Prices are inclusive of all costs of electricity and gas, pool maintenance and gardener.
N.B. We require €200 as a security deposit for the entire duration of the lease returned at the end of the lease as long as the premises are the same as on arrival.
Quiet place in the hills, from which you can easily reach all the places on the lake.

Well-kept location and in absolute privacy with respect to the surrounding houses.
Well-kept garden and well exposed to the sun.
The structure offers the possibility of having 3 independent units as in addition to the main apartment there is a comfortable annex with two separate entrances. Excellent swimming pool and barbecue area.
It was really a very pleasant surprise.
A few steps from the house there are supermarkets and all the main services. Access to the structure is very convenient, it has an electric gate and offers ample internal parking for several cars. The garden is completely fenced so we were able to "free" our dog in serenity for the whole holiday. It is located in a strategic point to get close to visiting any location on Lake Garda in a day thanks to the ferries that depart from the nearby docks of Garda and Torri del Benaco.
The owners, to whom I renew our thanks, are very kind and always available for any need.
Really a super experience!
The pool is large and the different depth make it ideal for both children and adults.
We particularly enjoyed and exploited the large round table on the porch this: many lunches and dinners to 'open, a few steps from the lake.
The location is excellent, quiet area, but very close to the beaches and to the countries of the area.
Finally, the owners were always friendly and helpful. What do you want ?!
Belle also the opportunity to stroll around.
