Today is our last day in this beautiful place where we spent two lovely weeks. The location is perfect , walking distance to the seaside and close to the village. The modern design of the house is great, it was just renovated and you appreciate being among the first tenants! Plenty of space inside with very comfortable bedrooms. We liked the inside / outside living room which was so enjoyable in the evening . But the best is definitely the pool area and the view over the sea in the evening! We will definitely come back if we can!!

This property surpassed our expectations. It was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable. There was constant hot water and a good supply of towels. The garden was well maintained. The owners are very aware of the environment and provided bins for compost and recycling. They greeted us when we arrived, and made sure we knew where the shops and restaurants were. The property is in a quiet, safe area and is a stones throw from the beach. I would certainly recommend this house to my friends. I never booked with MediaHols before but will certainly do so in the future.

Easily the best property we have rented in St Maxime. It has a very spacious terrace where the sun shone all day and made lunch a very pleasant experience. Cooking facilities were very good in a well equipped kitchen. The supermarket is a very short walk away as is the town centre and the beach. We were pleased to have car park facility as this is has been a problem for us before in St Maxime. I would have no hesitation in recommending the property to any potential visitor and we hope to return to it next year

The house was spacious for 3 persons and clean. It has a magnificent private terrace with a fabulous view especially at sunset. The house is well equipped. Although surrounded by neighbors, it was very quiet. 2 negatives : No air conditioning in the house. While the outside temperatures were constantly above 30° and the houses are South-West orientated, this should be included. Especially taking into account the rental price we paid. It was almost impossible to sleep at night. The swimming pool is located around the corner (no direct view on it) but it is outdated. Showers are located in a small concrete building right next to a toilet. Having to shower with vision on that toilet and the water that does not run through, is not appetizing.

We had a great week in the villa. Roll down shutters, airco, pool, table tennis, 2 kitchens, bbq, close to the sea, stunning views,... this villa has it all. However when we arrived we felt the house didn't smell fresh in some rooms, it was very hot and the apartment downstairs felt like it hadn't been used for a while. Because there was no airco in the app (it is written, so we knew) it's difficult to sleep there because of the heat. All in all after staying there for a week we felt very pleased . I recommend this house.

The villa was a nice place, we enjoyed much to stay there. It is quiet and beautiful, close to the sea, supermarket and St. Maxime. The only thing we missed was WIFI.

We really had a great vacation in this house. Unique is the great sea view that you can enjoy from the upper terrace as well as from the lower terrace and the pool. The rooms are lovingly and tastefully decorated - we felt very comfortable! The small village "les Issambres" is also very nice and you can find everything you need there. The contact with the owners was always very nice and helpful. Also Claire, who welcomes you on site is very sympathetic and you can contact her (or the owners) at any time with questions. We are very happy to come back!

Very nice and comfortable place to stay. It is small but you do not need any more space with two people. Beautiful area! The owner is a very generous and friendly woman. Also, the pool is amazing, just as the garden.

We were 2 families (8 persons) and had a great time in this wonderful house. Everything is very clean and sober. The house is fully equipped and the garden is a gem. We enjoyed hiking in the forest behind the house. Great view over the lake site. Very calm neighborhood. Thanks again to Claude and Sylvie !

Excellent villa!! We had an incredibly good time there. The villa is very comfortable and sparkling clean. It has all the needed amenities. It has a nice swimming pool and a beautiful terrace with an amazing sea view where you can sunbathe, take a cup of coffee, or take your meals. The neighborhood is very safe and quiet. There are small shops/delis nearby and the beach is walking distance. Thank you, Nathalie and Jean Michel, for your warm welcoming. Hope to stay there again soon! I highly recommend it!!

This house is in a quiet place surrounded by trees and maquis, through which you can see the sea. The local beach was quiet too for our stay and is of a good size and a pleasant walk away. The two terraces of the house means that there is always somewhere comfortable to sit or eat outside at any time of day. Inside, the house is superbly equipped with everything you could wish for and everything was absolutely clean. The owner, Patrick, was very welcoming and attentive, yet not intrusive. We would stay again without hesitation.

Nice house with a very personal touch and a beautiful garden. Some good terraces to sit and relax. Good communication in advance and friendly reception by Jose Luis. We enjoyed our stay very much. The bedrooms have only a fan and therefore some nights were to hot to sleep. That's the reason we give 4 stars instead of 5.

Me and my Husband stayed in this Property for 10 nights. It was amazing home from home. We have stayed in Frigiliana many times before but to be honest this must have been one of the best Property we have stayed in, it had everything we could of asked for and more. We spent a very nice holiday at the beautiful villa in Avola. Its well equipped with many shady places to sit outside and - not to forget - a huge, spotless clean pool which the kids enjoyed very much. The house is located just 200 ms from a sandy beach with a beach bar. Our caring host Patrizia made our stay perfect. Thank you very much!

We rented this property for New Years. It is a great location and the property was clean and had more then enough dishes and pots and pans, coffee maker, oven and microwave everything you need. It was straight forward with instructions sent to us by owner get the water and propane started up. We would rent this place again in a minute upon returning to Frigiliana. Thanks for letting us use your home.

Hi to all that are interested in renting. We have spent 2 weeks (end of September 2016) in Villa Valery and it was one of our best holiday ever. The place is beautiful and quiet. The Villa is exactly as described and as in photos. It is full equipped so we did not miss anything. The center from Tre Fontane is aprox. 3 km and Lidl 10 km from Villa. Besides that there are many interesting places to visit but it is useful to have a car. The host is very friendly and helpful and live in neighbourhood. I really recommend. We have come back really relaxed and we will for sure come back. Thank you Antonino :-) !
