Newly built terraced house with modern decor and spacious bedrooms. It has a private 9x4 pool with Roman steps.
On the ground floor there is a large living room with sofa bed for 2 people, a spacious and fully equipped kitchen with all necessary appliances, a bathroom with shower and a bedroom with a double bed.
From the living room you can access the first floor via a comfortable staircase, where we find 3 magnificent bedrooms with access to the terrace, 2 of them with 2 single beds and the remaining one with double bed. There is also a full bathroom with shower on this floor.
From one of the terraces you can enjoy a great view of the sea on one side and the mountains on the other. The house has 2 air conditioners, one located in the dining room and the other in the main bedroom of the house.
All the windows of the house have a mosquito nets.
