We had a lovely holiday at Les Mimosas. Everything was spotlessly clean and the apartment was well equipped. Our hostess made us feel very welcome, with fresh fruit and supplies on arrival and was very flexible in accommodating our arrival time, even though our flight had been delayed. The views from the balcony were great, and our children enjoyed the swimming pools and nearby beaches. It was a great location in a beautiful, peaceful spot. Would definitely recommend.
The apartment has been recently renovated to a very high level of quality and is even better in real life than in the photos. It was spacious and very clean. The kitchen is well laid out and has all the modern facilities you could wish for.
Compared to the rest of Europe at Easter the weather was kind to us and we were able to sit in the garden and soak up the sun shine. Though the outdoor temperate didn't allow us to make use of the swimming pool. Indoors we were comfortably warm and the large windows gave the place a light and airy feel.
Access to the coast is only about 15 minutes walk away and a climb down the cliff paths to a series of isolated beaches, where the stormy weather made for dramatic waves and surf.
The apartment more than met our expectations and Franck and Sandrine were charming and very helpful.
The owner of the house is very friendly, he gave us a warm welcome and immediately made us feel at ease. The house is very comfortable, bright, nothing is missing either inside or outside. The furnishings and appliances are top notch, the garden is superbly landscaped. The terrace offers a magnificent open view; sunrise over the sea is a moment of pure happiness! We really enjoyed our stay in this rental and will be delighted to come back.
Le propriétaire de la maison est très sympathique, il nous a réservé un accueil chaleureux et nous a mis de suite à l'aise. La maison est très confortable, lumineuse, il ne manque rien ni à l'intérieur, ni à l'extérieur. L'ameublement et l'électro-ménager sont au top, le jardin est superbement aménagé. La terrasse offre une vue dégagée magnifique ; le lever du soleil sur la mer est un moment de pur bonheur ! Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le séjour dans cette location et serons ravis d'y revenir.
Negative points: Leaving too early, we would have happily stayed an extra week. Only drawback: the hill to climb to reach the parking lot, but you are not responsible and we are no longer twenty years old. Good points: In addition to the superb view and the changing colors of the sea, very functional apartment, very well equipped, tasteful, with pleasant, predominantly green colors. We felt at home. Seul inconvénient: la côte à gravir pour rejoindre le parking, mais vous n'êtes pas responsable et nous n'avons plus vingt ans.

Outre la vue superbe et les couleurs changeantes de la mer, appartement très fonctionnel, très bien équipé, avec goût, aux couleurs agréables à dominante verte. Nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous.

The accommodation was very nice and quiet. We were there with 4 people for 10 days and bathed in the sea every day. The pools that you can use are also very nice. Everything is available in the house and the small pool in the garden invites you to cool off for a moment. Jo and Ella are lovely and friendly landlords and are happy to help with any questions or problems. We can highly recommend the accommodation.
Die Unterkunft war sehr schön und ruhig gelegen. Wir waren 10 Tage mit 4 Personen dort und haben jeden Tag im Meer gebadet. Auch die Pools ,die man mitbenutzen kann sind sehr schön.
Im Haus ist alles vorhanden und der kleine Pool im Garten lädt ein um sich kurz mal abzukühlen.
Jo und Ella sind ganz reizende und freundliche Vermieter und helfen bei Fragen oder Problemen gerne weiter. Wir können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen.
Very nice apartment extremely clean and well located. The owner really wants you to have a good stay, fruit basket, juice and water on arrival. The only drawback is the swimming pool where deckchairs are prohibited. Sitting on the concrete and without shade, it is difficult to stay there for long. To compensate, there is a very beautiful beach nearby with 2 restaurants/bars/deckchairs (special mention for the Maïva).
Très bel appartement extrêmement propre et bien situé. La propriétaire tient vraiment à ce que vous passiez un bon séjour, corbeille de fruits, jus et eau à l'arrivée. Le seul inconvénient est la piscine où les transats sont interdits. Assis sur le béton et sans ombre, il est difficile d'y rester longtemps. Pour compenser, il y a une très belle plage à proximité avec 2 restaurants/bar/transats (mention spéciale pour le Maïva).
The apartment is very well located with a panoramic view of the sea but far enough (400m) to avoid nuisance and noise. The apartment is very well equipped, comfortable and tastefully decorated. The bedroom is at the back and therefore quiet. A place we would rent again without hesitation.

