“The apartment was very tidy and everything was present. The location was also very central in a way everything could be visited by foot. The only minor point is that the street where the apartment is situated, can sometimes be noisy. Maybe a tip for the kitchen: a (bread)toaster would be handy.”
We are an American family of 3 living in Rome, Italy. We stayed at this residence for one week and had a fantastic time. The fireplace was the best part. Having recently lived in Florida for many years, we really enjoyed being able to stay as warm as we wanted. I was able to basically walk out the door and get right on the ski lift. Fantastic. Although we never were able to meet Mrs. Lasagna personally, Albino, the property care taker was very attentive for whenever we had needs. We were able to enjoy a nice quiet place to play in the snow, ski, go ice skating. What a great week.
It is the fifth time we have returned to the island of Elba, so we know the place and love it. But I must say that we leave this year with particular nostalgia. Mrs. Daniela and her entire family were always available and hospitable, but never intrusive or out of place. I found the location more beautiful than I expected, immersed in a corner of uncontaminated greenery, in contact with nature and the animals that my 4-year-old daughter and I adore. My dog Fiona was welcomed as a member of the family and she too was free to live peacefully and freely for 10 days. I am almost certain that we will return with joy next year.
È la quinta volta che torniamo all isola d'Elba, quindi conosciamo il posto e lo amiamo. Ma devo dire che quest anno lo lasciamo con particolare nostalgia. La signora Daniela e tutta la sua famiglia sono stati sempre disponibili e ospitali, ma mai invadenti o fuori luogo. La location l ho trovata più bella di quello che mi aspettavo, immersa in un angolo di verde incontaminato, a contatto con la natura e gli animali che io e mia figlia di 4 anni adoriamo. La mia cagnolina Fiona è stata accolta come un membro della famiglia e anche lei è stata per 10 gg libera di vivere serena e in libertà.
Sono quasi certa che l anno prossimo torneremo con gioia.

Spacious and well-equipped apartment, the owner was very kind and helpful. The only negative aspect was the parking as the spaces reserved for condominiums were not sufficient for the number of apartments.
Appartamento spazioso e ben accessoriato, la proprietaria è stata molto gentile e disponibile. Unico aspetto negativo il parcheggio in quanto i posti riservati ai condomini non erano sufficienti per il numero di appartamenti.

Very well equipped and refreshing rental in the heart of a small village. Geographically well located for tourist visits, seaside access and ballads. The neighborhood and the inhabitants of this village were welcoming and pleasant.

The holiday home is in close proximity to the very lively beach promenade and the shopping streets that run parallel to it. We (family with 3 children) were able to walk to all the important shops. In this area we met very helpful people. The streets and sidewalks were cleaned twice in the 10 days of our stay, the area is really very clean. Our hostess was in the house every day and was very helpful. Thank you for the wonderful time.
Das Ferienhaus liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe zu der sehr belebten Strandpromenade und den parallel dazu verlaufenden Einkaufsstraßen. Wir (Familie mit 3 Kindern) konnten alle wichtigen Geschäfte zu Fuß erreichen. In dieser Gegend sind wir sehr hilfsbereiten Menschen begegnet. Die Straßen und Gehwege wurden in den 10 Tagen unseres Aufenthaltes 2 mal gereinigt, die Gegend ist wirklich sehr sauber. Unsere Gastgeberin war täglich in dem Haus anzutreffen und war sehr hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit.

Bellissima settimana. I proprietari super gentili e disponibili... La casa pulitissima spaziosa con tutti i confort possibili.... e soprattutto la posizione sia attaccata al mare che vicinissimo al centro ed a tanti servizi... l'unica cosa se voglio trovare il pelo nel l'uovo, e soprattutto non è un problema causato dai proprietari, non c'è un bancomat nel paese... la super consiglio veramente siamo stati benissimo.... grazie mille al sig. Recently refurbished and welcoming.
The only flaws: double bed that creaked excessively and poor soundproofing with the neighboring apartments. For the rest all ok!
The possibility of parking is also positive.

Struttura ristrutturata di recente e accogliente.
Uniche pecche: letto matrimoniale che cigolava eccessivamente e scarsa insonorizzazione con gli appartamenti confinanti. Per il resto tutto ok!
Positiva anche la possibilità di parcheggio.
We had a wonderful time in this very quiet holiday home. Despite the tranquility, you are quickly in the center of Castellamare del Golfo, where you will find all shops for daily needs, as well as a variety of restaurants and places to go out. The house was extremely clean, the terrace with a view of the sea and the pool was fantastic. The owner and his wife are incredibly nice, courteous, friendly and immediately available if there are any questions. We would go back to this wonderful place anytime!
Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in diesem sehr ruhig gelegenen Ferienhaus. Trotz der Ruhe ist man schnell im Zentrum von Castellamare del Golfo, wo man alle Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs, sowie eine Vielzahl an Restaurants und Ausgehmöglichkeiten findet. Das Haus war außerordentlich sauber, die Terasse mit Meerblick und Pool phantastisch. Der Besitzer und seine Frau sind unglaublich nett, zuvorkommend, freundlich und sofort zur Stelle wenn es Fragen gibt. Wir würden jederzeit wieder Urlaub an diesem wundervollen Ort machen!
We found everything very neat and clean, stove etc all worked and we had a lovely balcony overlooking the sea. The house was conveniently located for walking to restaurants and shops. Ideal and inexpensive for a week's holiday by the sea

We were very satisfied with this typical house right in the historic center of castellammare, the owners really exquisite and caring people, the house was equipped with everything that can be used during a holiday, we have always found parking both close to home and in the immediate vicinity

Apartment equipped with every comfort, with a beautiful garden overlooking the Tuscan hills. The place is surrounded by greenery and very quiet. The owner is very nice and helpful. My partner and I spent two weeks in complete relaxation, visiting the nearby villages. The experience was very positive
