The villa matched the pictures and description. The view was fabulous and the terrace was large and spacious with both sun and shade. The nearby beach was wide and child friendly. The owner, Daniela L., was incredibly helpful and friendly - a very pleasant landlord.
We enjoyed our stay very much. The location of the property is ideal for a holiday rental: very close to one of the nice beaches and quite close to the center of Peschici. Peschici is an ideal starting point for trips by boat or car.

I stayed for two weeks from 5th to 19th August 2023 and everything was perfect. The property exceeded all my expectations as it turned out better than the description and photos of the announcement. All very clean, well-kept and tidy both in the apartments and in the common areas. The apartments are equipped with everything needed to spend a peaceful holiday, as well as a private terrace furnished with table and chairs, and I want to reiterate again that everything is new and spotlessly clean. Each apartment is assigned an umbrella and two chairs for the beach which is just a few steps from the building. The welcome by Mr. De Luca, supported by his very good nephew Francesco, was very gratifying and pleasant; together they provided us with all the useful indications and information. The discreet presence of Mr. De Luca and Mrs. Pina is a guarantee of order, cleanliness and safety for the structure and also for all those who stay there. Highly recommended to everyone.
Ho soggiornato per due settimane dal 5 al 19 agosto 2023 ed è stato tutto perfetto.
La struttura ha superato tutte le mie aspettative in quanto è risultata migliore rispetto alla descrizione e alle foto dell'annuncio. Tutto molto pulito, curato e ordinato sia negli appartamenti che nelle aree comuni.
Gli appartamenti hanno in dotazione tutto l'occorrente necessario per passare una vacanza serena, come pure il terrazzino privato arredato con tavolo e sedie, e voglio ribadire ancora che è tutto nuovo e pulitissimo.
Ad ogni appartamento sono assegnati un ombrellone e due sedie per la spiaggia che è a pochi passi dallo stabile. L'accoglienza da parte del sig. De Luca, supportato dal bravissimo nipote Francesco, è stata molto gratificante e piacevole; insieme ci hanno fornito tutte le indicazioni e informazioni utili.
La discreta presenza del sig. De Luca e della sig.ra Pina è una garanzia di ordine, di pulizia e di sicurezza per la struttura e anche per tutti coloro che vi soggiornano.

Great vacation. With my family with three children aged 10 and 12 we stayed in this beautiful house surrounded by greenery and fresh air. With large outdoor area, parking space and convenient to admire the beauty of the Gargano just a few minutes away. 5 mins from Ischitella (beautiful quaint town animated for pleasant evenings), 5 mins from Rhodes and its beaches, 30 mins from Peschici, 1 hour from Vieste and 30 mins from the Umbrian forest. The owner Antonio is really super helpful and will make you feel at home, also giving you excellent advice on the area to make your holiday more enjoyable. nothing is missing in the house and it is better than in the photo We would certainly like to go back Thanks to Antonio for everything for his courtesy and hospitality. Bellissima vacanza. Con la mia famiglia con tre figli di 10 e 12 anni abbiamo soggiornato in questa bellissima casa immersa nel verde e nel fresco. Con vasta area esterna , posto auto e comoda x ammirare a pochi minuti di distanza tutta la bellezza del gargano.
5 min.da ischitella (bellissimo paese caratteristico animato per piacevoli serate) ,5 min.da Rodi e le sue spiagge , 30 min.da Peschici, 1 ora da vieste e 30 min dalla foresta umbra.
Il proprietario Antonio è veramente super disponibile e vi farà sentire come a casa , dandovi anche ottimi consigli sulla zona x rendere più piacevole la vostra vacanza .

The apartment was absolutely identical to the description, the equipment was optimal, and relatively new and, above all, everything was extremely well maintained. To be on the safe side, we had brought a small coffee machine with us, since only espresso machines are available in Italy. There were only two of us and we practically had the apartment to ourselves. The landlady lives in the basement apartment and we had absolute peace and quiet and the garden with loungers all to ourselves. The apartment is ideal for a family with up to 4 children or for 2 couples. Restaurant and pizzeria are within walking distance in a few minutes. We can recommend the apartment without hesitation and with a clear conscience. the briefing and handover went smoothly. Lorendana was always available for information and advice.
Die Ferienwohnung war absolut identisch mit der Beschreibung, die Ausstattung optimal, und verhältnismäßig neu und vor allem, alles äußerst gepflegt.
Wir hatten vorsichtshalber eine kleine Kaffeemaschine mitgebracht, da in Italien nur die Espresso Maschinen zur Verfügung stehen. Wir waren nur zu zweit und hatten quasi die Wohnung für uns. Die Vermieterin bewohnt die UG- Wohnung und wir hatten absolute Ruhe und den Garten mit Liegen komplett für uns. Für eine Familie mit bis zu 4 Kindern oder auch für 2 Paare ist die Wohnung ideal.
Restaurant und Pizzeria sind fuß-läufig in ein paar Gehminuten erreichbar. Wir können die Wohnung bedenkenlos und mit gutem Gewissen weiter-empfehlen. die Einweisung und Übergabe war problemlos, Für Informationen und Rat stand Lorendana jederzeit mit Herzlichkeit zur Verfügung.

La casa è ideale per chi preferisce la tranquillità anche nel mese di agosto e dispone di un mezzo per recarsi alle spiagge comunque facilmente raggiungibili su tutta la costa del Gargano. Posizione strategica per visitare anche le località interne e la foresta Umbra.
La casa è ben accessoriata, si suggerisce di mettere a disposizione un ventilatore per le giornate particolarmente afose che sono ormai assidue nel periodo estivo.
Potendo comunque usufruire di ampi spazi esterni, specialmente nelle ore serali si gode di una brezza che rende particolarmente piacevoli le cene consumate sotto il patio.
We stayed a week in this house, cozy, clean, positive note, the proximity to the sea, practically outside the gate, the friendliness and helpfulness of the owners, Mr. Francesco very kind person, I highly recommend it.