We were greeted very friendly upon arrival by the landlady (if French wasn't enough, conversation in English was no problem), who greeted us with a great fruit basket (even with pineapple) and various fruit juices as a welcome gift. Everything about the apartment was explained to us in detail and our questions were answered in a friendly manner. The apartment is in a really great location close to the beach (a few minutes walk to a really nice sandy beach; in some guidebooks we can confirm that it's one of the nicest in the area) with a nice sea view from the balcony. It was a bit "annoying" to fill out the inventory list, in which everything that was provided in the apartment should be recorded down to the individual small spoon. The apartment is well equipped, nothing was missing in the kitchen and everything was very clean (the landlady attaches great importance to this). The bedrooms and bathroom are a bit cramped, but that's no surprise once you've read the apartment description and noted the size of the apartment (we found it worth the small size for the 2 bedrooms). positive is to be emphasizedthe separate toilet. You have to pay extra for towels and bed linen (this can also be found in the description), the price of 100 EUR (2 weeks for 4 people; no change during this time) we found a bit expensive (but taking it from home was not an option). The WLAN had some connection problems in the afternoon/evening, which is probably due to the "peak usage" in the entire holiday apartment complex at these times. Despite one or the other restriction, we enjoyed the holiday very much, not least the great location contributed to this and overall we felt very comfortable in the apartment and can therefore recommend it to others. Dear Mrs. N., thank you again for your warmth and hospitality.
Wir wurden bei Ankunft sehr freundlich von der Vermieterin empfangen (wenn das Französisch mal nicht gereicht hat war Unterhaltung auf Englisch kein Problem), die uns mit einem tollen Obstkorb (sogar mit Ananas) und verschiedenen Fruchtsäften als Willkommensgeschenk begrüßt hat. Uns wurde alles die Wohnung betreffende ausführlich erklärt und unsere Fragen freundlich beantwortet. Die Wohnung hat eine wirklich tolle Lage in Strandnähe (wenige Gehminuten bis zu einem wirklich schönen Sandstrand; in einigen Reiseführern als einer der schönsten in der Umgebung ausgewiesen, können wir bestätigen) mit schönem Meerblick vom Balkon aus. Etwas "nervig" war das Ausfüllen der Bestandsliste, in der bis zum einzelnen kleinen Löffel alles erfasst werden sollte, was in der Wohnung zur Verfügung gestellt wird. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, in der Küche hat es an nichts gefehlt und alles sehr sauber (die Vermieterin legt darauf sehr viel Wert). Die Schlafzimmer und das Badezimmer sind etwas beengt, aber keine Überraschung, wenn man die Wohnungsbeschreibung gelesen und die Wohnungsgröße registriert hat (uns war es aber die Enge wert, dafür zwei Schlafzimmer zu haben). Positiv hervorzuheben ist das separate WC. Für Handtücher und Bettwäsche muss man extra zahlen (auch das ist der Beschreibung zu entnehmen), den Preis von 100 EUR (2 Wochen für 4 Personen; kein Wechsel in dieser Zeit) fanden wir etwas teuer (aber Mitnehmen von zuhause war keine Alternative). Das WLAN hatte am Nachmittag/Abend einige Verbindungsprobleme, was wohl auf die "Nutzungsspitzen" in der gesamten Ferienwohnungsanlage zu diesen Zeiten zurück zu führen ist. Trotz der ein oder anderen Einschränkung haben wir den Urlaub aber sehr genossen, nicht zuletzt die tolle Lage hat dazu beigetragen und wir haben uns in Summe in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt und können diese daher durchaus weiter empfehlen. We had nice and relaxing holidays with Franck and Sandrine. Everything was as described. Very nice garden with pool and a great apartment. The apartment was clean and comfortably furnished. We would be happy to go back to both of them. The landlords are very pleasant and you can enjoy complete privacy.

What a pleasant villa, located 35 minutes from Toulon and Hyères in the countryside. Very quiet place with lots of pretty little villages typical of the South around. We took full advantage of the swimming pool and the pétanque court before gaining fairly easy access to the French GP on the weekend, being in a good position to go there! The villa is spacious and the air conditioning is good in the summer, the owners are very pleasant, easy to contact and don't hesitate to give advice for going for a walk. There were 10 of us and we highly recommend this property!!
Quelle agréable villa, située à 35 min de Toulon et Hyères en pleine campagne. Lieu très calme avec pleins de petits jolis villages typique du Sud autour.
Nous avons beaucoup profité de la piscine et du terrain de pétanque avant d’accéder assez facilement au GP de France le weekend étant bien placé pour y aller !
La villa est spacieuse et la clim fait du bien l’été, les propriétaires sont très agréables, faciles à contacter et n’hésites pas à donner des conseils pour aller se ballader.
Nous étions 10 et nous recommandons fortement ce bien !!
