Very nice house on the heights, large enough to accommodate 7 people (4 bedrooms, 3 double beds and a single bed), a bit rustic but at an unbeatable price given the surface area and the location a few minutes from the first beach. There is everything you need, several terraces, 2 bathrooms, an air-conditioned bedroom... However, you need good calves because everything is on a slope (difficult in the middle of a heat wave!), and access by car to the 'dedicated location a bit difficult with a large car (we finally parked ours on the road below). The garden around is very beautiful, as is the view of the sea and the Milky Way :)
Très belle maison sur les hauteurs, assez grande pour loger 7 personnes (4 chambres, 3 lits doubles et un lit simple), un peu rustique mais à un prix imbattable au vu de la surface et de l'emplacement à quelques minutes de la première plage. Il y a tout le nécessaire, plusieurs terrasses, 2 salles de bains, une chambre climatisée... Il faut néanmoins de bons mollets car tout est en pente (difficile en pleine canicule !), et l'accès en voiture jusqu'à l'emplacement dédié un peu galère avec une grande voiture (nous avons finalement garé la nôtre sur la route en contrebas). Le jardin autour est très beau, tout comme la vue sur la mer et sur la voie lactée :)
Despite my short stay, I was able to enjoy the swimming pool of the residence and the very quiet terrace overlooking the park. The equipped kitchen is practical. Aperitif glasses could be practical.
I liked the region, I think I will come back next year for longer.

A beautiful house with very good equipment for 6 people and with a great view of the sea and a great distance to the beach! A very and reliable landlady. We would definitely recommend it or book it again.

Villa with a lot of charm, with beautiful and warm furniture, we lived a week of happiness, with a whole family from 14 to 73 years old, ie 12 people, without any discomfort. Fully equipped kitchen, beautiful crockery, large indoor table and around the pool with many deckchairs, as well as a plancha. Good bedding and above all a special arrangement for 2 bedrooms, my grandchildren being in armchairs, the whole house is wheelchair accessible and all in impeccable cleanliness. Thank you again Carole for your generosity. I highly recommend this Provencal farmhouse.
Villa avec beaucoup de charme, avec de beaux meubles très chaleureux, nous avons vécu une semaine de bonheur, en famille complète de 14 à 73 ans soit 12 personnes, sans aucune gêne.
Cuisine sur équipée, belle vaisselle, grande table intérieure et autour de la piscine avec de très nombreux transats, ainsi qu'une plancha.
Bonne literie et surtout un aménagement spécial pour 2 chambres, mes petits enfants étant en fauteuil, toute la maison est accessible en fauteuil et le tout dans une propreté irréprochable.
Merci encore Carole pour votre générosité. Je recommande vivement ce mas provençal.

Today is our last day in this beautiful place where we spent two lovely weeks. The location is perfect , walking distance to the seaside and close to the village. The modern design of the house is great, it was just renovated and you appreciate being among the first tenants! Plenty of space inside with very comfortable bedrooms.
We liked the inside / outside living room which was so enjoyable in the evening . But the best is definitely the pool area and the view over the sea in the evening!
We will definitely come back if we can!!
Easily the best property we have rented in St Maxime. It has a very spacious terrace where the sun shone all day and made lunch a very pleasant experience. Cooking facilities were very good in a well equipped kitchen. The supermarket is a very short walk away as is the town centre and the beach.
We were pleased to have car park facility as this is has been a problem for us before in St Maxime.
I would have no hesitation in recommending the property to any potential visitor and we hope to return to it next year
The apartment is fully liveable and comfortable.
It's equipped with all necessary accessories, for cooking with an induction hob and microwave oven. There is also a dishwasher and a Washing machine for those who need them.
The hotel has a terrace where you can see a wonderful view of the gulf.
I suggest a vacation in this apartment.
The owner is very kind and provide you all information needed for your stay.
Moreover there is a person that lives on site who will give you the keys in case you need anything, he is always kind.

Beautiful beaches and coastal views in 30 km surroundings
It's a very pleasant house with style and charme. The view over the golfe is wonderful. Most of the equipment in the house was in order and functioned well. One must understand, that this is not trivial, when a location has been occupied during the summer months by many different people and one arrives towards season's end. There was no major defficiency and we enjoyed our stay very much.
A timeless place, an enchanted break, a stay lulled by the song of the waves, a breathtaking view, a very clean and comfortable apartment where you immediately feel at home.. A welcome warm and caring from Michèle, the Tinker Bell of the place, smiling and enthusiastic to share her love for this magical place! Negative points: Leaving too early, we would have happily stayed an extra week. Only drawback: the hill to climb to reach the parking lot, but you are not responsible and we are no longer twenty years old. Good points: In addition to the superb view and the changing colors of the sea, very functional apartment, very well equipped, tasteful, with pleasant, predominantly green colors. We felt at home. Le fait de repartir trop tôt, nous serions volontiers restés une semaine supplémentaire.
Seul inconvénient: la côte à gravir pour rejoindre le parking, mais vous n'êtes pas responsable et nous n'avons plus vingt ans.

Outre la vue superbe et les couleurs changeantes de la mer, appartement très fonctionnel, très bien équipé, avec goût, aux couleurs agréables à dominante verte. Nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous.

Thank you for this very very pleasant stay and hope to return in 2024. We were well received by the owners, available and discreet. The apartment is very bright and very comfortable, very clean and very quiet. We were a 5 minute walk from a beautiful beach with little restaurants along the beach. To sum up, a score of 5/5.
