Very nice apartment, well equipped with all amenities and very clean. Ideally located close to shops and the fine sandy beach. The supermarket is less than 50 meters from the apartment. The private car park located in the basement is suitable for parking a medium-sized SUV. The owner is nice and helpful. I highly recommend renting this apartment. Small points of improvement: The bathroom sink faucet is not very practical When I take a shower, a small amount of water leaks out of the tub divider.

Gino Saluto is an exceptional, friendly and discreet host. I had the honor of staying a week in his beautiful apartment, it lacks nothing apart from being very large for that area of France. The most important thing for me is that there was parking inside with my numbered place, a huge terrace with a table, deck chairs and a view of the sea. Nothing is missing inside the apartment. Air conditioning, heating, the kitchen is equipped with a microwave oven, kettle, fridge, induction hob, flat pans. The house is located just fifteen minutes from the Juan les Pains train station. But there are also buses a hundred meters from the house. Wonderful holiday also to the availability of Gino. Very kind person, I hope to spend a month instead of just a week. Gino Saluto è un host eccezionale, amichevole e discreto. Ho avuto l'onore di soggiornare una settimana nel suo bellissimo appartamento, non manca nulla a parte essere grandissimo per quella zona della Francia. La cosa per me più importante è che c'era il parcheggio all'interno con il mio posto numerato, un terrazzo enorme con tavolino, sdraie e vista sul mare. All'interno dell'appartamento non manca nulla. Aria condizionata, riscaldamento, la cucina è attrezzata di forno a microonde, bollitore, frigo, piastra ad induzione, tegami piatti . La casa si trova a soli quindici minuti dalla stazione ferroviaria Juan les Pains. Ma ci sono anche autobus a cento metri dalla casa. Vacanza meravigliosa anche alla disponibilità di Gino. Persona gentilissima, spero di passarci un mese invece di una sola settimana. Grazie mille Silvano I.
Location apartment excellent. It is a pity that the swimming pool will close as of October 1, while there are still plenty of tenants. This can be extended! Had a wonderful holiday.

Very nice apartment as advertised. It would be nice if there was also a microwave oven and a large awning on the terrace (provided by the owner) because we could not unfold the large parasol. The neighborhood is convenient and everything is close at hand.
Très bel appartement conforme à l'annonce. Ce serait bien qu'il y ait en plus un four à micro-ondes et un grand store sur la terrasse (prévu par la propriétaire) car nous n'avons pas pu déplier le grand parasol. Le quartier est pratique et tout est à portée de main.

Die Wohnung ist einfach ausgestattet, hat dafür einen wunderbaren Balkon und ist sehr gut gelegen. Kurze Wege zum Wasser, zum Einkaufen oder in diverse Parks.
Es war stets sehr ruhig, nette Nachbaren von denen viele seit Jahren in diese charmante Villa kommen.
Der Vermieter war ausgesprochen fürsorglich und nett. Der Kontakt zu ihm sehr angenehm.

The apartment is beautiful and tastefully decorated. Being on the top floor, it has an incredible terrace, where breakfast can be mixed in the sun and rest thanks to its garden sofa.
Most ? A parking space available and a very secure building.
Its location is ideal. Close to small shops, the beach is only a 5-10 minute walk away. Large cities like Nice or Cannes are accessible by bus or train. Convenient for visiting days :)

L’appartement est magnifique et décoré avec goût. Étant au dernier étage, il dispose d’une incroyable terrasse, où peuvent se mêler petit déjeuner au soleil et repos grâce à son canapé de jardin.
Le plus ? Une place de parking disponible et un immeuble très sécurisé.
Sa localisation est idéale. Proche des petits commerces, la plage n’est qu’à 5-10min à pied environ.
Les grandes villes comme Nice ou Cannes sont accessibles en bus comme en train.
Pratique pour se faire des journées visites :)
Quant à la propriétaire, Nathalie, elle a été 100% disponible du début jusqu’à la fin de notre réservation. Elle est très gentille et à l’écoute. Encore merci à elle.

Magnifique appartement moderne et très bien situé à moins de 5 minutes à pieds de la plage et proche des commerces. Tout le confort et l’équipement d’un appartement « comme à la maison ». Propreté impeccable et propriétaire à l’écoute et attentionnée. La terrasse très spacieuse et au dernier étage est un régale pour profiter des journées et soirées. Le mobilier de jardin et plus particulièrement les canapés de jardin sont très confortables et donnent à cet appartement (s’il le fallait encore) un petit plus par rapport à la concurrence. L’emplacement de parking en sous-sol de l’immeuble est aussi très appréciable. Appartement à recommander sans hésiter.
