Brand new seaside complex to rent in Lido Specchiolla. This building has three flats surrounded by a beautiful lawned area of approximately 400 meters. Identical but symmetrical, the 1st floor flats are each accessed by their own spiral staircase.
The apartment on the right has a living/dining room with a sofa bed and direct access to the back terrace which is well furnished for outdoor dining, a bathroom with shower, a double bedroom with access to a second terrace with the view on the pinewoods, and finally a room with 2 single beds as shown on the photos.
The balcony/terrace of the house overlooks the pine-woods where, during the summer, you can enjoy a nice weekly market.
