This property surpassed our expectations. It was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable. There was constant hot water and a good supply of towels. The garden was well maintained. The owners are very aware of the environment and provided bins for compost and recycling. They greeted us when we arrived, and made sure we knew where the shops and restaurants were. The property is in a quiet, safe area and is a stones throw from the beach. I would certainly recommend this house to my friends. I never booked with MediaHols before but will certainly do so in the future.
All was OK, good maintenance for the swimming pool, the grass was perfect, just the necessary for the kitchen (knives, forks....). An issue with the TV antenna, not resolved during our stay. But the villa is quiet, depending of the others neighbours than you can have...good time, and Gisella (owner) is quiet nice!!
We arrived at night and the owner of the house accompanied us to the house. She showed everything to us. Even had water and bicuits ready for us! The house is very proper and has everything in it that you will need. You do need a car and then everything is easy to reach. Big supermarkets. As well as beautifull beaches and the town Alghero on a few minutes drive.
House also has a big terrace so you can eat outside and is surrounded by a nice garden with olive trees.
The location of the villa is excellent, 200 meters from the sea and very close to the market, bar and restaurant. The villa is spacious and comfortable both inside and outside and complete with everything. Riccardo and his family are very welcoming people and available for every need. The beaches nearby are stunning as is the sea! Wonderful holiday in every way! Highly recommended
Ottima la posizione del villino a 200 mt dal mare e vicinissimo al market, bar e ristorante. La villa è spaziosa e comoda sia all’Interno che all’esterno e completa di tutto. Riccardo e la sua famiglia sono persone molto accoglienti e disponibili per ogni necessità.
Le spiagge nelle vicinanze sono stupende così come il mare!

We had a really good time, the house corresponds to the advert and there is plenty of space outside, a nice veranda to stay cool. Idelma and Adriano were very kind, thanks again for everything.

Very nice accommodation with new interiors and furnished with care, very clean and well equipped. For a couple it is perfect. The location is excellent to enjoy a wonderful view of the sea. Possibility to park the car on the property, the outdoor shower is also very convenient. The owner is very nice and available for any need. Highly recommended accommodation. We will be back

We spent 15 days in this splendid villa, equipped with every comfort, very close to the centre, a short distance from the beach, very close to shops and supermarkets but in a very quiet position. It is the 2nd year that we stay there and we have always found ourselves very well. Thanks to Andrea, always available for anything.
Abbiamo passato 15 giorni in questa splendida villetta, dotata di ogni comfort, vicinissima al centro, a poca distanza dalla spiaggia, vicinissima a negozi e supermercati ma in una posizione molto tranquilla.

The house is near the third beach. The kitchen is very equipped with a new dishwasher and a large fridge. In the upper bedrooms, air conditioning and large wardrobes. The living room is comfortable and spacious. The upper bathroom needs a makeover. The owner is a very helpful and kind person. I recommend it.
La casa è vicino alla terza spiaggia. La cucina molto accessoriata con lavastoviglie nuova e un frigo capiente. Nelle camere superiori aria condizionata e armadi capienti. Il salotto bello comodo e spazioso.
Il bagno superiore avrebbe bisogno una ristrutturazione.

