Very nice villa with large rooms, kitchen with all amenities, nice pool... it is actually better than in the pictures. The area is very quiet, ideal for relaxing holidays (need a car, it is in a housing development in the countryside)
Not far from Fuseta and Olhao, with nice beaches (islands).
Way much better than a house in the middle of the city, as you have a great villa to relax, and the beach and the city 10min distance.
And, from our point of view, Olhao and Tavira are maybe the best in Algarve...

It was without any doubt an unforgettable week. The house is perfect, has a huge Swimming Pool, the rooms are big and have a great AC system, the Kitchen fully prepared for a daily routine, you have supermarkets 10min away from the house, the surrounding are calm. I strongly recommend this place. Pascal and Ines were always available for any request during all the reservation process and during our week at the house.

The property is very clean and organised. The pool was great and clean. Close to Lisbon and the branches with Uber are 5-10 minutes drive against minimum costs. The owners were very nice, available and very customer friendly. I dearly recommend this property to families. I can assure you will have a great time!!!
We were 10 people that rented Villa Jaune in October 2014. The house absolutely did the job, a great kitchen with all necessary facilities, a living room with plenty of space for everybody to eat, great sleeping rooms and bathrooms. The pool was maybe not the biggest one but it worked alright and the outside garden kitchen was the obvious place every night to end up the day. All of us were equally pleased with the week and with the house and can warmly recommend this property
Second visit to this wonderful, well-equipped and impeccably clean villa. Senor Martins and his wife are very proud owners and this comes across in every aspect of the villa.

Seeing this property, from the point of view of a large group of people, we can say that we were very grateful for the space and its good condition, which managed to accommodate all the members of this large group in a comfortable way. Upon arrival we found exactly what was described to us by the owner, all in excellent condition. We really liked the location of the house, which is extremely close to the beach and relatively close to the center of Manta Rota. Very nice house, clean, very quiet, the swimming pool is superb. A repair of the showers and toilets is to be carried out, there is no air conditioning, too bad when it is very hot! We also had a lot of ants outside and inside the house.
Maison très jolie, propre, très calme , la piscine est superbe.
Une remise en état des douches et toilettes sont à effectuer , il y a pas de clim, dommage quand il fait très chaud !
Nous avons eu aussi beaucoup de fourmis à l’extérieur et dans la maison .
We rented this rental from José and Sylvia, the owners, we were very well received. They are super warm and pleasant people, we were on vacation with them for 15 days, there is everything in the house to make you feel good and a lot of documentation to guide people during their stay. We even have towels and a washing machine available. The cleaning was really really good. It's a really good rental, we recommend it. The owners love children. Our children love José and Sylvia, we had a great vacation. This is the first time we have seen such warm and welcoming owners who do everything to make us comfortable. We highly recommend rental. For us, it is with enormous regret that we will not be able to come back next year because we will never find the same rental and super nice and really warm owners. A big thank you to José and Sylvia for welcoming us and the great vacation we had with the children. Our children did not want to leave and miss José and Sylvia very much. Abig, big thank you José and Sylvia for the two weeks we spent in your rental.

Nous avons loué cette location a José et a Sylvia les propriétaires, nous avons été super bien accueilli. Ils sont des personnes super chaleureuses et agréables, nous avons été en vacances chez eux pendant 15 jours, il y a dans la maison tout pour se se sentir bien et beaucoup de documentation pour guider les personnes pendants leur séjour. Nous avons même les serviettes à disposition, la machine à laver. Le ménage été vraiment vraiment super bien. C'est une location vraiment bien nous la recommandons. Les propriétaires adorent les enfants. Nos enfants adorent José et Sylvia, nous avons passé de super vacances. C'est la première fois que nous voyons des propriétaires aussi chaleureux et accueillants qui font tout pour que nous soyons à l'aise. Nous recommandons fortement la location. Pour nous, c'est avec un énorme regret de pas pouvoir revenir l'année prochaine car nous ne retrouverons jamais la même location et des propriétaires super gentils et vraiment chaleureux. C'est un grand grand merci a José et Sylvia pour nous avoir accueillis et les super vacances que nous avons passé avec les enfants. Nos enfants ne voulaient pas partir et regrettent beaucoup José et Sylvia. Un grand grand merci José et Sylvia pour les quinze jours que nous avons passé dans votre location.

We really liked the house and the outside space, inside it is quite large, it has everything needed in terms of equipment in the kitchen. The outdoor space is also very good in this pool, which is always in the sun, with a very good water temperature, and the barbecue area is also very good. In a quiet area, with easy access to the beach. We liked everything overall. Nothing to point out and Mr. Cláudio was also very helpful.
Gostamos bastante da moradia e espaço exterior, por dentro e bastante grande, tem tudo o que é necessário a nível de equipamentos na cozinha.
O espaço exterior também é muito bom dessa piscina que está sempre ao sol, com a temperatura da água muito boa, a parte da churrasqueira também muito boa.
Em uma zona calma , com fácil acesso à praia.
Gostamos de tudo no geral.
Nada a apontar e o senhor Cláudio também bastante prestável.
Great stay with our hosts, who welcomed us wonderfully. The accommodation is spacious and well equipped, but it is nothing compared to the care that José and Sylvia gave us to enhance our stay: small book on nearby events and activities, suggestion of tourist itineraries, literature around Portugal and its story, it's all there. A wonderful stay for us that we can only recommend! Thanks again.
Super séjour chez nos hôtes, qui nous ont recu à merveille. Le logement est spacieux et bien équipé, mais ce n'est rien comparé au soin que nous ont apporté José et Sylvia pour embellir notre séjour : petit livre sur les évènements et activités alentours, suggestion d'itinéraires touristiques, littératures autour du Portugal et son histoire, tout y est.

A little corner of paradise with a magnificent, large swimming pool and where peace and quiet await you.