The apartment is located in a quiet area surrounded by olive trees. The sea It is not very far, it can be reached on foot. We did not know the owner, but I must admit he turned out to be a very kind and very helpful person. The house is very spacious and comfortable, the furnishings are new, the large terrace is very comfortable for dining, washing and hanging. I highly recommend! Thanks to the availability of the owner and the beauty of the house, we have already decided that we will be back next year.
L'appartamento è situato in una zona tranquilla immersa tra ulivi. Il mare Non è molto distante, è raggiungibile anche a piedi. Non conoscevamo il proprietario, ma devo ammettere che si è rivelato una persona gentilissima e molto disponibile. La casa è molto spaziosa e confortevole, gli arredi sono nuovi, comodissima la grande terrazza per pranzare, lavare e stendere. Consiglio vivamente! Noi grazie alla disponibilità del proprietario e alla bellezza della casa, abbiamo già deciso che l'anno prossimo ci torneremo.
Structure very clean and well taken care of by the owner family always present for every need. We used Matteo's advice on beaches to visit as and when to reach them, the fruits of Rocco's well-tended garden and the specialties prepared by Ms. Mara for all the guests of the residence on Thursday evening. Struttura pulitissima e ben curata dalla famiglia proprietaria sempre presente per ogni bisogno. Abbiamo usufruito dei consigli di Matteo su spiagge da visitare come e quando raggiungerle, dei frutti dell'orto curatissimo di Rocco e delle specialità preparate dalla signora Mara per tutti gli ospiti del residence nella serata del giovedì. Una vacanza in una terra bellissima valorizzata al massimo dall'accoglienza familiare dei proprietari.

Practical: Two chairs and a parasol are included. Even in the high season (we were there in mid-July), Foce Varano is not crowded. The place is quiet and very relaxed. Directly opposite the property there is a great restaurant where you can eat huge pizzas (from four euros) overlooking the sea. From Foce Varano you can make wonderful one-day excursions, for example to the Tremiti Islands or to impressive places like Vieste or Monte Sant Angelo. And then you are glad if you can leave the hustle and bustle again and return to the tranquil Foce Varano. ((-;

Die Unterkunft ist klein, aber fein. Die Vermieter Pina und Franco sind reizend und hilfsbereit, Pina spricht sehr gut englisch. Das allerbeste aber ist die Lage: ein Katzensprung und man ist am Strand. Praktisch: Zwei Stühle und Sonnenschirm gehören zur Ausstattung dazu. Selbst in der Hochsaison (wir waren Mitte Juli da), ist Foce Varano nicht überlaufen. Der Ort ist ruhig und sehr entspannt. Direkt gegenüber der Unterkunft gibt es eine tolles Restaurant, wo man riesige Pizzen (ab vier Euro) mit Blick aufs Meer essen kann. Von Foce Varano aus kann man wunderbare Ein-Tages-Ausflüge machen, zum Beispiel zu den Tremiti-Inseln oder zu beeindruckenden Orten wie Vieste oder Monte Sant Angelo. Und dann ist man froh, wenn man dem Touri-Trubel wieder verlassen kann und ins beschauliche Foce Varano zurückkehren darf. ((-;

Excellent experience, striking the cleanliness, care of the house and common areas ... a real flowery garden among olive trees and fruit trees. Possibility to use the barbecue with tables and benches in a dedicated corner, to do gymnastics thanks to an equipped area, to use bikes made available. To underline the availability of Mr. Matteo and the whole family; we were treated by Mrs. Mara and Mr. Rocco as we were loved ones. Truly a positive experience and to be repeated.
Ottima esperienza, colpisce la pulizia, la cura della casa e degli spazi comuni... un vero giardino fiorito tra ulivi ed alberi da frutto. Possibilità di utilizzare il barbecue con tavoli e panche in un angolo dedicato, di fare ginnastica grazie ad una zona attrezzata, di usare bici messe a disposizione. Da sottolineare la disponibilità del sig. Matteo e di tutta la famiglia; siamo stati curati dalla Sig.ra Mara e dal Sig. Rocco come fossimo persone care. Veramente un' esperienza positiva e da ripetere.
What to say? It is the second year that we return to Matteo and family and there will be a reason: the reception is fantastic, the place as well, the children have fun and have a lot of space to play, the food and the drink are excellent and of quality (we thank Mr. Rocco for vegetables from the garden and Mrs. Mara for cakes, jams, homemade liqueurs ...), in short, it's always worth it! We will meet again, I hope.
Che dire? E' il secondo anno che torniamo da Matteo e famiglia e un motivo ci sarà: l'accoglienza è fantastica, il posto pure, i bambini si divertono e hanno molto spazio per giocare, il cibo e il bere sono ottimi e di qualità (ringraziamo il signor Rocco per le verdure dell'orto e la signora Mara per le torte, le marmellate, i liquori fatti in casa….), insomma, ne vale sempre la pena! Ci rivedremo spero.

The owners welcomed us very well upon arrival and a pleasant exchange of information was created, while always maintaining impeccable discretion. Bilancio Ottimo!!! Sotto tutti gli aspetti, bella la struttura, comoda per raggiungere ogni parte del Gargano nord, Rodi, San Menaio e fino a Peschici. I proprietari ci hanno accolto molto bene all'arrivo e si è creato un piacevole scambio di informazioni, pur mantenendo sempre una impeccabile discrezione. Credo che mi piacerebbe molto tornare da Antonio in via Acqua delle Anatre!
