This apartment, on the 4th floor (elevators), is bright and comfortable; it has an independent bedroom , a complete bathroom, an equipped open-plan kitchen and a pleasant living room with direct exit to a large covered and furnished terrace with overall view of Salou tourist centre and the park, Masía Catalana, where a craft market is organized in the summer.
Functional and well equipped, the apartment includes unlimited Wifi Internet connection as well as linen and you can get the air conditioning (30E/week) and/or a private parking spot in the residence (12E/day), available as optional services.

It is part of a big holiday residence with two beautiful swimming pools, a children playground, green zones, a tennis wall and a basketball track.
There are alsoelevators, a lifeguard for the pool from June to September, caretakers...