I was in this house with another family of our friends from 16 to 30 July. We were 4 and they were 5. The house is large and spacious and gave each family privacy. Well equipped kitchen (with dishwasher!), comfortable veranda for eating, large rooms (I would only change the mattresses). We had 2 bathrooms (therefore 1 per family), but with 5 kids at home.... the third outdoor shower was very useful! Thanks to the table football, the kids had a lot of fun and for those who love to read .... there is plenty of choice! From the terrace on the first floor in the morning you can see a splendid sunrise. We only turned on the air conditioning / fan at night. The owner was really courteous and always available and I apologize again for the inconvenience I had with the garden umbrella. The location is convenient to get to the beach (which is really beautiful). It takes a little longer to get to the center, but you can easily get there on foot. Anyway, nearby there is a deli/bakery, a pastry shop/bar and some restaurants. In the area there are beautiful beaches that can be reached by car in a few minutes and for those who lovewalking / running you can also walk to the splendid Cala Moresca. In Golfo Aranci we also rented a dinghy to visit nearby Tavolara (wow!!) It was a fantastic vacation and I recommend this location!!
Sono stata in questa casa con un'altra famiglia di ns amici dal 16 al 30 Luglio. Noi eravamo in 4 e loro in 5.
La casa è grande e spaziosa e ha dato ad ogni famiglia la giusta privacy.
Cucina ben attrezzata (con lavastoviglie!), veranda comoda per mangiare, camere ampie (cambierei solo i materassi).
Avevamo 2 bagni (quindi 1 per famiglia), ma con 5 ragazzi per casa.... la terza doccia esterna è stata utilissima!
Grazie al bigliardino i ragazzi si sono divertiti tantissimo e per chi ama leggere.... c'è l'imbarazzo della scelta!
Dal terrazzo al primo piano la mattina si vede una splendida alba.
L'aria condizionata/ventilatore li abbiamo accesi solo la notte.
Il proprietario è stato davvero cortese e sempre disponibile e chiedo ancora scusa per l'inconveniente avuto con l'ombrellone del giardino.
La posizione è comoda per arrivare alla spiaggia (che è davvero bella) . Per il centro ci vuole un po' di più, ma si può arrivare tranquillamente con una passeggiata a piedi. Cmq vicino c'è una gastronomia/panetteria, una pasticceria/bar e dei ristoranti.
In zona ci sono spiagge bellissime raggiungibili con la macchina in pochi minuti e per chi ama camminare/correre si può arrivare anche a piedi alla splendida Cala Moresca. A Golfo Aranci abbiamo affittato anche un gommone per visitare la vicina Tavolara (wow!!)
E' stata una vacanza fantastica e consiglio questa location!!
Beautiful house 5 minutes walk from the sea. Small but with everything you need, found clean and tidy. The outdoor space is also wonderful, in particular the veranda which can be used for lunches and dinners with a sea view. Owners extremely available and very kind! Definitely an apartment to recommend.
Bellissima casa a 5 minuti a piedi dal mare. Piccolina ma con tutto il necessario, trovata pulita e ordinata. Stupendo anche lo spazio esterno, in particolare la veranda che si può sfruttare per pranzi e cene con vista mare. Proprietari disponibilissimi e molto gentili! Sicuramente un’appartamento da consigliare.
The perfect accommodation for us as a nature-loving, sporty family with children. Optimally located in the nature reserve of Capo Testa - quiet, secluded, with a perfect view of the bay. Nearby hiking trails and bathing opportunities away from mass tourism. Some tours are also possible with a mountain or gravel bike. Around the house is maquis, so you can see many many animals (lizards, geckos, turtles, snakes, donkey family, etc.). For us environmentally conscious vacationers, the house is an ideal opportunity to relax perfectly. We also chose the house because it has no pool and no air conditioning (environmentally friendly/ better CO2 footprint).
Für uns als naturverbundene, sportliche Familie mit Kindern die perfekte Unterkunft. Optimal gelegen im Naturschutzgebiet von Capo Testa- ruhig, abgelegen, mit perfektem Blick auf die Bucht. Nahe gelegene Wanderwege und Bademöglichkeiten abseits des Massentourismus. Auch mit dem Mountain oder Gravel Bike sind einige Touren möglich. Rund um das Haus ist Macchia, dementsprechend sieht man viele viele Tiere (Eidechsen, Geckos, Schildkröten, Schlangen, Eselfamilie, etc.). Für uns umweltbewusste Urlauber ist das Haus eine optimale Möglichkeit um sich perfekt zu erholen. Wir haben das Haus auch deswegen ausgewählt weil es keinen Pool und keine Klimaanlage hat (umweltfreundlicher/ besserer CO2 footprint).
The house is immersed in the Mediterranean scrub, in a quiet area away from the chaos. It is close to the beach of Porto Istana, but you need to have a vehicle to reach it. On foot it is quite far and above all winding. We had a great time, taking advantage of the barbeque (even if we had to buy the tongs kit) and the outdoor garden with shower. We found the necessary for cooking and cold / hot water available. Nice modern furniture, comfortable double bed. Mrs. Antonella was very helpful and courteous, with great flexibility in the arrival and departure times. Thanks for the nice holiday in Sardinia at Mrs Antonella's house! Ps I recommend that you bring mosquito repellent!!!
La villetta è immersa nella macchia mediterranea, in una zona tranquilla e lontana dal caos. È vicina alla spiaggia di porto Istana, ma bisogna avere un mezzo per raggiungerla. A piedi è piuttosto lontana e soprattutto tortuosa. Ci siamo trovati benissimo, sfruttando il barbeque (anche se abbiamo dovuto acquistare il kit pinze) e il giardino esterno con doccia. Abbiamo trovato il necessario per cucinare e acqua fredda/calda a disposizione. Arredamento moderno e carino, letto matrimoniale comodo. La Signora Antonella è stata molto disponibile e cortese, con grande elasticità nell'orario di arrivo e partenza. Grazie per la bella vacanza in Sardegna a casa dell sig.ra Antonella! Ps Raccomando di munirsi di antizanzare!!!
We were met at the airport by Idelma and Adriano who accompanied us to the house despite the late hour. They are exceptional hosts, kind and uncommonly responsive. The house with a terrace and a beautiful garden is very pleasant, 10 minutes walk from a pretty beach. VILLASIMIUS is 15 minutes by car, otherwise the nearest village is Torre di stelle 5 minutes by car with shops, bars and an equipped beach. We had a lovely week and thanks again to Idelma and Adriano. Mary and Francis
Nous avons été accueillis à l'aéroport oar Idelma et Adriano qui nous ont accompagné jusqu'à la maison malgré l'heure tardive. Ce sont des hôtes exceptionnels, gentils et d'une réactivité peu commune. La maison dotée d'une terrasse et d'un beau jardin est très agréable, à 10 minutes à pieds d'une jolie plage. VILLASIMIUS est à 15 minutes en voiture, sinon le village le plus proche est Torre di stelle à 5 minutes en voiture avec commerces, bars et plage aménagée. Nous avons passé une agréable semaine et merci encore à Idelma et Adriano.

