié à la pratique de la luge de 17h30 à 19h15 et gratuitement.
L'école de ski est proche et est la moins chère comparée à belle Plagne et Plagne village.
Tout est bien expliqué par la propriétaire, un contrat de location très clair et une fiche conseils pour le bon déroulement du séjour.
Une station très agréable, vaste. Malgré le manque de neige en front de neige, sur les hauteurs pas de soucis et un point de vue magnifique. Facilité de se rendre sur Belle Plagne et Plagne village par télécabines et navettes gratuites.
Sur bellecote il y a 1 piscine publique, un cinéma et divers commerces.
J'y reviendrai avec plaisir pour les prochaines vacances de printemps dans les mêmes conditions.
We were very well received by the owner very nice, a nice apartment for 6 people we were. Very well equipped, beautiful views of the resort and sunny, we recommend this property for very careful people.
