Fernando was very kind and always available for any questions we could ask.
We separated like longtime friends.
We hope to come back another time.
Note: There is no sandy beach nearby and access to the sea is a bit difficult for children.
There are 4 apartments in Fernando's family home.

The structure consists of four apartments; the studio consists of a triple room with attached bathroom and a closed veranda. Everything in order and clean, functional in every detail also for the presence of lockers, shelves, etc; available as necessary to live everyday life.
The two outdoor showers and the two washing machines are very useful.
Very nice terrace overlooking the sea (equipped with barbecue, hotplates, small pantry) where families can meet for a chat. Also on the terrace solarium area with shower.
A few meters away you can appreciate and enjoy a sea with crystal clear waters.
In the village there is a mini-market for basic necessities, while a few kilometers there are supermarkets and shopping centers.
Marina di Novaglie is a small village where you can relax, spend your holidays, suitable for families. It is also a strategic point to reach the various cities of Salento.
The added value is Mr. Fernando with his availability, courtesy, generosity, always ready tosatisfy the requests of their guests.
Highly recommended!

Few shops, a single but good restaurant, some boat for tourists and lots of nature!
The sea is crystal clear and even if you just dive into the water you are about 3-5 m from the seabed, you can see perfectly all the fauna and flora typical of Salento.
For those who do not like the chaos of the big tourist centers, but want a little 'relaxation this is the right place.
I was with my wife and 6 year old son and we really enjoyed ourselves.
The apartment is small but very cozy and livable in 3 people, thanks to the large common terrace that offers an enchanting view of the sea.
The owner Fernando and his wife Lucia are 2 beautiful people, very present and attentive to every little detail of the house.
They really thought of everything, 3 outdoor heated showers, a second kitchen with barbecue on the covered terrace, comfortable clothes racks, a sink to clean diving equipment and fish, 2 washing machines and many small precautions that I had never found ina holiday home.
Fernando's evening party was almost constant, but never intrusive, often he also brought products from his garden to be shared among the guests.
In conclusion this is the right place to spend a quiet holiday with children, crowned by the hospitality of the owners of good food and all the Salento!

Nice house and well maintained in a strategic location. Access to the sea at mt. 50 from home with rocks from which you can dive, also close to the marina where you can buy fish in the early morning.
Enchanting terrace full of flowers and fatty plants lovingly cared for by the landlord, a delightful and caring person
The outdoor showers, the outdoor BBQ along with the rest made ours, a perfect vacation!

The apartment is very nice and looked after, the solarium offers space and relaxation, the proximity of the b & b to the sea ensures comfort for those who prefer not to take the car. Novaglie Marina is a very quiet place where peace reigns and silence. If you want a little 'movement does not take much to move to Leuca distant.
I recommend it to families and couples.

The rented accommodation was one step away from the sea, recently renovated with attention to every small detail, clean and quiet, the surroundings are well worth visiting from Lecce (cities' baroque do not miss) in many medieval towns. THE Mr. Fernando and 'caring and thoughtful with his guests (what more do you want?) !!!!!!!!!
Definitely we return to this oasis of tranquility.

The advice I can give to others is the right one to come by car to enjoy an 'experience even richer, visiting villages and areas of interest in the neighborhood.

We were looking for a place away from the bustle of summer and found
A simple but comfortable and we found it. Ours was the local 5 beds, new furniture, renovation perfect, furnished terrace in all respects for breakfast and dinner. Everything was flawless as the landlord
Even the other guests were nice people, personable and discreet.
So much peace, quiet and relaxation.

The people are warm, friendly and discreet, like Fernando who hosted us in August in his residence in Marina di Novaglie.
L 'environment has four different apartments l' from each 'other; the best is certainly the one called "green ", but also others, albeit in small size have access to everything you need.
The residence also has a solarium facing the sea and a possible dinner by moonlight there is a terrace with barbecue and planting fresh aromas that Fernando offers to its guests.
The beauty of the places visited, the tranquility of the village with its people and the attentions of Fernando have made that this holiday will be remembered with pleasure serene.
The owner is responsible on a daily basis in order to keep it stable and is always available for any request on the part of tenants, very kind and sympathetic.
Absolutely recommended.

Fernando, the owner, person extraordinarily helpful also offers a solarium with sun beds and barbecue that are transformed into places of great conviviality and meetings.
I recommend it both for the area, particularly striking that for the reliability and availability of Fernando.
Marina Novaglie is a small and quiet village overlooking by a low cliff on a beautiful clear blue sea.
This rental has had no reviews with less than 4 out of 5 and there have been no complaints.