Bianca's house made us fall in love as soon as we saw it: immersed in the dune full of flowers and colours, a few steps from the sea, in a private and quiet area, with kilometers of beach at our disposal! after the emotion, the reason: the house is perfectly equipped, with a kitchen equipped with everything needed for even a prolonged stay like ours, and very well laid out, the veranda is in the shade at lunchtime, so we always been able to eat outside and stay a while to enjoy the coolness and light of Sardinia, which is unique. La casa di Bianca ci ha fatto innamorare non appena l'abbiamo vista: immersa nella duna piena di fiori e di colori, a pochi passi dal mare, in una zona riservata e tranquilla, con kilometri di spiaggia a nostra disposizione! dopo l'emozione, la ragione: la casa è prfettamente attrezzata, con una cucina dotata di tutto ciò che occorre per un soggiorno anche prolungato come il nostro, e molto ben disposta, la veranda è in ombra all'ora di pranzo, così abbiamo potuto mangiare sempre fuori e rimanere un pò a goderci il fresco e la luce della Sardegna, che è unica. Una vacanda indimenticabile. grazie Bianca per averci ospitato così bene!
The apartment is ideal for a holiday in this part of Sardinia. The bedrooms are large, the kitchen is well equipped and the outdoor terrace with sea view is wonderful. The location is strategic as, by walking along the internal road in a few minutes (therefore without crossing the provincial road), you reach the first of the enchanting beaches of Chia which are all reachable with a beautiful walk. The owner is very kind and the exchange of information is always complete and fast. Highly recommended.
L'appartamento è l'ideale per una vacanza in questa parte della Sardegna.
Le camere da letto sono ampie, la cucina è ben dotata e la terrazza esterna con vista mare è meravigliosa.
La posizione è strategica in quanto, percorrendo in pochi minuti a piedi la stradina interna (quindi senza attraversare la provinciale), si giunge alla prima delle incantevoli spiagge di Chia che sono tutte raggiungibili con una bellissima passeggiata.
La proprietaria è molto gentile e i lo scambio di informazioni sempre completo e veloce.

We were pleasantly surprised. Everything super clean. Everything available. Well equipped kitchen. Even soap, dish soap, sponge, cleaning material and more. You were even allowed to use beach chairs, chairs, umbrellas and the like. Nice contact. Good explanation / handover on site. Close to the beach. In a calm neighborhood. Shopping just around the corner Mt everything you need and fresh. Big garden for our kids. Covered space and large table. Mosquito screens were available. We could gladly again.

Man durfe sogar Bechliege, Stuhl, Sonnenschirm und Co benutzen. Netter Kontakt. Gute Erklärung/ Übergabe vor Ort. Nah am Strand. Ruhig gelegen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gleich um die Ecke Mt allem was man braucht und frisch. Grosser Garten für unsere Kids. Gedeckten Platz und grosser Tisch. Mückengitter waren vorhanden. Wir konnten gern wieder.
