The large terrace offers a panoramic view of Lumio and the surrounding mountains, and you can enjoy the large garden of 300 m2. The first beach is 600 meters from the house.

The house consists of 2 bedrooms, a master bedroom with a bed for 2 people, and a second room with 2 single beds, a large very well equipped kitchen opening into the living room, a living room and a bathroom with an Italian shower.
Outside very large terrace of 60 m2 with outdoor table, shade sails, garden furniture, barbecue and private parking.

Location: its convenient and functional location on the edge of Calvi and Lumio, not far from the 2nd REP allows you to walk to the first beach and the center of Calvi, Ile Rousse by train, car or bike.
Picturesque access to the many sandy beaches and coves, Calvi to Ile Rousse or any other destination by the little Corsican train which passes behind the house.
